This study is about motivations of using YouTube channels related to politics and its effects on political socialization. Information acquisition from the political channels of YouTube was analyzed from the perspective of uses and gratifications theory. Then, the effects of the variable factors which can influence the perception-attitude-action of political socializations were reviewed. To understand aforesaid aspects, online survey was conducted targeting male and female adults between 20 to 50-year-old. There were four factors observed for the motivations of using YouTube channels of politics, which were 'entertainment of political satire', 'mental stability', 'convenience of the media', and 'pursuit of information'. The impacts on political socialization were verified with path analysis. Among the various motivations of using YouTube channels, 'convenience of the media' and 'pursuit of information' were the factors that positively affected the acquirement of political knowledges. Political knowledges had meaningful influences on increasing people's interest in politics, and their sense of political efficacy. Increased interest in politics led to higher level of sensing political efficacy, then higher political efficacy positively motivated people to participate in politics. The theoretical and practical implications of the study were also discussed based on the findings.

Bunker oil is an essential expense, and it is a high cost in ships' operations. Therefore, it forms an important part of the work shipowners do to minimize losses during operations. With bunkering disputes consistently occurring, bunker surveyors could be employed by shipowners through them and bunker survey companies signing a contract for a bunker surveyor service. Bunker surveyors could play the role of independent contractors and issue statements of fact in relation to bunkering. However, it would be impossible for bunker surveyors to immediately resolve a bunkering dispute since their role and the legal status is not clear while bunker surveys are being conducted on ships. Thus, this study sets out to define the legal status and liability of bunker surveyors and to seek an additional role for them when bunkering disputes occur.

YouTube videos of public institutions are digital public records that need to be managed and preserved. As such, the video and the metadata describing the video should also be preserved. This study aims to select the key metadata elements necessary for archiving videos published on YouTube by public institutions. To this end, five high-level areas, namely the description, structure, management, preservation, and user participation, and the metadata elements of 10 subareas, were designed by referring to NAK 8, PREMIS, ISAD(G), and YouTube metadata. Afterward, the metadata elements designed by 14 experts were verified. Lastly, the validity and reliability of the evaluation results were verified. Of the 63 elements, 33 satisfied the validity and reliability criteria. Thus, these elements were selected as the core metadata for archiving YouTube videos in public institutions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of safety culture on the safety consciousness and safety behaviors of manufacturing workers, and to suggest ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve safety consciousness and safety behavior. To achieve this research objective, out of 176 industrial complexes in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province registered with the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, workers at 50 industrial complexes, including the Korea Export-Industrial Complex and Seoul's Onsuji, were subject to research. The implementation of this survey distributed 300 questionnaires through the mid-level managers of manufacturers and environment safety and health managers over a period of one month from August 1st to 31st, 2019, finally statisticalizing the data in 282 parts excluding 18 questionnaires deemed to have been unresponsive. First, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety consciousness (recognition of importance, interest and participation inducement) of the manufacturing workers. Second, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Third, safety consciousness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) has a positive influence on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Fourth, the safety consciousness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) appears to have a partial mediating effect in relation to safety culture (safety climate, safety procedure) and safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. The implication of this study is that although the industrial accidents have occurred in the manufacturing industry in recent years, the studies on the workers in the manufacturing industry are insufficient. However, this study is meaningful that it has suggested ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve the safety consciousness and safety behavior by analyzing the effects of safety culture on safety consciousness and safety behavior of manufacturing workers.

This study targets to recognize needs of adopting public management system in Urban Renewal Project. and to establish evaluation level of public management system using policy evaluation framework for establishing perspective and systemic level. Also, this study constructed basic principles as expanded concept like Public, expertise, participation, rationality, and sustainability based on previous studies and expert opinion. AHP analysis results are following. In case of upper level, post management and continuity are important factors. Also in case of under level, making stable economic system, honest operating system, reducing development costs, local development with self-sufficiency were important factors. through empirical results, the implications are following. First, public management system needs to develop a consistent principle from planning step to post management. Second, it is essential point that continuous retraining between involved people and drawing residents participate in progress activity. Third, when evaluating public management system, it is need that emphasize non-physical factor like conflict issue between stakeholder.

학교교육의 질적 수준을 높이고 과중한 사교육비를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 사이버 가정학습 서비스가 도입되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사이버가정학습 실태분석을 통한 내실화 방안을 모색하고자 사이버가정학습을 실시하고 있는 학생을 대상으로 4개 영역 45문항의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 사이버가정학습의 성공적인 정착을 위해서는 학생의 자발적 참여 유도, 사이버학습에 집중할 수 있는 방안 마련, 사이트의 안정적 운영을 위한 서버증설, 수요자의 요구에 맞추어 다양한 과목과 내용의 컨텐츠 확보, 학교 교육과 연관성을 가지고 학업성취도 향상에 기여할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다는 결론을 얻었다.

초전도전력기기 실계통 적용 시범사업이 정부지원으로 한국전력이 주관하고 제작업체가 참여하는 방법으로 이천변전소에서 진행되고 있다. 이천변전소는 무인변전소로 구내에는 전자제어 및 계전기 등 전기적 잡음에 민감한 설비의 설치가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 개폐장치의 스위칭 동작, 뇌격의 침입, 기존 GIS대신 친환경 고체 절연 개폐장치(SIS)의 사용으로 변전설비 보호를 위한 접지설계가 중요하며, 고체절연개폐장치(SIS)의 상도체와 외함사이에 유도결합에 의해 발생하는 이상전압 등 변전소 구내외에서 발생하는 써지의 접지망 유입에 의한 접지도체의 전위상승이나 유도전압에 대한 대책이 필요하고, 특히 초전도 전력기기의 안정적인 운영을 위한 기술적인 접지망 분석 및 설계가 요구되고 있다.

본 논문에서는 5개 이동통신 사업자 식별을 위한 사용자 에이전트와 개인휴대전화를 이용한 유 무선인터넷 통합서버에 의해 각 이동통신사업자를 경유한 유선 포털사이트 또는 특정 사이트(URL 접속)에 직접 접속하여 WAP 또는 ME를 동시에 지원할 수 있는 NT 또는 LINUX 통합서버를 구축한다. 이로서 휴대전화를 이용한 입학관리시스템, 휴대전화를 이용한 만성질환자의 원격 진료시스템, 휴대전화를 이용한 방송 순위집계 시스템과 사용자 참여방법, 시청률 및 여론조사, 무선성경 검색 등의 다양한 컨텐츠의 개발이 용이하고, LINUX/UNIX, NT 서버구축이 단순함으로서 이동전화의 장점인 휴대성으로 시간과 공간의 제약을 벗어나 다양한 무선 인터넷 검색이 가능해 질 것이다.

국제 유가 변동에 따라 우리나라를 비롯한 주요 석유소비국들의 경제적 타격은 극심하여 경제성장률 및 물가와 경상수지는 민감한 반응을 보인다. 특히, 석유 수입량이 많은 우리나라의 경우는 그 타격이 매우 극심하다. ’06년 5월 국제 유가가 배럴당 68달러 선까지 까지 상승하였으며, 현재 64달러 선을 오르내리고 있다. 유가가 80달러 선을 넘어서면 기업 10곳 중 6곳은 공장문을 닫아야 한다고 전망하고 있다. 본 연구는 유가 상승에 의한 연료비 부담으로 채산성 악화의 위기에 처해 있는 수산업계 애로사항 해결을 위하여 정부 주도하에 민간 기업과 학계 등의 참여를 통하여 연료비 절감을 위한 모델시스템을 연구 개발토록 추진하게 되었다.

본 논문은 가상 공간에서 운영할 수 있는 가상 대학 모델에 관해 기술한다. 인터넷을 통한 가상 교육의 발달로 인하여 많은 사람들에게 교육의 기회가 부여되었다. 많은 교육의 기회의 부여는 온라인을 통하여 사용자의, 자료가 도청 흑은 변경이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 보안 문제를 해결하기 위해 전자문서의 보호와 검증에 대하여, 공개키 기반 구조 모델과 OTP(One-Time Password)를 이용하여 주요시스템의 업무 및 기능을 정의한다. 기존에 사용되는 가상대학 모델의 문제점을 제시하고 새로운 가상 대학 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 제시한 방식을 통해 안전한 가상대학 모델의 하고 신뢰성을 바탕으로 사용자의 수업 참여를 확대(유도)하는 수단으로써 활용될 수 있다.
