This study investigates the effects of M&A experience of Chinese firms and characteristics of deal partners in cross border M&A deal failures. 1,610 firms that participated in 1,558 cross border M&As from 2000 to November 2015 are used as samples. The dependent variable is the M&A transaction failures, which were cases of deal pending or withdrawal of Chinese firms. Major independent variables are the nationality diversity of transaction partner firm, the partner firm belonging to a developed country, domestic M&A experience of the Chinese firms, M&A experience in a particular target country, etc. After conducting a probit model analysis, we find that deal partner firm's nationality diversity increases the failure rate of M&A. While prior domestic M&A experience in China has no influence on deal failure, prior M&A experience of Chinese and focal firms in a particular country have a negative effect on the probability of deal failure. This study has academic implication on figuring out why firms are likely to fail in the process of strategic activities based on the inter-organizational learning through partnerships perspective.

대통령직 인수위원회가 지난 2월 19일 중소기업중앙회 강당에서 열린 '중소기업 손톱 및 가시 힐링캠프'에서 대규모의 공공공사 분리발주 등 총 94건을 수용 개선키로 했다고 발표했다. 대통령직 인수위원회는 중소기업계가 꼽은 299건(공익과 상충하는 41건 제외)의 건의사항 가운데 총 94건을 수용 개선키로 한 것이다. 주요 개선과제는 ${\triangle}$정부조달 판로 확대 ${\triangle}$창업 기술규제 현실화 ${\triangle}$대 중소기업 상생 정착 등 총 7개 분야로, 이 가운데 조달부문에서는 전문건설사의 정부 공공공사 직접 참여 활성화를 고려해 대규모 공공공사 분리발주 원칙을 법제화 하는 한편 분할계약 금지 원칙이 담긴 국가계약법 시행령 제68조의 규정을 폐지키로 했다. 인수위의 이같은 결정은 지난 1월 24일 '중소기업 소상공인 현장의 목소리를 듣겠습니다' 간담회에서 대한설비건설협회가 건의한 분리발주 법제화 내용이 반영된 것이다.

Objectives: Pig farmers are known as the high risk group for the zoonoses, but the study for pig farmers to zoonoses has been rare in Korea. So we surveyed the awareness on zoonoses among pig farmers to suggest directions for education. Methods: We visited four regional spots (Gyeongsangnam-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Jeollanam-do, and Chungcheongnam-do) where the self education programs of Korea pork producers were convened. We conducted a questionnaire survey of the general, work-related characteristics and the awareness on zoonoses among 278 pig farmers. Results: The awareness rate of zoonoses itself, brucellosis, tuberculosis and salmonellosis were 52.9%, 85.6%, 87.8%, 89.6%, respectively. The awareness rate of the content related to zoonoses, "Human can be infected by the disease of pig", was 46.9%. Awareness rate of zoonoses tended to increase as the school career, and awareness rate of salmonellosis tended to increase as working duration of pig raising. Conclusions: The pig is the principal reservoir of zoonoses. Therefore, effective working guidelines to prevent zoonoses for pig farmers must be developed and an educational program on zoonoses is needed for pig farmers. Furthermore, publicity activities about the prevention of zoonoses are needed for high-risk groups.

워크플로 관리란 참여자 공통의 업무 프로세스를 진행함에 있어, 정확한 정보를 정확한 시점에, 그리고 정확한 사용자에게 제공하여 업무의 흐름을 조정하고 통합하는 기술이다. 다양한 전자상거래의 활성화와 더불어, 전자적인 업무 프로세스를 유연하고 효율적으로 조율하며 업무 관련 정보 교환을 지원하기 위해 워크플로 관리 기술의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 바, 본 고에서는 이러한 워크플로 관리 기술의 연구 및 기술 동향에 대해 고찰한다.

본 논문에서는 수준차가 심한 다인수 학급 체제에서 STS 학습의 한계점을 살펴보고, 한계점을 보완할수 있는 롤플레잉에듀게임을 설계하고 구현하였다. 학습자들이 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 롤플레잉 에듀게임에 참여하도록 함으로써 문제해결력을 비롯한 학습목표 도달 가능성을 높이고, 이들의 과학 학습에 대한 흥미와 관심 및 자신감, 성취동기 등을 높일 수 있도록 과학과 STS 학습에 적용 가능한 개선방안을 제안하였다.

In stressed power system due to the presence of increased nonlinearity and the existence of nonlinear modal interactions. there exist some limitations to the use of conventional linear system theory to identify the optimum sites for a controller. This paper suggests an approach based on the method of normal forms to identify the optimum sites for controllers with incorporating the nonlinear interaction . In this paper, nonlinear participation factors and coupling factors are proposed as measures of the nonlinear interactions, and identification procedure of optimum sites for a controller is also proposed. The proposed procedure is applied to the 10-generator New England System and the KEPCO System in the year of 2010, and the results illustrate its capabilities.

본 연구에서는 지금가지 통근통행자의 활동참여 분석(activity Participation analysis)이 주로 일과후 활동참여(postwork activity participation)에 초점이 주어졌다는 점을 감안하여 일과전 활동참여(preworkactivity Participation)를 분석하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구배경하에서 본 연구는 통근통행자의 통근통행 이전의 비 통근통행 발생여부와 교통수단 선택의 행태를 네스티드 로짓모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 모형의 경험적 추정을 위해 1995년 미국 Nationwide Personal Transportation Survey (NPTS)의 일부분으로 수집된 뉴욕 대도시지역의 설문조사자료를 이용하였으며, 추정된 경험적 모형을 바탕으로 의미 있는 결과를 논의하였다. 본 연구에서 추정된 통근통행 이전의 비 통근통행 발생여부와 교통수단 선택의 네스티드 로짓모형은 통계적 측면이나 행태적 측면에서 볼 때 대체로 타당한 분석결과를 보여준다. 교통수단 선택모형(조건부 모형)의 추정결과를 보면 나이, 운전면허 소지여부, 가구내 차량보유대수, 가구내 직장인수, 연간 가구소득, 교통수단의 통행시간이 통근통행자의 교통수단 선택에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편 통근통행 이전의 비통근통행 발생여부 선택모형(한계모형)의 추정결과를 보면 나이 성별, 가구내 차량보유대수, 가구의 생애주기가 통근통행자의 비 통근통행 발생여부에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구로부터의 중요한 발견은 추정된 네스티드 로짓모형의 inclusive value의 추정계수값을 살펴봄으로써 가능한데, 모형의 경험적 추정결과는 본 연구에서 가설화된 네스티드 로짓모형구조의 타당성을 입증시켜 준다. 아울러 직장인의 교통수단 선택은 통근통행 이전의 비 통근통행 발생여부의 선택과 밀접한 관련을 가지면서 이루어진다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.
