This study is to analyze the historical developments of references on cataloging rules. References is named cross reference on The Panizzi' and Jewett' Report and defined at Rules for a Dictionary Catalog by Charles A. Cutter. References is developed to “see reference”, “see-also reference”, “name-title reference”, and “explanatory reference” on AACR2. References have traditionally been regarded as syndetic devices, making it possible to retrieve and connect related works. Conclusionally, it functions as a tool which directly connect all the works related but in different formats of a same author name and a same title name. In online catalogues, it means that the role and function of references have increasingly become extended to be very important.

Supporting of the user-wanted teaching&learning functions is an important factor to improve the learning effects in a e-learning system. However, most methods are not enough to refer a model for supporting a teaching&learning function in a planning, development, operation, and evaluation. Accordingly, we propose the specified reference model for supporting a teaching&learning function in the web-based e-learning system. To verify the validity of the proposed system, we consulted the students experienced in e-learning system. As a results, The proposed specified reference model can be expected more $11%{\sim}23%$ effectiveness improvement than that of their experienced in the previous system. Also, as the pre-evaluated results using the teaching&learning services supporting degree by the proposed reference model, those measurements are very similar to the services requirement degree of their experienced in e-learning system.

As a way to solve the side effects of urban development, a smart city with information and communication technology converges in the city is being built. For this, a smart city platform should support the development and integration of smart city services. Therefore, the underlying technology and the functional and non-functional requirements that the smart platform must support were analyzed. As a result of this, we classified the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data and cyber-physical systems into four categories as the underlying technologies supported by the smart city platform, and derived the functional and non-functional requirements that can be implemented and the reference model of the smart city platform. The reference model of the smart city platform is used for decision-making on investment in infrastructure technology and the development scope of services according to functional or non-functional requirements to solve specific city problems for city managers. It provides platform developers with guidelines to identify and determine the functional and non-functional requirements and implementation technologies of software platforms for building smart cities.

보통 제조기업을 움직이는 기능을 제품개발기능, 생산기능, 영업기능, 경영관리기능 등으로 나눌 수 있는데, 경영관리기능은 하위 3가지 기능에서 제공되는 정보를 기반으로 운영되는 특징이 있다. 최근 CIM 개념 도입에 의해 기업의 기본기능시스템에 많은 변화를 가져 오고, 이러한 변화는 필연적으로 새로운 형태의 경영관리시스템을 요구하게 될 것으로 전망된다. 즉 CIM이 구축된 상황에서는 생산현장의 모든 데이타를 Real Time으로 포착하고, 이러한 데이타는 공간제약 없이 어느 곳으로도 전송, 공유되며 컴퓨터 계산능력의 향상으로 많은 데이타를 쉽게 추출할 수 있게 된 것이다. 이러한 환경을 충분히 반영한 새로운 경영관리시스템의 재구축은 향후 기업 경쟁력을 결정짓는 주요 요인이 될 것으로 예상된다. 또한 정보시스템의 기능과 구조는 개별기업별로 상이하고 경영환경변화 및 정보기술의 발전에 따라 다르게 구축될 것이므로 여러 기업에 공통적으로 적용가능한 비즈니스 참조모델을 개발함으로써 많은 비용의 재투자 없이 필요한 소프트웨어를 재생산하는 체제의 구축이 필요하다.

LBS (Location Based Services)란 휴대폰, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), 노트북 PC 등 위치 추적이 가능한 단말기를 휴대한 사용자의 현재 및 과거 위치 정보를 활용한 유무선 인터넷 서비스를 말한다. 최근의 이동 통신 기술의 발달과 휴대폰, PDA 등과 같은 모바일 단말의 급속한 확산으로 인하여 LBS 는 유무선 인터넷의 응용 및 위치 정보를 사용한 부가 가치 창출에 있어 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이러한 LBS 를 위해서는 단말의 위치 정보들을 저장 및 관리하고 위치 정보를 이용하여 다양한 위치 기반 서비스를 지원하는 LBS 플랫폼의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위한 LBS 플랫폼은 위치 정보의 획득. 위치 정보의 저장 및 관리, 인증 및 정보 보호 등의 사용자 관리, 대용량 위치 정보 데이터베이스의 관리 등의 기능을 제공하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 1) 위치 기반 서비스를 위한 LBS 플랫폼으로써 사용될 수 있는 참조 시스템을 설계한다. 이를 위하여 LBS 플랫폼으로써 참조 시스템이 제공하여야 하는 기능과 각 기능의 처리 흐름을 UML 의 유스케이스(Usecase)를 사용하여 분석 및 설명한다. 또한 2) 설계된 참조 시스템을 사용하여 제공될 수 있는 서비스 시나리오를 알아본다.

The construction standards in Korea consist of design standards and specifications. They are provided by the national transportation electronic information center in file format, not in a DB, which may lead to their incomplete utilization and versatility, such as a lack of history management and reference functions. This also makes it difficult to cross-refer to standards and manage revision history. In this study, we developed a code management system for the national construction standards by analyzing domestic and overseas related systems, in order to pinpoint the problems in the current system and its development direction and, thus, to suggest a detailed plan for the design and implementation of a code management system. The developed system comprises four subsystems, namely a construction standards making system, construction standards service system, construction standards maintenance system and construction standards portal system. The results of this study are expected to improve the user's convenience by facilitating the revision, operation and history management of the complex and various construction standards, and to provide high-quality national construction standards by effectively supporting the revision and operation of the national construction standards with minimum duplication and conflicts.

This paper suggests efficient policies of the long term preservation and digital archiving of Korean electronic journals based on the OAIS Reference Model. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey and interviews have been conducted to the institutions which are providing access to Korean electronic journals. Information packages and functional workflows which suggested in the OAIS Reference Model are applied to improve the long term preservation.

The Reference Model for an Open Archival Information system(OAIS) was recommended for developing digital archives effectively and for implementing interoperability and resource sharing between digital archives. But as the Reference Model is high-level recommendation, it does not specify a design and an implementation. Therefore, this study investigates the architecture of several digital archives, suggestes three strategies for persistent archive, and proposes the conceptual model for developing trusted, persistent, and secure digital archive.

프라이버시 참조구조(privacy reference architecture)는 구현 및 배치 상황을 바탕으로 해야 하며, 독립적으로 존재할 수 없다. 구조 설치는 프라이버시 인지 및 가능 ICT 시스템을 배치할 구조와 조화를 이루어 운영되며 정책을 반영하는 업무 관리 기능, 프로세스 및 절차를 종합적으로 고려하여 이루어진다. 업무 및 데이터 처리 모델 또는 인벤토리의 공식적인 구축 및 유지는 해당 조직에 적용되는 모든 프라이버시 및 정보 보호 요건에 부합해야 한다. 업무 프로세스 모델이 구축되고 데이터 처리 모델과의 비교가 완료되면 동의 취득 기능, 개인식별정보 범주화 및 태깅 기능, 감사 및 기록 절차, 보존 일정, 고지 및 보안 경보와 같은 프라이버시 통제수단을 정하고 필수적인 프라이버시 보호 요건과 비교할 수 있다. ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27 WG5의 프라이버시 표준화는 프라이버시 프레임워크, 프레임워크 기반 구현을 위한 프라이버시 레퍼런스 아키텍쳐를 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프라이버시 표준화를 위한 국외 표준화 동향을 소개하고, 향후 추진해야할 중점 표준화 항목을 도출한다.
