We are generally applicate smoke control only vestibule about special escape staircase, it is one of some smoke control model of NFSC 501A. But there are some point at issue in this system. The smoke control system on supervision field of writer is smoke control only vestibule same as the other resemble field. Writer studied in the concrete to find a solution at this issue, and derived a conclusion the most reasonable system on the field is "same time smoke control for staircase and vestibule" by the engineering analysis considering stack effect.

최근 짧은 시간 내에 많은 양의 비가 내리는 게릴라성 집중호우가 도시하천유역의 침수피해사례를 증가시키고 있다. 이러한 집중호우로 인한 도시하천의 침수피해를 방지하기 위해 하천의 1차적인 홍수방지책인 제방의 안전성 검토를 통해 외수침수에 대한 위험성을 점검하며 제내지의 우수관로의 월류로 인한 내수침수에 대한 홍수방지대책확립을 위한 연구들이 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 한강의 제1지류인 홍제천 수계 중 하나인 불광천을 대상으로 제방취약성 분석 및 홍수규모별로 내수침수위험지역을 산정하여 치수 안전성을 검토하였다. 불광천은 마포구, 서대문구 및 은평구 3개의 행정구역에 포함되는 도시하천으로 하수관로, 우수관로, 하천횡단교량, 보 등의 수공구조물이 설치되어 있다. 불광천의 계획빈도인 50년 빈도와 극한홍수사상을 고려하기 위한 100년 빈도, 200년 빈도에 대한 확률 홍수량과 홍수위를 산정하여 구간별로 월류 위험도 분석에 적용하였다. 확률홍수량 산정은 SWMM모델을 이용하였고 확률홍수위 산정은 HEC-RAS모델을 활용하였다. 또한 SWMM모델을 이용하여 불광천 중류부인 응암지구를 대상으로 홍수규모별로 우수관로에서 월류되는 유역 모의를 수행하였다. 그 결과 제방 안전도 평가기준에 따라 제방위험구간을 선정하고 침수위험지역을 결정하였다. 이를 통해 빠른 홍수예 경보를 통한 홍수 피해 경감방안을 모색하고 불광천의 홍수방재체계 수립에 활용하고자 한다.

Since Korea started producing original animations targeting children, market of character for children has been led by TV animation with continuous broadcasting and OSMU. With a successful fondation in animation toy industry, its market is expanding to film industry, at the same time, brings positive effect for benefit of domestic animation. Therefore, this study researched viewing rate of children's TV animation and analyzed character storytelling to help foster and grow the direction of future animation characters. For the analysis, I selected 20 animations with high viewing rate and analyzed the storytelling of 95 characters based on their roles. The results of this study are as follows: in children's animation appeared various types of characters helping each other to make the viewer learn socializing. In addition, character's external setting varied depending on its role. Moreover, in the characters' internal setting, the most frequently appeared keyword was leadership, however, their personality keyword varied depending on the role.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of student-led assessment on achievement emotions and science concept understanding in middle school science classes. For this purpose, 4 of the 7 classes in the third grade of mid- dle school in small and medium-sized cities were selected as the experimental group and conducted student-led assessment, while the comparative group (3 classes) conducted teacher-led assessment. The student-led assessment consisted of 4 stages in which learners took initiative to set learning goals and develop assessment criteria, conduct self assessment and peer assess- ment, and carry out seven assessment activities. Student-led assessment was effective in improving positive achievement emotions and relieving negative achievement emotions and increasing students' science concept understanding in middle school students. Students perform student-led assessment, grasp their reach, and repeatedly go through reflective thinking to compensate for deficiencies in the learning process. Therefore, student-led assessment can be used as a tool to increase science concept understanding by continuously checking the level of science concept understanding.

With the change of society and the rapid development of science and technology, the direction of future education and the functions of schools have changed. Also the roles and tasks of teachers are changing rapidly. As Germany entered into the 21st century, many discussions let to a consensus on the direction of future education and schooling withholding a sense of responsibility and solidarity for the education of all members of the society. As a result, standards for the training of general teachers and teachers for special education were presented. The purpose of this study is to compare the standard contents of teacher training for special education in Germany with the qualification criteria for special school, teachers in Korea, focusing on evaluation and giving as well detailed information on the examination of teachers for special school, as on basic subjects for the qualification of special school teachers for special education in Korea will be explored. As a result, the content of this study can be summarized by four items. The first one is dealing with the creation of a consciousness of solidarity and a sense of responsibility among the members of the society for the future education and the role of schools and teachers. The second item ist about including the capacity and competence of teachers in the restructuring of the school and in the minimum standards of teacher training for special education. Third, the specificity of each state (provincial and local) is considered in the content of standards for teacher training. Fourth, standards for teacher training are linked to each other, previous teacher education, trainee teacher education, and current teacher education.

The purpose of this study is to examine the educational contents of home economics textbooks that solely focus on forming adolescent empowerment. For this, an in-depth content analysis was conducted on the home economics textbooks in Korea and the U.S. The main results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the 23 content elements, which are designed to build adolescent empowerment, were ascertained: nine intrapersonal empowerment elements such as the self-identity, nine interpersonal empowerment elements such as the communication, and five social empowerment elements such as the leadership. Second, based on the content elements selected from above, the textbooks in Korea were observed to deal with 58% of the 23 content elements, while those in the U.S. discussed 90% of the 23 content elements. Korean textbooks primarily focused on helping students understand major concepts, whereas the U.S. textbooks focused primarily on helping students make connections between major concepts and their life. Lastly, both countries put the least amount of weight on social empowerment content elements(Korea: 37%, U.S.: 70%).

When a military aircraft suffers damages due to the defects in its design, manufacturing or notification, all of which are generally understood as products liability defects, the obvious compensation is sought as it would in other consumer good case. However, there exist clear yet unappreciated difference between general consumer goods and military aircraft, as far as products liability law is concerned - some sort of recovery should be obtained even when there exist only defects, not damages, to the aircraft because of the implication of defective parts is much grave than what can be expected in a consumer goods case. While certain anticipatory measures do exist in manual or at negotiation stages for the safety of military aircraft, such measures are ineffective, if not ambiguous, in recovery effort in the post-accident stage In another word, the standardized military procurement contract manuals and boilerplate forms do not appreciate the unique and dangerous military nature of military aircraft. There are many unique legal issues which can arise when trying to prevent defective aircraft or parts, or to recover compensations for accident due to such defects. At two-level, the government should establish legal system (or countermeasures if you'd like) for purchasing safer military aircraft. First, one should be able to work with legal ground and policy that allows selecting and purchasing safer goods - the purpose of such contract is not litigious, but rather in acquiring what are most reliable. Second, in case the defects do arise and lead to damages, solid legal principles and instructions should be established for effectively pursuing appropriate company, (usually a aerospace industry giant with much experience) for products liability - the purpose of such pursuit is inevitable for a public official, since he or she is no private business man with much flexibilities, even to the point of waiving such compensatory right for future business purposes. This article tries to identify problems in methods of procuring military aircraft or parts - after reviewing on how the military can improve on legal and policy grounds for procuring what will be the focus of future military strength, it will offer some of the ways to effectively handling and resolving a liability issues.

In drafting the standards on changes in current conditions, the height or the number of stories is applied in a restrictive manner by limiting to securing the distance to vertical surface for cultural properties within the influence investigation area, but this is expected to have a negative impact on the surrounding sceneries as well as results in the dwarfing phenomenon for precious cultural properties. That is, the preparation for supplementing the insufficient objectivity that is likely to take place during the process of drafting the standards on changes in current conditions. Thus the author attempts to suggest the analytic method for the decision making related to objective and reasonable determination and regulation of the changes in current conditions through computer based simulation work that considers the cultural properties and surrounding environments under investigation. In order to achieve such research objectives, the author reviewed the subject sites where the cultural property dwarfing phenomenon was expected to occur in case of the permission for the changes in current conditions or where the impact of natural landscape and natural feature on the earth is less than architectural building or artificial structure or where the new policy program is likely to be adopted due to incomplete establishment of current condition change standard within influence investigation area, among other cultural properties with architectural building or artificial structure nearby located in Cheonan city and then selected Cheonansaji Dangganjiju(flag poles) and Jiksanhyun Gwana(government office). The author then undertook the quantitative visibility analysis in order to determine the comprehensive prospect rights for the cultural properties and surrounding environments concerned.

The purpose of this study is to develop an automatic classification system for recommending appropriate books of 9 enneagram personality types, using book information data reviewed by librarians. Data used for this study are book review of 501 recommended titles for children and young adults from National Library for Children and Young Adults. This study is implemented on the assumption that most people prefer different types of books, depending on their preference or personality type. Performance test for two different types of machine learning models, nonlinear kernel and linear kernel, composed of 360 clustering models with 6 different types of index term weighting and feature selections, and 10 feature selection critical mass were experimented. It is appeared that LIBLINEAR has better performance than that of LibSVM(RBF kernel). Although the performance of the developed system in this study is relatively below expectations, and the high level of difficulty in personality type base classification take into consideration, it is meaningful as a result of early stage of the experiment.

The emission quota of 26.9% was allocated to the architectural sector according to the greenhouse gas(GHG) emission reduction goal of the government. It has become inevitable to change the architectural structures in a low-energy consumption and sustainable manner for new and existing house. The introduction of various legal systems and deregulation have been attempted to promote the low carbon emission and sustainable energy conversion. Although overall emission reduction goal has been set for 6.7 million units of existing houses, there has been a lack of standards and directions for the emission reduction measures. This study was intended to present the most economic and effective green technology improvement measures based on the investigation into the current conditions through direct visit to the selected architectural structures and the repeated simulation of relevant technical elements.
