Recently, livestock farms in Korea are introducing data-based technologies to improve productivity, such as livestock environment and breeding management, safe livestock production, and animal welfare. In addition, the government has been conducting a smart livestock distribution project since 2017 through the modernization of ICT-based livestock facilities in order to improve the productivity of livestock products and improve the livestock environment as a policy. However, the current smart livestock house has limitations in connection, diversity, and integration between monitoring and control. Therefore, in order to intelligently systemize all processes of livestock with intelligent algorithms and remote control in order to link and integrate various monitoring and control, the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and mobile It is necessary to develop a smart livestock system. In this study, domestic and foreign research trends related to smart livestock based on intelligent information technology were introduced and the limitations of domestic application of advanced technologies were analyzed. Finally, future intelligent information technology applicable to the livestock field was examined.

This study was conducted to provide implications so that teachers' voices are heard in the social consensus for future schools by exploring teachers' needs for future school spaces. A qualitative study was performed to listen to teachers' voices directly, and 10 teachers from "A" Elementary School (tentative name) participated in the study. The study 1) recognized the emergence of learning that transcends time and space, and emphasized the importance of an ICT-based informatization environment that can support such learning, 2) confirmed the characteristics of futuristic school spaces centered on "tradition" and "technology," 3) recognized the importance of learning community spaces, 4) emphasized "variable" classrooms for flexible teaching and learning activities, and 5) confirmed the need to introduce eco-friendly elements and provide support for those who may be vulnerable in high-tech learning environments. Finally, the study concluded that teachers need systematic education and experiences that contain sufficient important discourses related to future schools such as "eco-friendliness" and "connection with local communities".

In the post-COVID era, the importance of quarantine measures is greatly emphasized, and accordingly, research related to the detection of mask wearing conditions and prevention of other infectious diseases using deep learning is being conducted. However, research on the detection and tracking of visitors to cultural facilities to prevent the spread of diseases is equally important, so research on this should be conducted. In this paper, a convolutional neural network-based object detection model is trained through transfer learning using a pre-collected dataset. The weights of the trained detection model are then applied to a multi-object tracking model to monitor visitors. The visitor detection model demonstrates results with a precision of 96.3%, recall of 85.2%, and an F1-score of 90.4%. Quantitative results of the tracking model include a MOTA (Multiple Object Tracking Accuracy) of 65.6%, IDF1 (ID F1 Score) of 68.3%, and HOTA (Higher Order Tracking Accuracy) of 57.2%. Furthermore, a qualitative comparison with other multi-object tracking models showcased superior results for the model proposed in this paper. The research of this paper can be applied to the hygiene systems within cultural facilities in the post-COVID era.

Recently, ASEAN is not only a new production base but also a consumer market for Korea, and interest in the utilization of production networks in each region is increasing. In particular, urbanization in ASEAN countries is progressing at a relatively fast pace. Each country is promoting smart city projects combined with ICT to improve outdated basic infrastructure facilities such as housing, transportation, logistics, crime prevention, and disaster prevention. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based smart city export HUB platform so that companies with excellent domestic smart city solutions can participate in smart city construction through networks with ASEAN countries. These platforms can secure the demand for smart city construction in ASEAN countries, and through the establishment of the Korea-ASEAN public-private network, smart cities planned in ASEAN countries can be promoted more innovative. In addition, it is expected to be positioned as a Global smart city platform model by applying to real cities through collaboration with excellent domestic companies.

Recently, cutting-edge ICT technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, edge computing, and the Internet of Things have been applied in various fields to create new services and a new digital era. Along with these technological developments, various policies are being implemented in Korea to transform the country from a "Smart City" to a "Platform City". We can create new services and values by linking with the Smart City Integrated Platform and Smart Housing Platform. This paper defines a linkage scenario between a Smart Housing Platform and the Smart 119 Emergency Dispatch Support Service, one of the Smart City Safety Nets. We propose a data transmission protocol and a metadata schema for data exchange between the Smart Housing Platform and the Smart City Integrated Platform to provide the Smart 119 Emergency Dispatch Support Service.

One of the key domains within a smart tourism city, smart mobility, encompasses advanced transportation means and services rooted in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This includes shared bicycles, scooters, car-sharing services, smart transportation infrastructure, and more, aiming to surpass limitations of conventional transport and improve the movement of people and goods. It also serves tourists as an affordable and convenient mode of transport between attractions while also enhancing the overall travel experience. This study has defined 'smart tourism mobility' as a form of mobility grounded in ICT, exhibiting exceptional connectivity, serving public interest, and serving as a mode of transport for both residents and tourists in a smart tourism city. The research aimed to outline the scope of smart tourism mobility-related industries through expert Delphi surveys and estimate their economic effects within a smart tourism city. Specifically, this study updated 2015 input-output table and made 2020 regional input-output table of Seoul adopting RAS method and location quotient method. The results showed that the about 2.8 billion KRW investment of Seoul in smart tourism mobility may create more than 4.1 billion KRW in production inducement effect which is expected to create more than 1.6 billion KRW of income-inducing effect, 3.6 billion KRW of value-added-inducing effect, and 54 employment across all industries in Seoul in 2022.

제1차 벤처붐을 겪은 이후 후기에 안정된 기업에 투자를 선호하는 벤처투자방식의 변화가 나타나고 있다. 기업성장단계에서 초기에서 중기에 있는 기업의 경우 자금의 부족을 경험하며, 지속적인 성장을 위해서 정부 R&D자금 지원을 받고 있다. 하지만 정부의 R&D자금 지원이 과연 지속가능성 측면에서 경쟁력이 있는 기업에게 지원되고 있는가에 대한 우려의 목소리가 있다. 본 연구는 제조업에 속하는 벤처기업을 대상으로 DEA 효율성 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 제조업에 속한 핵심 산업인 ICT제품과 같은 첨단제조와 기계, 자동차와 같은 일반제조에 속한 벤처기업의 효율성을 살펴보고, R&D지원을 받는 벤처기업과 그렇지 않은 기업을 비교분석한다. 추가로 두 집단 간의 특성(혁신성, 성장성, 수익성, 안전성)이 1년간 어떻게 변화하였는지 분석한다. 실증 분석결과, 제조업에 속한 R&D자금을 지원받는 벤처기업의 경우 그렇지 않은 기업보다 효율성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지원을 받은 벤처기업이 지속가능한 측면에서 비지원기업 보다는 경쟁력이 낮음을 시사한다. 그리고 1년간의 여러 특성의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 혁신성에서는 지원기업이 높은 성과를 창출하였지만, 수익성에 있어서 비지원기업 보다 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정부의 R&D지원이 지속가능성 측면에서 경쟁력이 있는 기업에게 지원되기 위해서는 기술력뿐만 아니라 경영 효율성을 고려하는 시도가 필요하다.
