본 연구는 한국전총사회의 아동양육을 알아 보기 위해 고려시대의 문집인 파한집.한국이상국집.보한집을 문헌분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고려시대의 아동에 대한 인식특징으로는 아동의 소질이나 품성은 선천적으로 타고 나는 것으로 보았으며, 또한 아동의 지적 측면에 대한 기초가 높았다는 점을 들 수 있다. 둘째, 고려시대 아동은 가내과업을 통하여 성인생활로 자연스럽게 사회화될 뿐만아니라 행동모방.자연적 친화.도구제작 등의 활동특성을 지닌 놀이 생활을 하였다. 세째, 고려시대에 부성은 아동의 물리적 보호뿐만 아니라 심리적 측면에서의 야육활동을 수행하였고 한편으로 모성에게는 영아 양육에 있어 필연적 관계가 강조되었으며 또한 당시 사회에는 강항 양육책임의식이 있었음이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 분집을 통하여 당시 아동의 의식주생활, 출생의례, 가족교육등에 관한 일부 내용이 발견되었다.

최근 일련의 대형 해양사고로 인하여 해양안전에 대한 국민적 관심이 지속적으로 높아지면서 선사의 사회적 책임이 강조되는 시기이다. 해양수산 CEO 대상 해양안전리더 교육은 선박소유자 등 선사 경영층의 안전의식 내재화를 통한 업계의 안전문화 정착을 도모하기 위해 실시되고 있으며, 2015년부터 시작하여 현재까지 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육 수료자를 대상으로 실시된 만족도 조사를 바탕으로 교육 프로그램 개선 및 진행 방식에 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

소규모 건설 사업장에서는 한 사람이 과도하게 많은 관리영역에 대해서 책임을 져야하므로 특정 영역에 대해 집중적인 관리가 불가능하다. 실제로 이와 같은 소규모 프로젝트는 작은 규모로 인해서 정부의 관리 통제에서 면제되고 있는 바, 이는 소규모 건설 사업장에서의 안전관리와 안전관리에 대한 의식 수준이 낮은 주된 이유 중 하나이다. 정부는 그간 전국적 사고 발생 건수를 줄이기 위해 지속적으로 노력하고 있지만 매년 백여 명이 넘는 근로자가 건설현장에서 사망하고 있다. 이는 그간의 관리 방법으로는 일정 수준의 목표를 달성하고자 함에 있어 상당한 한계가 있다는 것을 시사한다. 건설 사업장에서 발생하는 각종 안전사고는 건축물의 대형화 복잡화함에 따라 다양한 형태로 발생되며 그 중 대형건설사는 지속적인 안전관리를 통해 안전관리 수준이 향상되었고 상대적으로 소규모 건설 사업장과는 안전수준의 격차는 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상대적으로 안전 관리가 미흡하고 전체사고의 반 이상을 차자하는 소규모 건설현장의 문제점을 파악하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Through the evolutionary process of the North Korean defector support policies, this research investigates the background behind the formation of non-profit organizations for the North Korean defectors and to identify and understand the problem through their characteristics and functions. Starting from 1990, with an increase in the North Korean Defectors' population as well as the introduction of multicultural society, various environmental factors, such as the domestic socio-environmental changes, resulted an increase in number of private organizations. However, not to mention the size and functions of the organizations, some do not even have required legal organizational structures in place. Their business activities, in some cases, are irrelevant to the original purpose and objectives. Moreover, the fact that 83% of the North Korean Defectors Organizations are based in Seoul while 25.5% of the North Korean Defector residing in Seoul, inevitably make the reputation of the organizations to be illegal and dishonest due to the excessive level of competitions among the similar types of organizations. In reality, the organizations show lack of growth in the areas such as securing necessary employments to the Defectors or providing educations to the youth, who will eventually become the future leaders, in building the awareness capacity toward the unification. These results show that, in conducting their activities, the organizations must be aware of the rights and responsibilities as the constituents of the society, plus the government's practical efforts in improving these issues are also necessary.

The Social Conflict Index in Korea is considerably high. In the situation where both parties' interests conflict each other, Korean society has shown immature democracy, which couldn't peacefully resolve the conflict because of the lack of tolerance against the counterparty's position. In terms of upbringing educated citizens, who could democratically communicate with others and approach problems, communication skill training is very important, reducing social costs by extreme conflict. Thus, this paper studied the necessity of communication skills training and its sociopolitical implication through case studies about "Communication and Negotiation" class, which is proceeded under university liberal education. Under current university curriculums, increased liberal education programs, related with speaking, focus on cultivating logical and critical thinking in the main. Based on these thinking skills, "Communication and Negotiation" has important implication in terms of cultivating mindset which resolves conflicts and considers other's position by collaborative and emotional perspectives. In terms of cultivating practical communication skills, this "Communication and Negotiation" class requires the change of teaching skills with various training programs, under students' active participation and feedback in the class exercise for resolving problems. Ultimately, through "Communication and Negotiation" class, and as members of society, students could learn matured citizenship and sense of responsibility by respecting others' position and reasonably resolving conflicts.

The information society based on Internet has positive effects to provide us with abundance and comfort as well as enhancement of quality of life. But it also has negative effects which bring about more serious social problems than real life. These negative effects of the cyber space are especially critical to elementary school students who do not have good judgment capability and clear concept on cyber space. To solve these problems, we have to let them have ethical sense to respond to the dysfunctions of Internet. We need to enforce Internet ethics education at home and in school so that they can behave as responsible and moral behaviors in this information society. Because the most of the elementary school students usually use Internet at home, the role of their parents can be particularly important factor in Internet ethics education. The purpose of this paper was to identify the current status of the consciousness on Internet ethics of the elementary school students who are the creators of new culture on Internet and their parents who make great influence on their education, and to study what influence the consciousness on the Internet ethics of parents has made on the Internet usage of their children. Through this study, we try to provide the desirable direction for Internet ethics of elementary school students.

Since the mid-1980s, the role of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) has become a hot issue in business world due to increasing comparative importance of firms in current society. The purposes of this research are to analyze empirically the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior, also to analyze the moderating effects of Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) on the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior in the social enterprises. For these purposes, literature review and survey research were conducted. The suggested hypothetical relationships were tested with primary data from a sample 552 employees of social enterprises. The main findings of this study are as follow ; First, inner life and sense of community which are composed workplace spirituality have positive influence sportsmanship and courtesy. second, sense of community have differential influence on organizational citizenship behavior by LMX. In conclusion, inner life and sense of community are expected to improve sportsmanship and courtesy, important of LMX in the social enterprises.

Attention to Korean perspective mathematics education has been increasingly paid m international academic meetings or international comparative studies. Personal or intuitive, vague explanation has been given based on limited literature or observations. This increasing attention and Jack of studies warrant the necessity of systematic researches on it. This article aims at clarifying the research issues in searching for Korean perspective on mathematics education and finding the starting point through discussion on mathematical modeling by teacher on researchers and researchers. Firstly, hypothetical perspective will be described. Secondly, Fourteen teacher educators' and seven researchers' opinion on it will be discussed. Findings imply that strong responsibility for Korean mathematics teachers to reveal theoretical aspects of mathematical knowledge, i.e., structure or essence, as well as to pursue efficiency and effectiveness in mathematics teaching and learning is the main aspect of Korean perspective on mathematics education.

The online performance market is increasing due to recent pandemic events. However, due to the short introduction time of domestic online performances, there is a lack of related prior studies or success stories. In addition, most of these projects are short-lived projects or poor profits, so it is necessary to study how to activate them. The Sac on Screen project, which has been in progress since 10 years ago, has its own imaging experience, and the screening works and screening venues are also diverse, so it is an object of study. In addition, since annual satisfaction surveys are conducted, the business was evaluated based on the voice of customers from the data of the past three years. Based on the analyzed results, a free and paid version of the business model canvas was drawn through a group of experts. As a result of this synthesis, the following major implications were drawn. First, expanding research on online performances, second, needing a sense of responsibility for quality management of content, third, increasing diversity in content selection, and fourth, enhancing the liveliness of online performances, Fifth, efforts are needed to attract private investment and develop value-added products.

The purpose of this study is to develop value instruction program which can deal with geographic value problem(GVP) in geographic education. This program is organized into seven stages: identification of GVP(reading of content of GVP, and categorization and description of action which involved in content), analysis of GVP(comparison and analysis of GVP, and ordering of value positions), decision making, justification of decision making and actualization. The processes of decision making and their related activities are emphasized in this program. In experimental classroom, it took effects to providing subjective experiences with students, developing decision making ability, and giving responsibility of decision making. Therefore this study suggests that this program helps students to improve their social participation ability as the democratic citizenship.
