2001학년도 자연계 대학의 실질적인 평균 경쟁률이 0.7대 1에 불과하다는 사실이 처음 보도된 것은 2001년 5월 20일 동아일보를 통해서였다. 그 보도를 시작으로 아무도 모르게 청소년들 사이에 불처럼 번진 소위 '이공계 기피'는 우리 사회의 심각한 논란거리가 되었다. 그 원인과 심각성에 대한 수많은 진단과 함께 다양한 개선책이 제시되었다. 최근에는 이공계의 공직 진출을 획기적으로 확대하겠다는 정책까지 발표되었지만 이공계 기피는 여전히 개선될 기미를 보이지 않고 있다.

방사선치료의 최적화를 위하여 위치결정장비로 이용되고 있는 simulator에는 gantry와 couch, 콜리메이터와 같은 기계적으로 운동하는 장치와 엑스선 발생장치, 투시용 영상증강관, 기계적 운동 장치의 위치를 알기 위한 지나 거리표시기, 각도 표시기가 포함되어 있다. 충돌에 의한 위험을 막기 위한 충돌 방지장치도 포함되어 있다. 여기에서는 정확한 시뮬레이션을 수행하기 위해 필요한 검사항목과 성능과 유지, 안전성 확보에 필요한 사항을 논의한다. 대부분의 검사항목에 대해서 검사기준을 제시하며 항목에 따라서는 검사방법을 예시한다. 이와 같이 다양하고 정밀한 장치의 성능관리업무는 전문가인 의학물리학자의 책임하여 수행되어야 한다.

한국어 모음 발성시 책은 Videovelopharyngogram과 동시에 녹음된 음성을 분석하여, 각 모음별로 성도내 좁힘에 대한 성문으로부터의 거리를 측정하고, 음 대를 구하여 그 상관관계를 알아보았다. 측정 인원은 표준말을 사용하는 것으로 판정된 성인 남녀 각 5명으로 하고, 측정방법으로 Simens Pantoscop 를 이용하여 Videovelopharyngogram을 얻고, DT282-F-6 SE board로 digitized된 음성을 CSpeech version 3. 의 software로 분석하였다.(중략)

본고에서는 방재개설들을 거시분류법으로 나눠 자연재해방재, 인위적재해방재, 방위방재, 산업재해방재, 경제방재, 기능방재, 효과방재, 인간훽터방재로 전개했으며, 이는 방재이론을 브로드하게 표현하여 최근의 방재이론의 동향과 이론의 흐름을 소개하였다. 우리의 방재이론과 세계의 그것은 너무도 거리가 있으며 각분야에 방재훽터의 부여율은 후진국의 그것에 멈추고 있음을 실감할 수 있다. 아직 상아탑에서서의 연구는 자료 등의 부족으로 불가능 하겠으나 일백년전 미국이 각 메이커와 협회중심으로 각분야재해책을 연구하였듯이 우리도 각 분야에 종사하는 사람 각자가 방재의식을 갖고 "하고있는 일" 또는 "하려고하는 일에" 방재훽터를 부여하는 방법이 강구 되어야 하겠다.부여하는 방법이 강구 되어야 하겠다.

가장 큰 예술 대중매체인 k-pop은 다양한 안무 퍼포먼스를 필두로 대중에게 새로운 경험과 색다른 소통을 하게 도와줄 책임이 있다. 현대무용과의 결합을 통해 k-pop은 예술적 형태의 'Art 퍼포먼스'라고 불리 우며, 무용은 k-pop의 대중적 성질을 가지고 거리의 장벽이 낮아졌다. 이것을 변화되는 안무 디자인의 새로운 '문화 트렌드', '대중화 코드'로 인식하여야한다.

COVID-19 pandemic is an opportunity to recognize the necessity of information and telecommunications infrastructure which is base of information and telecommunication. This paper discusses the importance of information and telecommunications infrastructure in COVID-19 pandemic and overview proper institutional measures to fulfill state responsibility for establishment and protection of the infrastructure through documentary survey and normative study with juristic consideration. Information and telecommunications infrastructure has critical functions to respond to the pandemic and is one of the key to make digital transformation. A state is responsible for establishment and protection of Information and telecommunications infrastructure. Institutional measures have significance for the state responsibility and they are formed by not only statute but also constitution with making state object provision for establishment and protection of Information and telecommunications infrastructure. This paper shows premise and direction of further studies on related individual legislation.

LOD-based recommender systems usually leverage the data available within LOD datasets, such as DBpedia, in order to recommend items(movies, books, music) to the end users. These systems use a semantic similarity algorithm that calculates the degree of matching between pairs of Linked Data resources. In this paper, we proposed a new approach to measuring semantic distance in an LOD-based recommender system by assigning weights converted from user ratings to links in the LOD graph. The semantic distance measurement model proposed in this paper is based on a processing step in which a graph is personalized to a user through weight calculation and a method of applying these weights to LDSD. The Experimental results showed that the proposed method showed higher accuracy compared to other similar methods, and it contributed to the improvement of similarity by expanding the range of semantic distance measurement of the recommender system. As future work, we aim to analyze the impact on the model using different methods of LOD-based similarity measurement.

본 연구는 명말(明末)에 역법(歷法)의 개정을 주장한 서광계(徐光啓, 1562~1633)의 기획과 총괄에 의해 편찬되었고, 이탈리아 선교사 로(Giacomo Rho, 羅雅谷, 1593~1638)가 주 저자로 보는 《숭정역서》에서 태양의 이론편인 <일전역지(日躔歷指)>와 계산 절차 및 계산수치표가 종합된 <일전표(日躔表)>의 내용을 정리, 분석하였다. <일전역지>와 <일전표>에 들어있는 몇 개의 내용과 표들은 대부분 16세기 후반부터 17세기 전반에 걸쳐 서유렵의 티코 브라헤(Tycho Brahe, 1546~1601), 마기니(Giovanni Antonio Magini, 1555~1617), 메티우스(Adriaan Metius, 1571~1635) 등의 책에서 동일한 내용이 발견되었다. 판나이 휘집본(潘鼐彙集本; 프랑스 국립도서관본; 《숭정역서》 초기본), 규장각본(《숭정역서》의 후기본), 그리고 사고전서본(《신법산서》)의 내용을 빠짐없이 검토하고, 최근 발간된 《숭정역서합교》의 연구도 반영되었다. <일전역지>에 태양의 운동을 기술하기 위해 Eccentic 모델을 사용하여 양심차(兩心差), 원지점의 방향, 가감차(加減差), 지구-태양간의 거리 변화 등을 설명하고 있다. 그러나 <일전표>에 나타난 가감차표와 지구-태양간의 거리표는 Equant 모델을 사용하였다. 비교를 위하여 70여년 뒤에 편찬된 《역상고성》 상편 제 4권 <일전역리>에서는 코페르니쿠스 모델인 본륜-균륜 모델이 사용되고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 위에 언급된 3 가지 모델의 차이를 설명하고, 가감차와 지구-태양간의 거리표를 이 모델을 이용하여 계산한 다음, <일전표>에 있는 가감차표와 지구-태양간의 거리표와 비교할 것이다. 《신법산서》에는 Equant 모델을 설명하고 있는데 어디서 오류가 발생하였는지도 규명한다. 그리고 3 가지 모델의 animation을 통해 가감차와 거리차를 쉽게 설명하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identity the relationship between CAGE distance and Korean foreign subsidiaries' social responsibility, which is divided into responsive and strategic activities. The hypothesis is that CAGE distance has positive relationships with subsidiaries' social responsibility to overcome local liabilities of foreignness and acquire social legitimacy. The key findings are as follows. Firstly, culture distance has positive significant impacts on subsidiaries' social responsibility activities. It especially has positive influences on strategic CSR. Secondly, administration distance has no impacts on subsidiaries' social responsibility. Thirdly, geographic distance also has positive impacts on subsidiaries' social responsibility activities, especially on responsive CSR. Lastly, economic distance has significantly negative effects on social responsibility. This empirical study identifies the relationships between cross national distance and subsidiaries' social responsibility. Culture and geographic distance has positive influences on subsidiaries' social responsibility. Market seeking subsidiaries group shows more positive relationship between culture distance and social responsibility activities, which means that foreign subsidiaries would engage in social responsibility activities for strategic purpose.

This study suggests a conceptualization model of 'cultural inclusiveness' organically connected to social inclusiveness, by expanding the implications of urban inclusiveness to the domain and relationship. Based on the process of necessity of relation, connection of space, and execution of act, the cultural inclusiveness could be connected to the formation of organic/learning relation, the creation of openness focusing on public space, and the practice of diverse subjects. Concretely, the concept of cultural inclusiveness is applied to the case of 'Hongdae-ap'. The recent Hongdae-ap is showing the value of coexistence such as the establishment of environment that could protect the diversity of individual subjects and groups(artists, residents, government officials, students, cultural activists, citizens, tourists, and etc.), the formation of public space such as 'Hongdae-up playground', 'pedestrian-friendly street', and 'Gyeongui-Line book street', social network service & horizontal network, and access.
