In this paper, we propose the relationship between self-determination, home training satisfaction, and reuse of police-related students who participate in home training and train their physical strength. The subjects of this study were students enrolled in the Department of Police Administration and Police Martial Arts at D, S, and K universities in Busan and Gyeongnam area. Among them, 349 students who had participated in home training were surveyed. As a result of verifying the relationship between self-determination, exercise satisfaction, and reuse factors using the collected data, SPSSWIN VER 25+, AMOS 20.0 program, First, autonomy, competence, and relationship, which are sub-factors of self-determination of home training participants, had a positive effect on home training satisfaction. Second, exercise satisfaction of home training participants had a positive effect on home training reuse. Based on the research results,It is essential to identify and manage what home training participants demand. It is believed that this can be a positive process for the development of home training.

This study deals with the effect of academic self-efficacy in the online discussion instruction. Based on these research results, it was suggested academic self-efficacy should be utilized in order to enhance the discussion participation and satisfaction quality of online discussion instruction.

Teaching ICT skills in extracurricular activity classes of commercial high school helps to bridge the digital divide of the students at the minimum cost, and gives them a chance of getting ICT-related licenses. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of satisfaction and planned behavior toward computer classes, offered as extracurricular activities in commercial high schools. A survey methodology was used to investigate a proposed model of influence, and regression analysis was used to analyze the results. The hypothesized model was largely supported by this analysis, and the overall results indicate that the intention to participate in the class is mostly influenced by the expected social effect, individual impact and playfulness from the class. In addition, it was found that the learning environment influences the level of playfulness and social effect, and that the contents quality has some impact on the level of the ease of study and playfulness. Useful suggestions for promoting computer classes as extracurricular activities in commercial high schools are also provided.

This study attempted to examine the role of customers in service recovery process. There have been an argument regarding whether the role of customer in service failure situation 'buffer' or 'deteriorate'. Thus, the role of customer such as relationship quality and customer participation was discussed in this research. According to the result of study, (1) customers' perceived recovery have positive effect on positive emotion significantly. (2) customers' perceived distributional justice and interactional justice positively affected encounter satisfaction in the of recovery justice variable. However, whereas procedure justice has no effect on encounter satisfaction directly, there was indirect effect through customers' positive emotion. (3) As a result of the analysis for the effect of perception of recovery justice on recovery satisfaction, the effect of interactional justice was significant only. Distributional and procedural justice have indirect effect on recovery satisfaction through positive emotion or encounter satisfaction. (4) Customers' positive emotion positively affected encounter satisfaction and recovery satisfaction. (5) Relationship quality negatively moderated the relationship between procedural justice and positive emotion while customer participation positively moderated two paths that distributional justice to encounter satisfaction and interactional justice to recovery satisfaction.

This study analyzed the effect of education and training of small businessess on improving job satisfaction and job performance. The study results showed availability of training and sufficientness of practice hours affected job satisfaction, quality & availability of training and sufficientness of practice hours affected job responsiveness, information accessability of training, training place & facility and sufficientness of practice hours affected willingness to participate in training. Women and procuction worker had higher willingness to learn, yet who are in their 20s and continuously worked for 3-5 years had lower training satisfaction so it is recommended to improve it. This study provided implications for exploring effective factors to enhance company training performance and verified the effect.

The objective of this study was to examine the association between participation in volunteer activities and self-esteem among adolescents. This study used data from the wave3-5(2005-2007) of Korean Youth Panel Study(KYPS). This study analyzed data of 3,449 second grade middle school students cohort. Fixed effects model using Proc GLM procedure in SAS was adopted to examine association between participation in volunteer activities and self-esteem among study participants. The results show that life satisfaction, appearance stress, relationship with parents, relationship with siblings, grades, relationship with teachers, and relationship with friends were significantly associated with self-esteem. Volunteer activities participation was associated with increased level of self-esteem.

본 연구는 육아종합지원센터의 가정양육지원 사업의 운영 사례를 통해 부모의 만족도 및 개선점을 확인하였다. 이를 위하여 육아종합지원센터의 가정양육지원사업에 참여한 부모를 대상으로 276명을 임의표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 빈도 및 백분율을 분석하였다. 양적연구에 이어 심층 면담을 순차적으로 수행하는 혼합적 연구 방법을 적용하였고, 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정양육지원사업의 만족도를 높게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 가정양육지원사업의 개선점은 부모가 가정양육지원 사업에 참여할 수 있도록 소그룹형태의 가족체험프로그램 확대에 대한 인식이 높으며, 사업에 대한 홍보가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 육아종합지원센터의 가정양육사업에 참여한 부모의 만족도 및 개선점을 확인하여 가정양육사업의 향후 방향성을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
