Polar-coordinates Linear Interpolation for Map Contour Reconstruction at Summit Area (정상 영역의 등고선 재구성을 위한 극좌표계 선형보간)

  • To connect the gap on the contours at the summit area, we propose the linear interpolation in the polar coordinates. Tn the experiments of applying both existing algorithms and a proposed method to some graphic images, the proposed method generated curves that average MAE was 1.940 pixels. In particular, our method with MAE of 1.240 on real map image was superior than the others. Also by generating new curves with neighbors-resembled appearance, the contours were reconstructed seamlessly.

  • We demonstrate 16 ch.$\times$2.5 Gb/s WDM transmission over 10,880 km using a re-circulating loop and forward error correction (FEC) code. The performances of all 16 channels were measured to be lower than 10$^{-10}$ .

  • 양자암호통신 기술은 통신상의 보안을 자연의 기본원리인 양자역학의 법칙에 의해서 보장하므로 도청이나 감청이 절대적으로 불가능한 차세대 통신보안 기술로서 최근 크게 주목받고 있다. 즉, 양자암호통신 기술은 “양자 복제불가능성”과 같은 양자물리학의 법칙에 기초해서 송신자와 수신자 사이에 암호 키(일회용 난수표)를 절대적으로 안전하게 실시간으로 분배하는 기술로서 “양자 키 분배 기술”로도 알려져 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 양자암호통신 기술의 기본원리 및 구현기술의 개요와 그 연구개발 동향에 대해서 기술한다.

  • 최근 대규모 데이터 센터 설립, 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 확산 등 ICT(Information and Communication Technology) 기반 다양한 비즈니스 요구 증가에 따라 SDN(Software Defined Networking)에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 본고에서는 망의 구성과 동작을 개방화하고 소프트웨어로 유연하게 인프라를 제어 및 관리할 수 있는 SDN 기술이 광통신망에 도입되어 구현될 때 요구되는 광통신의 핵심 요소 기술들의 동향을 분석한다. 그 중에서도 차세대 ROADM(Reconfigurable Optical Add/Drop Multiplexer) 기술, 100G급 이상의 라인 사이드 광트랜시버와 클라이언터 사이드 광트랜시버 기술, 변조방식과 전송속도를 유연하게 가변 할 수 있는 디지털 신호 처리 기술들의 현황 및 동향에 대해서 기술한다.

  • KICT has been carrying out inventory research on the cut slopes of national roads. Inventory research results are basic data used in cut slope management system. Inventory data are classified by general status, cut slope characteristics and inspector opinion. Cut slope inventory data are utilized to figure out dangerous slopes and decide survey ranking of detailed safety diagnostication. This paper drew the distribution of dangerous cut slopes using inventory data in Chungcheongdo, then verified an efficiency on distribution of dangerous cut slopes by comparing occurrence frequency of real collapsed cut slopes.

  • The Purpose of this study is to offer an appropriate and reliable safety evaluation method the reinforced concrete members like as reinforced concrete deep beams and reinforced concrete columns, etc. A nonlinear finite element analysis program named RCAHEST (Reinforced Concrete Analysis in Higher Evaluation System Technology) was used to evaluate the ultimate strength analytically for the reinforced concrete members that have complicated mechanical behaviors. The nonlinear material model for the reinforced concrete is composed of models for characterizing the behavior of the concrete, in addition to a model for characterizing the reinforcing bars. The proposed numerical method for the safety evaluation of reinforced concrete bridge structures that is consisted of reinforced concrete member is verified by comparison with reliable experimental results.

  • This study is to diagnose causes of damage and defects on external walls of brick structures, focused on "Naju Noahn" Catholic Church of Modern Architectural Properties. The causes of crack and deflection are overloading, shortage strength of arch. Among those, main cause is cauesd by shortage strength of arch because center of arch is dislocated and skew back of arch is small angle. The causes of damage and elimination are weathering, plants of friction, freezing and thawing, durability decrement of material and attach defection. This defects and damage is caused by high-moisture that occurs in soil. The causes of discoloration are change of soil moisture and flimsy brickwork. These defects and damage are mainly occurred in coping of cornice, weathering of window sill.

  • There have been many studies on the preparation of slip, forming and drying in the slip casting process. However, is has not been yet on the rheological properties of consolidated body which largely affect on the workability. It was investugated that the rheological properties of the consolidated bodies formed by slip casting in the form of cakes from well dispersed(slip C) and weakly agglomerated slip(slip B) in the clay and clay-fly ash systems. The state of dispersion of slip was found to affected the critical moisture content which was largely affected by the pore and moisture distribution of the consolidated body. The cake C show lower critical moisture content than cake B in the clay system. However, the cake B gives lower critical moisture content than cake C in the clay-fly ash system.

  • For completing an fully optimized and prefabricated substructure system of bridge, developing pier of precast segment PSC which equip the connection structure of shear resistance and precast foundation are conducted previously. Specimens of coping of bridge were developed and customized, and experiments were performed. The result of the experiment through the result from a reliable non-linear analysis program (RCAHEST) were compared and analyzed and evaluated the stability and ultimate behavior of coping of precast pier.
