Sanjo has a quintessential value not only because of its musical depth but also because of its style of music that best expresses Korean sentiment. However, new values are being established from different viewpoints as time passes so Sanjo's values need a modification in order to encompass a contemporary value that is required and accepted by modern society. In this context, while focusing on communication with the public, I contemplated the developmental direction of Sanjo in five perspectives; The Social realization of value, The Experimental and social transformation, The Social diffusion of creation, The Leap of fusion and harmony and finally The Socialization of contents. In the perspective of 'social realization of value', Sanjo refers to creative activity as a new 'duneum' which allows traditional and creative activity to deviate freely while still being under the Sanjo guideline. Either way, it has a periodical value because new forms with new rhythms are the only ways to communicate with the modern public. When these values can be understood by modern society can Sanjo be revived and be acknowledged as an infinite value. Secondly as an experiment and social transformation, there is a transformation of musical instruments in the 21th century. Our musical instruments should be transformed to effectively perform our music rather than to perform Western music. Third, social diffusion of creation should be the 'new Sanjo festival in 21th century' which can facilitate the communication with the public. Fourth, regarding leap of fusion and harmony, I suggest a performing culture consisting of 'Storytelling Sanjo' and 'Media Art' which will ceaselessly evolve Sanjo performance as a medium to communicate with the public. Finally, in regards to the socialization of contents, I emphasize that Sanjo should have contents of mass media as a way of means to help utilize mass media.

감사원장 자문기구인 부정방지대책위원회(위원장 서영훈)는 $\ulcorner$공사질서, 어떻게 확립할 것인가?$\lrcorner$ 라는 주제로 우리 사회가 하루빨리 청산해야할 부실공사의 추방대책을 모색하는 공개토론회를 지난 9월 6일 한국 프레스센터 국제회의장에서 이시윤 감사원장을 비롯한 관련기관 및 관련업계 종사자들이 참석한 가운데 개최했다. 특히 이번 공개토론회는 우리의 안전을 위협하고 나아가서는 국가 경쟁력을 잃게 하는 부실공사의 원인을 심층진단하고 그 방지대책으로 불합리한 제도의 개선과 아울러 시민들의 감사활동을 통한 공사질서확립 방안에 대한 슬기와 지혜를 널리 모으는 중요한 자리로 후손들에게 자랑스러운 건설문화를 넘겨줄 수 있도록 밝고 건전한 공사질서를 세우는 방안에 대한 많은 의견이 있었다. 이날 이시윤 감사원장은 $\ulcorner$부실공사는 우리의 생명과 안전을 위협하고 국제적 위신을 실추시키며 국가경쟁력을 읽게 하는 부끄러운 폐습으로서 하루빨리 치유해야 할 망국병$\lrcorner$이라면서 $\ulcorner$감사원은 21세기 우리의 밝은 미래 창조를 가로막고 있는 이러한 부실공사 문제의 심각성을 인식하고 이의 근절을 최우선 과제로 정하여 감사원의 모든 감사역량을 부실공사 추방을 위한 감사활동에 기울여 왔다$\lrcorner$고 밝혔다. 또한 이시윤 감사원장은 $\ulcorner$지난해에 이어 올해는 건설환경 개선 및 품질혁신의 해로 선언하고 국민 불안감 해소를 위하여 주요시설물의 안전성 점검과 건설산업 개방에 대비한 대외경쟁력 제고의 기틀을 마련하는데 총력을 기울여 나가고 있다$\lrcorner$면서 $\ulcorner$나아가 부실공사 기동점검반을 편성 운영하여 공공공사 현장을 수시 점검하여 부실을 역동성 있게 척결하는 체제도 구축하는 등의 계획을 갖고 있다$\lrcorner$고 밝혔다.

21세기 정보화 시대에 효과적으로 대비하기 위해 세계 여러나라에서 추진하고 있는 정보화 사회를 구축하는데 필수적인 요소로 lnfrastructure인 초고속 정보 통신망을 구축하고 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서도 정부주도로 초고속망을 이용한 대국민 서비스 사업을 추진하고 있고, 이 사업의 일환으로 문화체육부에서도 국립중앙박물관을 중심으로 대국민 서비스용 문화정보망 구축을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 문화정보망 사업의 최종 목표는 종래의 개념을 넘어선 인간에게 가장 현실감을 줄 수 있는 "가상박물관"과 같이 문화재를 글, 그림 이외에 3차원 업체형상을 가진 문화재를 3차원적으로 표현하여 보이지 않는 부분을 볼 수 있도록 문화재를 이동, 회전 및 확대, 축소 표현이 가능한 3차원 형상정보 데이타베이스를 구축하여야 한다. 본 과제에서는 이러한 3차원 형상정보 데이타베이스 구축을 위해, 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술과 인공지능 기술이 복합적으로 구현된 3차원 입체형상 자동 입력 시스템 및 모델링 시스템과 지원 도구 개발을 목표로 진행되고 있다. 이 시스템이 완성되면 문화재 형상의 영구보존, 문화재의 특성(크기,색,무늬,질감) 보존, 문화재 형상 복원 및 문화재의 시대적 상대평가를 용이하게 하는 효과를 얻을 뿐아니라, 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술 및 정보처리 기술을 문화재 연구와 전시에 적용하여 문화정보망 사업의 구체적 효과를 가시화 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the customer oriented quality creation by considering quality elements required by customers in the product design process. The study tried to extract attractive quality elements by using Kano's model. After identifying the elements HOQ(the house of quality) of QFD(quality function deployment) was used to identify the trend of quality elements evaluation. Test for equal means (t-test) was applied to verify the attractive quality elements of adult shoes. It made us find the customer oriented quality elements from the customer needs and latent dissatisfaction. We collected the opinions of experts on shoes and complete the cause and effect diagram and affinity diagram (KJ method). The data of the questionnaire was put to the QFD and the contents of quality elements was identified by brain storming method. We calculated indexes which were the multiplication of weight and marks of quality elements in the cross table of the HOQ by QFD. Then we tested for the equality of means between the indexes and the sum of attractive quality elements. The results for equal means were statistically significant. To create the customer quality the product design should be differentiated between the age groups over attractive quality elements.

하천의 하구지역은 유역의 보전, 개발 논의가 매우 다양하게 전개되고 있는 지역으로 개발계획들로 인한 환경변화로 유출 특성 및 유사이동 변화에 따른 정밀한 조사연구를 통한 대처방안을 수립이 필요한 지역이다. 본 논문은 2차원 수치해석이 가능하고 복잡한 해안구조를 포함한 하구지역의 흐름해석이 가능한 MIKE21 FM 프로그램을 통하여 홍수기시의 조위조건변화에 따른 수치해석을 수행하여 자연하구역인 한강하구지역을 중심으로 수위 및 유사이동의 변화 특성을 분석하였다. 첨두유량 발생 시점과 하류경계조건의 변화에 따른 하구지역의 수위변화를 살펴보면, 대상 지역의 하천구간에 해당하는 전류수위표 지점에서 기수역 수로 지점에 비하여 변동폭이 가장 크게 나타났으며, 하류의 외해와 인접할수록 변동폭이 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 대상지역의 상류구간은 하천유량의 영향이 크기 때문에 상류구간일수록 창조시간에 비하여 낙조시간이 길게 분포되는 것으로 나타난다. 유사이동의 특성은 하천의 유속이 크게 감소하는 부분에 퇴적이 발생되며 강화북수로의 단면이 급격하게 변화하는 석모도와 교동도사이의 수로, 염하수로의 입구부분에서는 퇴적층이 발달하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 한강하구와 같이 하구둑이 설치되지 않은 하천의 하구지역에 대해서는 상류와 하류 경계조건의 특성에 따라서 복잡한 수리학적 특성이 발생하기 때문에 개발이나 구조물 축조에 앞서 더욱 많은 현장조사와 특성분석을 통한 보다 정확한 경계조건의 구축이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Under the ambiguous situation that Id character design aim is not defined, this study would help designers with 1. overcoming the limitation of character form generation ability by establishing visual application system, 2. accepting users'opinions by generating character images dynamically, analysing and giving information on the preferred ones on the web on real time, 3. identifying tendency of preference so that they can generate preferred colors and images in future by updating image combination and dropping low-preferred ones. this system would play a role as an idea or character form generation application in the 3d character design development process

This study is a descriptive study to examine how poem causes effects of literary treatment for the contemporary people and how to improve therapeutic effect with poem by illustrating the process of therapeutic effect by poem. Each poem in the poetry book has a well-organized flow. While those poems are mixed, it can be synapsed into the cognitive system of readers by their taste in the form of introduction, development, turn, and conclusion.' The poetry book is structured with the transition of literary treatment. Such transition structure is embodied in a circle. If poetic contents are positive and creative in such transitive structure, it gives more comfort and excitement to readers increasing therapeutic effect. Therefore, it is very important to progress literatherapy narrative with such creative works.

The topic of 21st century's culture is the appearance of digital media. It made changes as big as the industrial revolution, and our society is now ruled by the digital media. The main objective of this study is to forecast the direction of current visual design education by researching and analyzing how the introduction of digital media is influencing the evolution of visual design's identity, which is an ever changing and developing science. Also, since the rain target of digital media is the young generation, the change in the method of expressing visual language is inevitable In fact, there have been a lot of changes in the methods of creating and distributing visual communication due to the introduction of digital media. In the past, most educational institutions of design had similar objectives, curriculums and teaching methods to provide education that prepares students for practical business. However, in this digital media era, the application and utilization of visual design are uncomparably diversified, and it is generally classified as interaction. The purpose of this study is to find a wat to train visual design professionals in this digital era. For this purpose, this study will identify a new educational system that fulfills the demands of this society by fusing the traditional education and the new digital education, and will suggest what an design education institute that is ahead of the demands of society should be like.

Since the mid-nineties, Republic of Korean Army has officially adapted information technology. Starting with the Chang-Jo 21('99) training M&S Model, around seventy types of the M&S system software, including Ground Operations & Resources Requirement Analysis Model ('10), developed by Republic of Korea Army or foreign counterparts have been utilized. However, as the existing cost estimations of the Defense M&S system software fail to reflect the acquisition and development environment, the estimated costs have been frequently overestimated or underestimated. This paper provides a suitable cost estimation model for the Defense M&S system software by presenting the software cost drivers which reflect the unique software development environment of the Defense.

Information skill, which means information technology skill and information handling skill, is related to the aims and processes of higher education as a knowledge creation activity. In this study, a curriculum design is proposed for the development of the information literate student. The framework of this curriculum derives form the US Information literacy standards for higher education 2000, the UK Information skills in higher education 2004, and Australian and New Zealand Information literacy framework 2004. The teaching plan and content is based on the information literacy programs of NMSU, CSU Hayward, and IUE. It is proposed that the development of the idea of information literacy requires a collaborative and integrated approach to curriculum design and delivery based on investigation of user's satisfaction with the curriculum.
