High quality power supplying of high voltage distribution lines electric railway system is the important function, high voltage distribution system is complicated witch is compose with distribution line, circuit break, protection facilities and so on. Among this components, role of substation is most important for elevation of reliability in electric power system. Therefore, the enhanced reliability considering the preventive inspection, repair work replacement is necessary. This paper proposes protection method in railway high voltage distribution lines. we model distribution system using PSCAD/EMTDC(Power System Computer Aided Design/Electro Magnetic Transients DC Analysis Program) and extract various fault data. In conclusion this methods can protection of ground fault.

배전계통에서 발생한 사고의 80% 이상은 순간고장이다. 따라서, 배전계통에서 재폐로는 계통의 회복 및 신뢰도 향상을 위하여 반드시 필요한 사항이다. 그렇지만, 재폐로 순간 차단기의 동작으로 인하여 개폐서지가 발생할 수 있다 따라서 본 논문에서는 EMTP를 이용하여 고장 발생 시 차단기의 재폐로 동작을 모의하여 재폐로 동작 시 발생하는 개폐서지를 분석하였다.

전력시스템에서 설치 운영되는 설비나 장치들을 감시, 제어하는 시스템은 산업 현장이나 기관에서 개발 운영하고 있다. 배전계통에서도 마찬가지로 여러 설비와 장치들 즉, 배전선로에 설치된 개폐기나 리클로져 등을 감시, 제어하는 배전자동화시스템, 배전반등을 감시하는 전력감시 제어시스템, 발전소나 대규모 수용가에서 사용하는 전력량이나 계량정보등을 검침하는 원격검침시스템 등이 있다. 이러한 시스템에서 배전자동화시스템과 현재 나날이 발전해가는 인터넷을 접속하여 원격지에서의 보다 효율적이고 간편하게 배전계통의 운영을 수행하고, 나아가 그 기반 시스템의 데이터베이스를 관리하여 차후의 계통운용에 기초자료로 사용하며 송 배전 시스템의 전체 구성 및 향후 계획에 기초 자료로 사용할 수 있다.

전력계통의 배전계통은 수용가 직전의 배전용 변전소까지는 상당한 수준의 지능형 시스템이 도입되어 운용되고 있으나 일반 수용가 단위에서는 전기 에너지가 공급된 이후로 큰 변화가 없었다. 생활환경은 정보화 사회로 급변하고 있으며 이로 인한 전기 에너지는 여타 에너지 보다 필수적인 것으로 되었다. 따라서 정보화 시대의 필수 에너지원으로써 보다 안정적이며 능동적인 전기에너지 공급을 위해 본 논문에서는 홈 네트웍을 기반으로 수용가측 배전 시스템의 지능화에 대한 연구 내용을 다룬다.

전력계통에서 고장, 선로가압 등으로 인하여 개폐서지가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 한전의 실 배전계통에서 고장으로 인한 개폐서지를 분석하였다. EMTP를 이용하여 계통을 모델링하고, 고장위치를 다양하게 변경시키면서 개폐서지에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 개폐서지 발생 시 상하단의 상호간의 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 상호간의 영향은 미비함을 확인하였다.

Since the railway passenger services have been recognized as important factor for success in railway, electrical energy consumption in railway station for high quality service has greatly increased. Furthermore, the number of the private railway station has gradually increased. Therefore, the operation conditions for railway power distribution system is dramatically changed in comparison with the past. So, this paper proposes the optimal construction method for railway power distribution system considering economical efficiency and the reliability of power supply to establish the railway power distribution system standard for the future railway industry.

High voltage distribution lines in the electric railway system placed according track with communication lines and signal equipments. Case of the over head lines is occurrence the many fault because lightning, rainstorm, damage from the sea wind and so on. According this fault caused protection device to wrong operation. One line ground fault that occurs most frequently in railway high voltage distribution lines and sort of faults is line short, three line ground breaking of a wire, and so on. For this reason we need precise maintenance for prevent of the faults. The most important is early detection and fast restoration in time of fault for a safety transit. In order to develop an advanced fault location device for 22.9[kV] distribution power network in electric railway system this paper deals with new fault locating algorithm using flow technique which enable to determine the location of the fault accurately. To demonstrate its superiorities, the case studies with the algorithm and the fault analysis using PSCAD/EMTDC (Power System Computer Aided Design/Electro Magnetic Transients DC Analysis Program) were carried out with the models of direct-grounded 22.9[kV] distribution network which is supposed to be the grounding method for electric railway system in Korea.

태양광 발전 기술의 발달로 용량이 증가함에 따라 계통연계가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 태양광 발전이 계통에 연계됨에 따라 기존 배전계통에 미치는 전압변동 즉, 플리커 현상을 분석하였다. EMTP/ATPDraw를 이용하여 태양광 발전이 연계된 배전계통을 모델링 하였다. 태양광 발전은 직류가 3상 PWM 인버터를 통하여 교류로 변환되어 계통에 연결되도록 모델링하였다. 태양광 array를 병렬로 연결하여 태양광 발전의 출력량을 증가시켜서, 출력변동에 따른 계통의 전압변동을 분석 하였다.

새로운 대중교통수단의 하나로써 경전철을 도입중이거나 계획중인 도시가 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 경전철은 장거리 선로상에서 이동하는 부하라는 관점에서 전기철도 및 지하철과 유사성을 가지고 있으나, 전철 설비가 도심의 지상에 설치되는 점과 역사설비가 비교적 간단하며 선로의 긍장이 지하철에 비하여 잘은 경우가 대부분인 경우가 특징이다. 본 논문에서는 경전철을 안전하고 효율적으로 운행하기 위한 전제조건이 되는 전력 계통의 신뢰성확보를 위한 경전철 전력계통 신뢰성평가 및 최적화방안을 도출하였다. 계통공급신뢰도는 확률이론을 이용하여 정량적으로 산출할 수 있으며 정량적 신뢰도 산출법을 이용 개별 계통구성요소의 신뢰도 특성으로부터 전체계통의 신뢰도를 계산할 수 있다. 이로써 신뢰도 측면과, 설치 및 유지보수 비용을 고려한 최적의 계통구성방안이 도출된다.

전력품질에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 고객의 요구를 충족시키기 위하여 전력품질에 영향을 미치는 요소에 대한 분석 및 효율적인 대책 마련이 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 전력품질의 주문제중의 하나인 sag에 대하여 분석하였다. EMTP를 이용하여 한전의 실 배전계통을 모델링하여 고장으로 인한 sag를 모의하였다. 다양한 고장발생 조건에 대하여 모의하여, 고장으로 인한 sag 발생 시 배전계통에서 상하단 상호간에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 평형 및 불평형 고장에 따라 그 영향이 달리 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.
