A Study on the Improvement of Connection Method for Segment in Tunnel Lining System Using Prestressed Steel Cable by Real-scale Test (실대형 실험을 통한 쉴드터널의 강연선 체결방식에 대한 역학적 거동 분석)

  • This paper introduces the improvement of connection method for segment in tunnel lining system using prestressed steel cable and presents the results of real-scale tests. It conducted a study about the applicability and mechanical behaviour analysis of the new method that connects segment tunnel lining using prestressed steel cable by real-scale test. Through the research, it was found that the new method has stronger connection than conventional assembling methods. Also, the new method can be expected to have integrated behavior and stability increase of shield tunnel lining. It is considered that the new method is much more effective than conventional assembling methods.

Applicability estimation for cable assembling method of shield tunnel using field test construction (현장 조립 시험시공을 통한 쉴드터널 강연선 체결 기술의 적용성 평가)

  • In this study, the new segment assembling method using cable tensible force was developed to improve the problem of bolt assembling method of shield tunnel. In the field test construction, cable assembling method reduced the assembling time of segment in comparison with bolt assembling method because of guide role of segment shear-key. In the result of measuring the necessary time for segment assembling process, it took 420sec to assemble one segment in bolt method and 400sec to assemble one segment in cable method, but in case of using the cable automatic feeder, it could reduce the necessary time as 60sec in comparison with bolt assembling method. The cable automatic system modeling using BIM, that connected shield TBM also will be utilized in the area of design TBM, excavation plan, method process understanding, construction management and so on.

  • In this study, a new segment assembling method using cable tensible force and island-type shear key was developed to improve the problems of bolt assembling method of shield tunnel. The bolting system and island-type shear key system were compared to analyze the mechanical behavior that occurs in the segment. The study results obtained from structural investigation and numerical analysis technique showed that the shear strength of island-type shear key is higher than that of the bolt system. With the increase of the tensile strength, it is expected that the stability of the segment will be secured.

  • 본 논문의 정수기는 영동산 일라이트를 필터의 주된 재료로 사용하였다. 구조는 여과필터를 교체하여 사용할 수 있도록 된 정수기의 필터 케이스 및 여과 방법에 관한 것으로써, 보다 상세하게는 필터 케이스가 분리, 결합이 간편한 본체와 마개로 구성되어 있다. 이 본체는 1차 여과부와 2차 여과부로 분리되어 물이 1차 여과부의 상부를 통해 인입되어 2차 여과부의 상부로 연결되도록 되어 있어 동일한 크기 내에서 여과구간이 2배로 길어져 여과 효율이 우수한 동시에 물인입구와 물배출구가 동일한 방향에 위치하여 다수 개의 필터 케이스를 연결할 때 필터 케이스의 간격을 좁힐 수 있어 필터 케이스의 설치면적이 좁다. 본체와 마개의 체결방식은 볼트 체결방식으로 되어 있으며, 마개는 플라스틱 재질이어서 본체에 마개를 단단히 체결하면 누수가 방지되도록 되어있다. 즉, 정수기의 필터하우징 성능과 영동산 일라이트가 가지고 있는 기능성을 이용한 필터를 사용함으로써 정수기에서 요구되어지는 정수능력을 가진 정수기를 개발 보고한다.

  • FTA(Free Trade Agreement)는 체결국들의 자유로운 물자 이동을 기반으로 무역의 활성화와 외국자본의 직접투자를 통해 경제성장을 가져오는 중요한 협정이다. 그러나 FTA 협정의 체결조건에 따라 품목별 세율 등의 정보가 달라진다. 국제통일상품분류체계(Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System)코드도 마찬가지로 국제 공동코드 영역인 6 자리까지 동일 하나, 7 ~ 10 자리까지는 각 국가에 의해 운영관리 되어, 국가별로 품목분류 방식이 달라진다. 또한, 품목분류코드가 갱신 될 때마다 연관 정보를 사용자에게 제공하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라와 FTA 체결국간 세부품목분류 방식이 달라 품목분류방식의 의미에 따라 담당자가 한 건씩 비교하고 맵핑하여, 많은 시간과 인력이 소모된다. 따라서, 의미를 갖는 품목분류코드를 맵핑하면서 발생하는 문제들이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 이 논문에서는 품목분류코드 기반의 온톨로지 모델을 제안한다.

Development of High Precision Fastening torque performance Nut-runner System (고정밀 체결토크 성능 너트런너 시스템 개발)

  • Nut fasteners that require ultra-precise control are required in the overall manufacturing industry including electronic products that are currently developing with the automobile industry. Important performance factors when tightening nuts include loosening due to insufficient fastening force, breakage due to excessive fastening, Tightening torque and angle are required to maintain and improve the assembling quality and ensure the life of the product. Nut fasteners, which are now marketed under the name Nut Runner, require high torque and precision torque control, precision angle control, and high speed operation for increased production, and are required for sophisticated torque control dedicated to high output BLDC motors and nut fasteners. It is demanded to develop a high-precision torque control driver and a high-speed, low-speed, high-response precision speed control system, but it does not satisfy the high precision, high torque and high speed operation characteristics required by customers. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a control technique of BLDC motor variable speed control and nut runner based on vector control and torque control based on coordinate transformation of d axis and q axis that can realize low vibration and low noise even at accurate tightening torque and high speed rotation. The performance results were analyzed to confirm that the proposed control satisfies the nut runner performance. In addition, it is confirmed that the pattern is programmed by One-Stage operation clamping method and it is tightened to the target torque exactly after 10,000 [rpm] high speed operation. The problem of tightening torque detection by torque ripple is also solved by using disturbance observer Respectively.

Effect of joining methods on the failure of aluminum honeycomb sandwich joints under shear loading (전단하중을 받는 알루미늄 하니콤 샌드위치의 체결방식이 체결부의 파손에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • An experimental study on the failure of aluminum sandwich joints under shear loading was conducted. A total of 60 specimens including three different insert types and two different potting types were fabricated and tested. The test results showed that the through-clearance type of joint fails at the highest load among insert type joints. The failure load of the potted joints with the dimple washer increased by 10% compared to the simple potted joints. As expected, the shear failure load became higher in accordance with the face thickness increase. It was also found that the upper face in contact with the loading tool is more dominant over the failure load.

A Preliminary Drop Test of a Type IP-2 Transport Package with a Bolted Lid Type (볼트체결방식의 IP-2형 운반용기의 낙하예비시험)

  • A type IP-2 transport package should prevent a loss or dispersal of the radioactive contents and a more than $20\%$ increase in the maximum radiation level at any external surface of the package when it were subjected to the drop test under the normal conditions of transport. If a shielding thickness of IP-2 transport package is thick, a bolted lid type may prevent a loss or dispersal of the radioactive contents than the door type of ISO containers which are generally used as a type IP-2 transport package. In this paper, to evaluate the effect of drop directions on the bolt tension and the coherence of a bolt, the drop tests of preliminary small model are tested and evaluated for seven directions before the drop test of a type IP-2 transport package with a bolted lid type under the normal conditions of transport. Seven drop directions which are a bottom-vertical drop, a lid-vortical drop. a horizontal drop and four corner drops have been carried out. Using a force sensor, the bolt tension during the drop impact is measured. The coherence of bolt is evaluated by the difference between the fastening torque of bolt before a drop test and the unfastening torque of bolt after a drop impact.

  • In order to design and manufacture structures such as a guided missile, assembly process with fastener is an essential method of fabrication. In this study, the dynamic characteristics of a cylindrical structure with bolted joints were studied using experimental methods. The change of the natural frequency of the structure with the change of the fastening method and the tightening torque were measured by the test and the finite element analysis was performed using the stiffness model of the fastening part according to the fastening method and compared with the test results.

  • A levitation rail is placed on the top of track structure to operate Maglev vehicles and a part of track that link up with a sleeper is applied repeated load in Maglev vehicles operation. This paper aimed to verify validity of design for levitation rail, through the fatigue analysis about load which is applied to levitation rail in Maglev vehicles operation and impact load occurring in an emergency landing. Load conditions applied design load(23kN/m) in normal operation and skid drop load(24kN/m) in vehicle drop. And boundary conditions are consider bolt fixing and welding. Through static analysis, weak point and maximum stress of levitation rail could be obtained. S-N(stress-life) method was used in oder to predict fatigue life, and Goodman relationship was applied to consider a effect of mean stress. Also damage was calculated by using Miner's. As a result of fatigue analysis, levitation rail had a fatigue life which was more than requirement ($10^6$cycle) in all analysis conditions. Assumption that $10^8{\sim}10^9$cycles is infinite life, all analysis conditions had infinite life except a case under drop load and bolt fixing($1.21{\times}10^6$).
