About 500 Bizcool High School will be designated by the year of 2017. The policy of designating Bizcool will promote startup club activity among Bizcool high school Student. In particular, the startup club activities will help Bizcool high school student fixing their career path after graduation by enhancing their creativity, leadership, team spirit, and problem solving ability through understanding the concept of entrepreneurship and embodying the startup process taking real startup experience. Hence, this paper set and test hypothesis of assuming the differences with respect to entrepreneurship will and maturing career path whether they have startup club activity as presenting Bizcool high school or not. The empirical test have bee done over 274 Bizcool high school students. The result have shown that significant level of differences(Determinants and Confidence) are found between the group of having startup club activity and those of not having.

In this paper try to derive some implications through comparative studies of accelerator in Korea and US centering on accelerator process model. In addition, the concept of accelerator is defined comprehensively through the existing literature study, and the accelerator program is focused on the accelerator process model. In the study, three Korea and America accelerators were selected and analyzed as follows. First, we discussed the definition of the accelerator, the configuration program, and the differences with existing organizations. Second, after selecting three representative companies among Korean and American accelerators, history, programs, achievements, characteristics, and limitations were derived. Third, based on the existing literature research, we compared the differences in appearance and performance between the six Korean and US accelerator companies using the table. Finally, the limitations and implications of domestic accelerators are described.

본 논문은 국방 클라우드를 기반으로 병사 스마트폰 사용에 대한 거버넌스의 방안을 연구한다. 2020 년부터 군 부대 내에서 병사의 스마트폰의 사용이 전면 시행되었다. 하지만 대량의 병사 스마트폰을 인적자원을 통해 관리하기 때문에 많은 인적자원 리소스가 필요하고, 보안이 중요한 부대 특성상 보안 점검을 사유로 인권침해가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 군 부대 특성을 고려한 거버넌스를 정의하고 도입할 필요가 있다. VMI(Virtual Mobile Infrastructure) 시스템을 이용한 국방 클라우드 기반 스마트폰 관리 시스템은 스마트폰을 군 보급품으로 지급하고 모든 스마트폰 프로세스 및 데이터를 중앙 서버를 통해 관리한다. 본 논문에서는 국방 클라우드 기반 스마트폰 거버넌스를 정의하고 중앙 서버를 통해 모든 스마트폰의 프로세스와 데이터를 관리함으로써 얻을 수 있는 기대효과를 관리적, 보안적 측면에서 연구하였다.

Recently, the size of the online education service market has been growing, but the B2C platform education service market, where companies take the lead in creating content and consumers consume the content, has become widespread. This makes content creation rigid and may have limitations in creating at various levels. This Study newly establishes the concept and type of customer needs, wants, innovation, and platform business, and presents new start-up success factors in all fields of platform business start-up and a standard diagnostic process for the possibility of platform start-up success. Through the presented process, customers, core activities, and value proposition factors can be derived. Finally, a business model for starting a C2C platform for elementary, middle, and high school education is built centered on the business model canvas.

최근의 코로나19 사태로 관광·항공업계가 극심한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 항공업계의 대안 중 하나는 화물운송이다. 항공사들은 여객수요 급감으로 인한 매출감소 폭을 줄이기 위하여 화물운송 부문을 강화하고 있다. 항공화물운송은 타 운송과 구분되는 제반 특성으로 인하여 시장규모가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 항공화물운송 대리점(forwarder)은 수출과 수입에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당하며, 중요한 비즈니스 파트너인 항공사와 수출입자와 우호적인 긴밀한 관계를 구축하고 계속 유지해야 한다. 사회적 교환이론(social exchange theory)은 이러한 관계가 구축되기 위해서는 거래당사자 간의 거래규모나 거래기간, 거래빈도 등의 유형적인 측면도 중요하지만, 신뢰와 몰입, 애착 등의 무형적인 측면의 교환이 선행되어야 한다는 것을 강조한다. 본 연구의 연구목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류서비스기업의 업무 프로세스를 규명하고 운송기업 및 화주기업과의 사회적 교환행동은 어떻게 이루어지는지 조사한다. 둘째, 이러한 사회적 교환행동이 물류서비스기업의 다양한 경영성과에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 분석한다. 셋째, 각 구성원 간의 관계기간에 따라서 이러한 영향력이 달라지는지를 살펴본다. 특히 본 연구는 많은 기존연구에서 구분되었던 신뢰(trust)와 몰입(commitment) 개념을 통합함으로써 연구모형의 간결성(parsimony)과 실용가능성(practicality)을 제고하고자 한다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 운송기업 및 화주기업에 대한 물류서비스기업의 사회적 행동이 신뢰에 기반한 우호적인 관계를 구축하는지, 경영성과에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고, 관계기간의 조절효과를 규명함으로써 학문적으로나 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있으며, 창업 물류서비스기업에 유용한 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

신산업 시장 육성 및 일자리 창출 등 지속적인 성장동력을 확보하기 위해서는 선진 기술을 모방하는 추격형 전략에서 벗어나, 기술 혁신을 주도하는 탈추격형 전략으로 변화를 시도해야 한다. 해외에서는 다양한 아이디어 지원 플랫폼을 통해 국민 모두가 혁신 활동에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라에서도 국민의 창의성을 발현하고 새로운 부가가치를 창출하기 위해 다양한 정책들을 추진하며 전략적 투자를 확대하고 있다. 특히, 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 운영하고 있는 창조경제타운은 아이디어의 발전 구체화 및 부처/민간 사업화 지원 프로그램 연계 등을 통해 사업화 창업을 촉진하는 우리나라의 복지형 아이디어 지원 플랫폼이다. 본 연구는 복지형 아이디어 지원 플랫폼의 개념을 제시하고, 그 대표적인 모델인 창조경제타운의 프로세스를 분석하였다. 향후 창조경제타운은 창업 생태계를 조성하기 위한 기반을 마련할 것으로 판단된다.

벤처창업 연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동 및 성과를 증진시킬 수 있는 핵심 고리로 그 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 선행연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시키는 요인으로 고려되고 있지만 아직까지 구성원의 개별 성향과 복합적으로 고려했을때 기업가적 리더십이 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 연구가 부족한 편이다. 본 연구는 구성원의 조절 초점 성향을 토대로 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 성향에 따라 자기효능감과 혁신행동에 각기 다른 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정, 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 변수 간 인과관계 검정을 위해 중소벤처기업에 재직 중인 구성원을 대상으로 점화 기법 기반 실험연구를 진행할 예정이다. 실험연구를 통해 본 연구는 리더의 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 혁신행동을 어떻게 높일 수 있는지에 대한 단초를 제공할 것이다. 또한, 본 연구결과는 벤처기업 및 스타트업에서 구성원의 혁신행동을 촉진할 수 있는 조직운영 프로세스에 관한 시사점과 함께 학문 및 실무적 관점에서도 의미 있는 기여도를 제공할 예정이다.

In this article, we try to study the relationship among quality management activities, employee trust, and employee satisfaction in small venture companies in Korea. Based on the previous studies, we build a couple of hypotheses about communication, process management, business policies, innovative changes, employee trust and employee satisfaction. From our empirical study, we find that communication and innovative changes have an positive effect on employee trust. Also, employee satisfaction is positively influenced by employee trust. Our study provides the following implications for organization management. First, for employee satisfaction, in an organization, it is very important to build employee trust among higher managements, firms, business processes, evaluations, and employees. Second, in order to build employee trust, besides establishing clear management policy and managing business processes, our study shows that improving communications among employees and customers and having continuos innovative changes such as improving current business processes, problem solving, establishing standards and maintaining high productions are important.

This study is intended to look into the effects of SCM(supply chain management) competency and process improvement on operational performance in small and venture companies. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 179 small and venture manufacturing companies. The findings showed that the SCM competency had a significant effect on the process improvement and operational performance in small and venture companies, adopting all hypotheses. And the process improvement had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between SCM competency and operational performance in small and venture companies, adopting hypothesis 4. As for the findings, strategic alliance, technology development, competency concentration as SCM competencies and starting preparation, detailed planning, implementation management as process improvements were factors that have positive effects on quality performance, cost reduction and profit increase as operational performances in small and venture companies. In other words, the better process and performance by the maximized SCM competencies require selective input strategies for strategic alliance, technology development and competency concentration in small and venture companies. And for its early application and settlement, the starting preparation and detailed planning of business process within small and venture companies need to be jointly put in action under clear company-wide goal management. Consequently, the expected performance can be maximized when strict management and implementation lead to these attributes.
