아파트 하자 담보 책임 기간이 지났어도 부실 시공에 따른 아파트 하자 보수 비용은 아파트 건설.분양 업체와 보증 회사에 존속된다는 법원의 판결이 나왔다. 하자 보수 비용에 따른 잇따른 소송으로 책임 소재가 불분명한 경우, 그 비용을 어떻게 해결해나가는지 실례를 들어 살펴보자.

The purpose of this study is to explore whether reading picturebooks portraying children's play assists adult readers to recall their childhood play memories according to the narrative model of human development. In this study, adult readers recalled their play memories before and after reading a picturebook depicting children's play. Adult readers' responses to the picturebooks were also collected. The types of play from their memories were categorized and the responses were qualitatively analyzed through open coding. The results indicated that first, before reading picturebooks portraying children's play, the type of play that adult readers mostly recalled was games with rules which happened outdoor. Second, after reading a picturebook, adult readers recalled new play memories which contained more detailed elements of narratives. Third, most adult readers responded to picturebooks either emotionally or aesthetically. This study suggests the perspective on picturebooks as a literature and art genre for readers from birth to death. In addition, as an evocative object, a picturebooks could assist adult readers to recall and rediscover their childhood.

As delivery services market has grown the damage cases are also continuously increased. When using delivery services, Customers would not be compensated in any way. Perhaps worse, losing a cargo would create a great deal of trouble. Because the lack of evidence, they takes a lot of time to clarify who is responsible. To prevent these things, we must create, collect, maintain and confirm. In this paper, we introduce new delivery system with a trusted third party for non-repudiation services. Moreover, in damage case, we show that the proposed system is efficient and provide non-repudiation. Using sending and receiving codes, the proposed system identifies a responsible subject with quickness and clearness.

At marine construction sites, there are problems with regard to dispute on the responsibility of safety management of chartered barge and its legal issues. In general, demise charter with crew is used for barge charterparty which is committed to the marine construction. Although Chapter 5 of the Korean Commercial Act enact provisions regulating a Time Chargerparty and a Bareboat Charterparty, it is difficult to clarify where the responsibility lies with regard to the safety control of the chartered barge. For this reason, disputes on accountability arise when accident occurs in effect. As a result, parties of the charterparty shift the responsibility on each other and there is increased risk for occurrence of similar accidents. There is no legally required qualification for a head of barge workers who is in charge of barge management. It is not possible to demand the head of barge workers to take charge of tasks which requires professional judgment as a marine technician considering his daily work scope. Furthermore, the barge committed to the marine construction as a form of bareboat charter or equipment charterage is an object which should be managed by safety supervisor of the charterer's marine construction. The charterer bears a duty to manage the safety of the barge. Therefore, the charterer is generally liable for the damage incurred in the course of using the chartered barge.

2000년대 이후 기업의 경제적 이익을 위한 본연의 성과를 성취하기 위해서는 영리적 이익추구 이외에도 기업 내외부의 관여된 활동 범주 내에서 투자자, 소비자, 시민단체 그리고 노동조합등에 사회적책임(Corporate Social Responsibility:CSR)의 중요성이 점차 커져가고 있다. 이 중 사회적책임과 조직 내 구성원들의 조직유효성의 영향에 대한 다양한 선행논문이 있었으나, 지역으로 세분화하여 분석한 연구가 상대적으로 미비하였다. 이에 따라 강원도를 한정한 사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 강원도 소재 기업들의 사회적책임에 대한 기반적 자료로써 활용될 것으로 여겨진다. 이를 확인하기 위해 본 연구는 강원도 소재 기업에 종사하는 구성원들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 총 186부의 표본을 활용하였다. 검증결과 사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입이 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 조직시민행동에 부분적으로 채택되었으며, 조직신뢰는 조직시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 조직몰입은 조직시민행동에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다. 본 연구는 선행논문에서 밝힌 사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 대해서 지역을 한정해서 연구했으며, 분석결과 강원도 지역 내 사회적경제기업들이 다수 포진되어 있으며, 공동체성이 높기 때문에 사회적책임이 조직 유효성과 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Cats used to be long avoided in Korean culture due to prejudices on their negative implications, yet they are increasingly being favoured by domestic readers along with a growing number of cat lovers, picture books, essays and webtoons. In the case of Yoko Sano's work, half of her published books in Korea depicts cats. Among those is 'The Cat That Lived a Million Times' which is a worldwide million seller. The research analyses five picture books on cats published in Korea, focusing on finding out symbolic representation of cats other than merely being the protagonist of the book. Sano asserts that we respect our own free well and love ourselves just as cats do in her books. In conclusion, cats in Sano's work mostly represent the author herself, which are sometimes depicted as mother and son. The colours and thick outlines of her cats, unlike tender characteristics, describes self-righteous strong personality, while emphasising both static and dynamic movements.

책은 무형의 지식과 정보를 담으면서 동시에 물리적인 형태를 지닌다. 정신과 물질을 동시에 갖춘 이 매력적인 형태의 책은, 그래서 예부터 예술적 심미의 대상이 돼왔다. 국내 판화가를 비롯한 예술가들이 책을 테마로 한 작품을 모아 전시한 '판화 예술 책'전이 지난 2월12일부터 12일간 서울 종로구 한국문화예술진흥원(원장 차범석) 미술관에서 열렸다. 김찬동(작가).임영길(홍익대 판화과 교수).고충환(미술평론가) 등이 기획을 맡고 50여 작가가 참여한 이번 전시회에는 오브제로서 책이 지니는 특성에 착안해 무한한 상상을 펼친 실험적인 작품들이 많이 선보였다. 책의 소재인 종이, 종이의 원료인 펄프와 수제종이에 주목하거나, 책이란 정보를 담아내는 그릇이란 점에 착안하며, 정보를 전달하는 운송기능에 초점을 맞추는 등 다양한 형식의 작품들이 눈길을 끌었다. 그 가운데 몇 작품을 소개한다.
