철도소화물 부문의 택배시스템 도입은 원가절감이 가능하고, 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 장점을 갖추고 있으므로, 현실적으로 매우 필요하다. 택배시스템 도입은 철도청에서 제3자에게 위탁 운영케 하든지, 직접 운영하든지, 별도법인을 만들 수도 있다. 그러나 본고에서는 이러한 내용은 별도의 연구가 있어야할 것으로 보이므로 생략한다. 본고에서는 환경ㆍ제도적인 측면과 운영ㆍ시스템 측면에서 택배시스템을 도입하기 위한 대책방안 만을 강구한다. 본고는 철도소화물시장이 독점적으로 정부의 관할 하에 있기 때문에 철도소화물에 대한 연구가 국내에서 여러 전문가에 의하여 다양하게 전개되지 못하였다는 점이 취약점이다. 따라서 본고도 이러한 환경에서 폭넓은 연구사례를 제기하지 못한다는 한계가 있다. 그러나 설문조사나 인터뷰, 실증자료와 관련 기업과 단체의 내부자료를 통하여 이 문제를 극복하고자 노력하였다.

As a railway is receiving attention as an environment-friendly transportation mode, many high speed, inter-city and urban railway are constructed and remodeled in the world. With this trend, railway RAMS was included in the international standard IEC 62278 in 2002. RAMS activity in domestic market is also increased with this international trend. However, IEC 62278 does not describe the methodology of substantial contents like how reliability target is set although it can be used as an overall guideline when RAMS requirements are included in the purchase specification. That is because RAMS requirements should be set with the specific railway condition. It is required to fully understand the meaning of railway RAMS parameters and apply those correspond to the specific railway system and environment condition especially when a quantitative RAMS requirement is set. In this study, the meaning and characteristics of RAMS parameters applicable to the development of quantitative RAMS requirement of rolling stock is described. And the basic concept of RAMS and the definition of failure that IEC 62278 describes is modified and suggested in order to make more suitable to the development of quantitative RAMS requirement.

These days, interest in radio networks for railways has increased both at home and abroad. In response to this trend, not only the existing radio networks which focus on railway control signals but also the next-generation integrated radio network that can send videos and manage mass storage data are actively being investigated. This paper proposes wireless communication methods to establish integrated radio networks for railways. The paper further suggests a candidate frequency band that could be allocated as the frequency band for railways among the frequency bands currently used in Korea. Based on this paper, we can expect that the domestic railroad will operate more efficiently and that security and convenience of the railroad will reach a superior level. In addition, the Korean integrated radio networks for railways, which cope with the changes in the global technology market, will be established.

경북 구미시는 인구 40여만의 구미 국가산업단지라는 거대 소비시장이 있으며, 국토의 중간지점으로 경부고속도로, 중부내력고속도로, 철도, 고속철도 등이 관통하여 서울을 비롯한 전국 대도시의 접근성이 매우 용이한 특징을 갖고 있어 축산물 거점 생산기지의 여건을 골고루 갖추고 있다. 이런 지리적 여건 속에서 경북 구미지부(조진래 지부장, 만 55세)는 지부회원들의 공동출자를 통해 최근 생균제 공장 건립하고, 친환경 축산업 도모와 함께 지역 돼지고기 브랜드 사업에 야침차게 뛰어들어 지부 경쟁력 강화를 실천하고 있다. 또한 행정과의 유기적 관계로 회원들의 위상을 제고하는데 노력을 기울이고 있어 찾아가 보았다.

IP camera which transmits image signal in network includes web server, network interface unit and CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) module. IP camera is able to transmit image signals by network in real time and to monitor the scene image always by IP or Web address. IP camera is substituted for analog camera now gradually according to the development and progress of camera technology and expect it to extend the boundary in rolling stock gradually cause of the excellent expansibility and noise solution of analog camera. We survey the IP camera system composition in rolling stock and so this can be a help to develop and design IP camera system, because it has unsolved problems for common use of IP camera.

In this study, to understand the technology development trend of super-speed maglev, the patents applied by major countries are analyzed. And based on the analyzed results, the domestic technology development direction are suggested. For patent analysis, the major technologies for super-speed maglev are classified into 14 parts. Then, through the quantitative analysis method such as number, increase rate and share rate, the overview of technology development and focused parts by each country are investigated. Also through the qualitative analysis method such as concentration degree, citation index and market share index, the technology level and market securing ability of each country are anticipated. Considering the analyzed results and technology development trend, the domestic technology development direction such as priority development fields and methods are proposed.

Recently, most of countries have been adopting the policies that aim to deal with the Problems of road congestion, environmental problems and the decreasing the volume of rall. A vital important subject is the reform of railways. Actually, the reform of railways has been carried out in various kind of ways, however the most epoch-making policy has been privatization of railways. Historically, Japan made the first step when it carried out regional privatization, unifying the infrastructure and operation. It created a 6 passenger enterprises and 1 freight enterprise. Meanwhile, in the case of the UK, discussion about rail privatization started the middle of 1980 and was implemented in 1994. It was implemented according to a functional division based on a separation of infrastructure and operation, creating a lot of different enterprises. With regard to the UK and Japan, there have been some debates about the methods of privatization, in particular, some scholars suggest that the rail accidents in the UK are a result of division of the infrastructure and operation. In addition to, some insist that the accident which occurred on 27th April 2005 at Hukujiyama in Japan was also attributable to the emphasis on profitable management. This paper examines the process and outcomes of rail privatization between the UK and Japan, especially focusing on different methods of privatization. This paper may provide some lessens for rail privatization policy. First, the rail privatization policy needs a enough time to complete the scheme. Second it is require to participate in the consumer, mass communication and rail of ncers who are involved the operation. Third, it is essential to have a huge investment, high technology and strong organization to drive.

중국은 최근 급속히 진행되는 도시화와 소득 증대 철도 도로 항공 등 교통 인프라 개선에 따라 중국 여행업이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 중국 사회과학원이 최근 발표한 <2011년 중국 관광 그린북>에 따르면 중국 여행객 수는 연평균 11.7% 증가하여 21억 명을 돌파했고, 관광 수입도 연평균 18.9% 증가해 1조 2,600억 위안에 달하고 있다. 세계경제포럼에서 발표한 세계 관광국 경쟁력 순위에서 중국은 2007년 71위에서 2010년에 39위로 성장하였고, UN 세계관광기구의 보고서에 따르면 중국은 세계 4대 해외관광시장이자 아시아 최대 해외관광 자원국이 되었다. 그리고 미국 보스턴컨설팅그룹이 발표한 보고서에 따르면 2013년 중국은 일본을 제치고 '세계 2 대 관광시장'으로 부상하여 세계 관광시장의 8%를 점유하고, 2020년에는 세계시장 점유율이 14%에 달할 것으로 전망하고 있다(대한상공회의소, 2011). 이러한 중국의 여행지 중에서 중국의 전문여행서적에서 추천하고 있는 중국외 관광명소 중 20대 명승지에 속하는 광서 계림, 호남 장가계, 안휘 황산, 절강 항주, 북경, 내몽고 호화 호특, 백두산 등을 배낭여행을 떠나 구석구석 살펴보았다.
