철도 승무원 교번표는 승무사업이 작성된 이후 순서규칙(sequencing rule), 운영규칙 등과 같은 제약조건을 만족하는 사업(duty)의 진행 내용을 나타내고 있는 표이다. 일반적으로 철도 승무원 교번표 작성은 승무원 사업표가 작성된 후 각 사업소 별로 승무원간 사업시간의 차이가 최소가 되도록 즉, 승무원이 균등한 사업시간을 갖도록 작성이 된다. 교번표의 작성은 각 나라마다 독특한 노동협약이나 운용규정 등과 같은 복잡한 제약조건들을 충분히 고려하여 작성되어야 하므로 그 동안 연구에 어려움이 많았다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 철도청에서 현재 수행하고 있는 교번표 작성현황을 살펴보고 문제점을 파악하였다. 또한 교번표 작성 절차를 분석하여 모형화 하였으며 추후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

This thesis presents railroad crew restoring problem, which is to determine the railroad plan allocation. This problem is constructed that determine the sequence of duties that railroad crews have to perform. We analyze characteristic of this problem and railroad industry. It's hard to consider many constraint conditions. We propose Integer Programming model and easy methodology to be considered all given operation rules. This problem is known to be NP-hard. We develop a genetic algorithm, which is proved to be powerful in solving optimization problems. We proposed the effective mathematical model and algorithm about making crew restoring in real industry.

Because the wage of railway crews is based on the duty hour rather than the working hour, most researches have focused on the balance of duty hour for the crews. In this paper, the structure of duty hour and its relationship to the crew wage are analyzed and some issues are identified. The duty hour consists of several different jobs which are weighed equally in calculating the crew's wage. Also, the difference between the working hour and duty hour is inconsistent with the train routes; i.e., the difference of a long distance train is larger than that of a small or medium distance train. To solve the problems, possible ways to link the duty hour to the wage better are proposed and exemplified

In Korea, the modification of working conditions of the train crews, with the launch of the KTX, demands a new set of regulations. The analysis on the french case will be a first step, in spite of socio-economical differences between Korea and France, in making new rules for the train crews of the KTX.

본 연구는 'KTX 여승무원 사건'을 통해 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 분석한 것이다. 노동부는 이 사건에 대한 두 차례의 조사결과(2005, 2006) 당시 한국철도공사와 (주)한국철도유통이 체결한 'KTX 고객서비스 위탁 협약'이 적법한 도급에 해당한다고 발표했다. 그러나 실제 노동을 제공한 KTX여승무원 등에 대한 면접조사와 관련 사건자료를 바탕으로 한 분석결과에 따르면 위와 같은 노동부의 판단은 여러 가지 문제가 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 지적한 후, 이 사건 업무위탁이 사실상 '위장도급'에 해당하며, 한국철도공사 사업의 성격 및 지금까지 수행해온 여승무원 업무의 본질상 승무업무를 담당하는 근로자를 간접고용 하는 것은 사실상 적법한 한도 내에서는 어려운 일임을 밝히고자 했다.

To join the leading four countries in high speed railway technology, the next generation high speed railway technology development project is undergoing. And, applying the IT for the safety and convenience of a passenger and an attendant is one of the research topics of the project. From the 24 derived candidate IT applications, the seven applications, such as information on an individual LCD monitor, an emergency or reminder notification, an Internet connection, remote communication with an attendant, air quality monitoring, extraordinary noise detection, and detection of an emergency in the lavatory, were selected to be implemented on the next generation train. In this paper, we presented the survey that was performed to make the selection process to be objective. Additional findings, such as what other services a passenger wishes to be provided, what activities passengers prefer to do based on duration of the trip, and things that make a passenger discomfort, were summarized.

This study analyzed the effects of job stress and sleep disorders on sleepiness during the daytime for a night-shift urban railway crew. As a result of the analysis, measurements on a daytime sleepiness index were higher for the crew than those during other working hours, indicating that the degrees of sleepiness and drowsiness were severe. Afterwards, aromatic essential oils, which are generally known to help relieve sleep disorders and stress, were utilized to verify the effect on stress on night-shift workers. The experimental group treated with aromatherapy was found to show improved stress reduction and overall activity levels in the autonomic nervous system compared to an untreated control group. This study proves that night work by an urban railway crew negatively affects stress levels by increasing stress and negatively affects the autonomous nervous system, also showing that an aromatherapy treatment can be a good alternative to alleviate these conditions. The results of this study are expected to help prevent safety accidents by relieving the stress of nighttime workers.

In this paper the cases in developed countries on how to deal with the accident/incident for high-speed train crew, and their training and exercises for filed application will be reviewed, and the plan on how to deal with accidents/incidents for crew, which is helpful for preparing the high-speed railway operation in Korea and it's safety, will be presented.

국내에서 이용객수가 많은 6개 고속철도 역사와 운행 중인 고속열차(KTX)에 심장마비 환자에 대한 응급처치 장비로서 자동제세동기가 2009년에 설치되었다. 이와 관련하여 6개 역사의 역무원 및 고속열차 승무원과 일반대중에게 심폐소생술 및 자동제세동기 사용법과 일반대중 제세동기 사용허용을 교육하는 고속철도 자동제세동기 보급 및 교육사업도 시행되었다. 이를 통해서 국내 응급의료체계가 한 단계 발전하는 계기가 되었으며 국내 고속철도가 심장마비 환자의 응급 대처 능력을 갖추게 되어, 역사 및 고속열차 안에서 심장마비 환자가 발생하더라도 신속한 대응을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있겠다. 본 연구는 이러한 역사 및 고속열차 내에서의 응급의료체계 향상을 위한 노력을 자동제세동기 배치를 통하여 알아보며, 이에 따라 다양한 교통편 및 다중이용시설의 사고, 재난 및 응급 대응이 현재까지 해 오던 건축물 안전, 법규 마련 뿐 만 아닌 인명 피해 감소를 위한 응급의료체계라는 매우 중요한 부분이 있음을 이해하고 이에 대한 시스템 개발 및 대처도 안전과 방재 측면에서 같이 다루어져야 함을 본 연구 내용은 강조하고 있다.
