  • 산업재해라고 하면 으레 육중한 기계장비가 시끄럽게 돌아가는 공장이나 위험이 항상 도사리는 건설공사현장과 같이 육체노동을 주로 요하는 사업장엣 일어나는 사고를 떠올리곤 한다. 그러나 현대 산업사회에서는 오히려 업무와 관련한 스트레스나 과로, 정신적 노동으로 인한 질병 등에 의한 산업재해가 많은 비중을 차지하고 있고, 법원 역시 근로자인 원고 측에서 인관관계를 구체적이고 직접적으로 입증하지 못하더라도 어느 정보 개연성이 인정된다면 산업재해를 인정해 주는 추세에 있다. 근로자에게 예상치 못한 재해가 발생하면 피해자 개인에게도 매우 불행하고 힘든 일이지만, 회사 입장에서도 금전적 측면에서나 대외적 이미지 면에서 큰 손실이 아닐 수 없다. 그래서 산업재해를 당한 근로자에게 신속하게 보상이 이루어지도록 하고, 사업주(기업가)에게는 갑작스러운 경제적 부담을 덜어주기 위해 산재보험제도가 도입된 것이다. 회사를 위해 열심히 일하다 재해를 입은 직원의 조속한 업무복귀를 도모하고 기업의 사회적 책무를 다 하기 위해서라도 기업을 경영하는 사업주 역시 산업재해에 대해 기본적인 지식을 알아 둘 필요가 있다.

  • This study tried to analyze the validity of current teacher's evaluation systems to evaluate teacher librarians. The result is as follow: The current teacher evaluation system has the low validity to evaluate the expertise of teacher librarians, and the result of using this evaluation system, must be unfair to teacher librarians. This study will suggest alternatives on an appropriate evaluation item to strengthen teacher librarians' expertise and accountability.

  • 아직도 공급전력의 상당부분을 차지하고 있는 화력발전소는 대규모인데다가 아주 복잡한 시스테인데, 이러한 시스템을 다양한 상황변황에 따라 성능을 충분히 발휘하면서 또한 안전하게 운전하기 위해서는 고도의 운전기술이 요구된다. 현재 주야간 수요격차의 확대와 원자력공급비율의 증가등에 의해 화력발전소는 설비의 노후화가 날로 심해져가고 있고 연일 계속되는 기동정지 등 과도한 운용이 행해지고 있으며, 이러한 상황하에서 전력공급의 책무를 다할 수 있는 동시에 출력 조정능력, 안전도, 열관리 경제운전등에 관하여 더욱 성능을 향상시키는 것이 화력발전소의 운전을 담당하는 자의 올바른 사명이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해서는, 운전, 보수, 관리, 설비면에서 종합적인 대책이 필요하다. 운전면에서의 대책으로는 운전기술의 고도화가 중요하며, 이를 성취하는데 있어서는 발전소운전에 관한 지식의 질적, 양적확충과, 판단의 신속성 및 신뢰도의 향상, 그리고 숙련된 오퍼레이터의 기술의 전승등이 중요한 과제라고 보여지는 바, 기대되는 기술의 수준이 높아져 가고 있기 때문에 그러한 과제들을 해결하기 위해서는 교육훈련의 내실화, 운전수칙의 정비등 종래의 대응책에 덧붙여서 새로운 대응책이 요망되는 것이다.

A Study on the Contingent Worker's Handwritings and Documentation of Labor (비정규노동 수기와 노동의 기록화)

  • The archives should not document the absence of labor records, but document the traces of workers' lives. In other words, it is the responsibility of the archive to reproduce the acts and sufferings of contingent workers with records, and to reveal the oppressive structure of capitalism based on them. Records representing the lives of contingent workers, such as labor manuals, should be at the core of records that symbolize the present, and archives should be documented. The archives should discard the illusion of neutrality.

한국의 벤처 캐피탈 연구 10년, 성과 그리고 과제

  • 높은 위험을 안고 사업을 하는 벤처 기업은 자금 조달이 쉽지 않다. 벤처 캐피탈은 벤처의 재정적 필요를 해결하고 부족한 역량을 보충함으로써 벤처의 성공을 돕고 고위험 고수익의 벤처 생태계를 지탱하는 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 국내 벤처 캐피탈의 성장과 지속적인 관심에도 불구하고 학문적 성과가 충분히 축적되고 있는지는 의문이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 2011년부터 2019년까지 벤처창업을 주제로 한 연구의 주요 흐름을 텍스트 마이닝 방법을 통해 고찰함으로써 문제를 진단하고 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. KCI 키워드 트렌드와 벤처 캐피탈의 성장에 관한 시계열 상관분석의 결과 학술적 성과가 벤처 캐피탈의 성장 추이를 따라가지 못하는 것으로 보인다. 또한 벤처창업연구의 주제 흐름을 바이그램과 TF-IDF로 관찰한 결과 2016 이후 창업 기업에 대한 연구 관심이 두드러지고 2019년에 들어 벤처 캐피탈에 관한 연구 커뮤니티의 관심이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 벤처 캐피탈에 관한 주요 연구 토픽을 보다 더 적극적으로 발굴하고 탐구함으로써 연구 커뮤니티의 책무를 강화하고 한국의 벤처 캐피탈 성장과 그에 따른 이슈들을 논의할 이론적 기틀 마련이 필요함을 환기한다.

Politics through Academic Career or Academic Career for Politics Focused on the current status and conditions of Media scholars' political participation (지식을 통한 정치 혹은 정치를 위한 지식 언론학자의 정치 참여 현황과 특징 연구)

  • Journalism and Mass Communication as an academic field is believed more politicized one than pure literature and natural science. With the growth of the media, there follows additional opportunities for media scholars to take a part in politics as well. Few attention was given to understand the status and mechanism of political intervention either as advisers or decision makers though. This study attempts thus to fill this vacuum. For this, first of all, it examines a various types of laws related to media politics. Total number of 164 scholars who participated in 12 councils and commissions were analyzed on the following step. Research shows that there are patterns which favor Seoul National University, U.S. trained Ph. D and geographic preference to the capital. Neither academic excellence nor commitment to public interest appear to have impact on taking those positions. Taking into account media's expansion into politics, it is inevitable for media scholars to take responsibility not only in policy making but in taking leadership. Accordingly, the question of necessity is not who but how as much as manner. The authors hope this study will be a valuable opportunity to establish a kind of ethical standards in media politics.

A Study on the Job Analysis of Assistive Product Specialist (복지용구 전문가 직무분석에 관한 연구)

  • As Korea is now an aging society, the demand and necessity of assistive products for senior citizens are increasing. On the other hand, their satisfaction with the assistive-product payment service is pretty low, so that the necessity of assistive-product specialists is newly rising. Therefore, it is important to establish a frame of assistive product specialist and clarify the duties. This study aimed to define and analyze the job of assistive-product specialists. This study was carried out from June 1, 2015 to February 10, 2016. After the literature consideration and analysis of the current status, a job analysis(plan) of assistive product specialists was drawn after the job of assistive product specialists was defined, and the duties, tasks, and task elements were analyzed by experts through an advisory conference. A Delphi method was conducted with five professional panels to verify the validity. For the job contents of assistive product specialists, 5 duties, 12 tasks, and 23 task elements were identified. The significance of this study was to establish the system and standard for assistive device specialists defining and analyzing the job of assistive product specialist. Through this study, it would be possible to secure the professionalism of an assistive-product specialist and qualitative improvement of an assistive-product payment service.

Structural Analysis of the Graduate Medical School Student's Perception about 'Good Doctor' (의학전문대학원생의 '좋은 의사'에 대한 인식 구조 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide developmental direction of medical education by analysing graduate medical school student's perception structure about 'good doctor' and the difference between graduate medical school student's perception structure about 'good doctor' before and after clerkship. Subject of study is medical students in 1st~4th year. NetMiner 4.0 program, which is social network analysis, was used to analyse. Many of the words that students used to describe good doctor were similar. But especially lots of times they used 'patient', 'treatment', 'competence', 'heart' and a word 'patient' showed highest degree centrality. Higher density of network and mean degree centrality were shown in students who experienced clerkship. 'Diagnosis and treatment', 'medical communication', 'attitudes to patients', 'medical knowledge', 'basic competence' these 5 groups were shown in network of students before and after clerkship in common. In the case of students after clerkship, 'lifelong learning ' groups have been added, so were the 6 groups. Considering the fact that social responsibility, professionalism, medical humanities are emphasized in recent medical education, students have lack of perception structure about good doctor, therefore education of this area needs to be strengthened.

Effects of Community-Based SSI Programs on Promoting Middle School Students' Understanding of Issues and Character and Values as Citizens: Focused on Fine Dust Issues (지역사회연계 미세먼지 교육프로그램이 중학생들의 이슈에 대한 이해와 시민으로서의 인성과 가치관 함양에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of community-based SSI programs (SSI-COMM) regarding "fine dust" on promoting middle school students' understanding of community issues and their character and values as citizens. SSI-COMM on fine dust was implemented in 4 middle schools located in Seoul, and 151 7th graders participated in the program lasting over 8 weeks. Data was collected through two questionnaires (i.e. students' understanding of issues, and character and values as citizens) and individual interviews with selected students. Results indicated that there were statistically significant increases in their understanding of fine dust issue after the program. In addition, the program significantly contributed to enhancing students' character and values, especially in the domains of social and moral compassion and socioscientific accountability. Student interviews revealed that they became more aware of the local community problems caused by fine dusts and started to consider what efforts should be made to solve them. They also felt individual responsibility for the occurrence of fine dust, and the need for participation and practice of community activities for vulnerable groups in affected areas.

A Comparative Study on Supplemental Educational Services in the United States and Korea (한국과 미국의 학업부진학생 지원 보충수업에 대한 비교 연구)

  • Supplemental Educational Services (SES) are government initiated tutoring services to strengthen basic skills of academically underachieving students and thus close achievement gaps among students. Recently, however, the direction of SES has shifted its gear away from the test-driven accountability system in the United States (US) and Korea. Based on related literature, official documents, and statistics data, this study investigates major aspects of SES in the US and Korea, suggesting implications for future SES in the two countries. Major findings illustrate; 1) SES both in the US and Korea aim to serve students with underachievement yet place a primary emphasis on academics, 2) the US and Korea show contrasting results of SES in students' academic achievement, 3) the US and Korea use different approaches in selecting SES participants, which is closely related to equality in educational opportunities, 4) the major difference between the US and Korea is the openness of real markets for SES. Based on these findings, this study proposes practical implications for future SES in Korea and the US.
