The purpose of this study is the Influence of Sailing Yacht Experiences Participants of Flow on Satisfaction and Self-esteem relates to the impact on leisure industry, the popularity of korean culture and yacht basis for the realization is to provide. To achieve this study, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam area residents to target marine leisure and marine leisure experiences Academy experienced subjects participated in a total population of 428 people selected for the survey was conducted, data processing method frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, a simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis was used. Than as a result of research methods and data analysis through the conclusions are as follows. First, sailing yacht experience the flow degree of the participants to influence satisfaction were static. Second, the flow degree of the participants experienced sailing yacht self-esteem(general factors, family factors, work factors, social factors) was found to affect the static. Third, sailing yacht experience satisfaction self-esteem of the participants(general factor, family factors, work factors, social factors) was found to affect the static.

The purpose of this study is to compare the performance and satisfaction of online classes and non-face-to-face mixed classes at universities during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conductedtargeted fourth-grade students taking adult nursing lectures at the Department of Nursing at one university. Class performance and class satisfaction were compared between students who participated in the non-face-to-face class and participated in the non-face-to-face mixed class. class performance, students' average scores out of 100 on the final exams were compared. Class satisfaction compared the average score of questionnaire on class satisfaction Class performance was high in online classes, Class satisfaction was higher in mixed classes than in non-face-to-face classes. In the future, it will be necessary to develop and operate various educational methods for university education in the post-COVID-19 era.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of adolescent social withdrawal on self-esteem and life satisfaction, and to analyze the moderating effect of participation in Self-development Youth Activities. Among the data for the 3rd year of the Korea Children's and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS. 2018), data from 2,384 first-year middle school students were used, and descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed to test the hypothesis. First, it was analyzed that the social withdrawal had a statistically significant negative(-) effect on the self-esteem. Second, it was analyzed that the social withdrawal had a statistically significant negative(-) effect on the life satisfaction. Third, it was verified that self-development Youth Activities had a moderating effect in the relationship between social withdrawal and self-esteem. Fourth, it was verified that self-development Youth Activities had a moderating effect in the relationship between social withdrawal and life satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how self-help group conducted by 25 dementia safety centers in Seoul correlated the stress and life satisfaction of primary care-givers of dementia patients. At 25 dementia safety centers, self-help groups were identified, and a survey was conducted for the care-givers of dementia patients participating in the self-help groups. SPSS 21.0 program was used for the collected data, and reliability was analyzed for stress level and satisfaction after the program. Multivariance analysis and one-way analysis were performed for the types of self-help groups, the frequency of attendance, and the number of meetings. The result were : first, the total stress felt by participants was close to 4 out of 5, and there was no significant difference in meeting type and attendance frequency, and only in the relationship between stress and the number of self-help groups(p<.05). Second, the satisfaction after self-help meetings was close to 4 out of 5, the meeting type and attendance frequency no significant difference, and only the number of self-help meetings showed a significant difference(p<.05). Third, there was a significant negative correlation in the relationship between stress and program satisfaction. As can be seen from the results, it can be seen that self-help groups have an effect on the stress of primary care-givers and the satisfaction level after meeting.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of apartment residents' safety education satisfaction and the application of fire protection plans on fire safety awareness. The analysis results are as follows. First, the low levels of satisfaction with safety education content had a negative effect on anxiety about fire safety. This means that apartment residents' low levels of interest or participation in education affected their safety awareness, which prevented them from securing safety from fire. It is necessary for control staff to have a positive impact on their educational satisfaction via the learning support information system, among others, in order to create a satisfying education and safety culture. Second, competence in the execution of firefighting plans had a positive effect on fire safety awareness. These results indicate that apartment residents do not have the opportunity to access the education and training necessary for safety, nor the legal responsibility to complete mandatory safety education, which leads to their lack of safety awareness. Therefore, the control staff need to raise awareness of fire safety and the importance of participating in safety education among apartment residents by strengthening and activating the execution of firefighting plans in order to ensure safe living. Third, the competency of the firefighting plans moderated the effects of apartment residents' educational satisfaction on their awareness of fire safety.

The purpose of this study was to develop comprehensive model which could represent service quality, satisfaction and loyalty in ubiquitous living English experience learning center, and to analyze an influence of service quality of elementary school students attending that center on satisfaction. The variables were extracted in connection with service quality, satisfaction and loyalty in ubiquitous living English experience learning center, and relations among those variables were examined. The study verified causality and influences between variables using feasibility of variables and structural equation thru confirmatory factor analysis, based on questionnaires of 262 students who attended ubiquitous living English experience learning center. The suggestion of the study on ubiquitous living English experience learning center of elementary school students are as follows. Programs in relation with living English should run more efficiently to expand ubiquitous living English experience learning center. More important is that guidelines or orientation for students to recognize how to use the programs be needed. Also, this study shows that the educational performance and satisfaction are found to be very large, and participation in the program of that center needs to be encouraged in terms of schools.

This study is to verify hypotheses about the efficacy and success factors of the IT Mentor project(in which 524 students participated) which is one of the most best practices in Korea. The empirical results found that all the aspects of students, industrial experts, professors, support programs and other infrastructure have certain influences on the industry-academia cooperation. In addition, logit regression model was employed to investigate the efficacy factors of industry and university's satisfaction to IT mentor system. It showed that industry's satisfaction depends on students' participation in company's projects and students' improvements of major competence.

In this study, the author utilizes longitudinal data of the recent 12 years to verify whether the absolute versus relative income of old age has a significant effect on their life satisfaction of life. The findings of this study show that there is a significant difference in life satisfaction of old age according to respondents' relative income of three reference groups based on their asset quintile and residental area and education. In the correlation analysis using the cross-sectional data, the absolute and relative income level was closely related to the life satisfaction. In the panel regression analysis using the 12 years longitudinal data from the Korea National Labour Panel dataset, the income level of counterparts in those reference groups appeared highly significant in determining the level of life satisfaction of the elderly. However, some demographic variables such as age and marital status did not have a statistically significant effect in the long-term perspective. The income of reference groups in terms of asset levels, education and region as well as their own past life satisfaction level had a significant effect on the elders' life satisfaction determination. These results suggest that the relative income hypothesis in terms of life satisfaction among the elderly is more valid than the previous absolute income hypothesis.

In this research, we analyzed the structural (influence) of citizens' political awareness and political participation on the settlement of political culture. The results are as follows. Firstly, the analysis of the relationship between the citizens' political awareness and political reliability in Hypothesis 1 showed that the higher their election sense and self-efficacy, the higher their satisfaction with and evaluation of politics. Secondly, the analysis of the relationship between the citizens' political awareness and social sense of belonging in Hypothesis 2 showed that the higher the election sense and recognition in society, the higher the social sense of belonging. Thirdly, the analysis of the influence of political reliability on political participation in Hypothesis (3) showed that the higher the political satisfaction and political assessment, the higher the positive participation in politics and negative participation in politics. Fourth, in the analysis of the influence of social sense of belonging on political participation in Hypothesis 4, it was found that the higher the citizens' social belonging awareness, the higher the positive political participation and negative political participation. Therefore, it was found that the higher the political awareness of the citizens, such as their election sense and knowledge about their politicians, the more positive were their political reliability and political participation.

This study is about the exhibition and convention visitors' satisfaction level and the participating companies' perception on the performance. The two topics were approached with integrated model. Accordingly, this study examined how service quality and experiential quality affect exhibition and convention visitors' satisfaction level and the participating companies' perception on the performance, and how the correlation between exhibition and convention visitors' satisfaction level and the participating companies' perception on the performance is affected. The result demonstrates that the quality of experience exerts positive effect on the visitors' sense of satisfaction(Hypothesis 3), while service quality is not statistically significant when it comes to the visitors' satisfaction(Hypothesis 1). When the correlation between service quality and experiential quality, and the participating companies' perception on the performance is examined, service quality exerts positive effect on the participating companies' perception on the performance(Hypothesis 2), while experiential quality is not statistically significant on the participating companies' perception on the performance(Hypothesis 4), When the correlation between exhibition and convention visitors' satisfaction level and the participating companies' perception on the performance is examined, it was shown that positive effect is exerted just like the results of the previous studies(Hypothesis 5), lastly, correlation between participating companies' perception on the performance, companies' satisfaction and company loyalty was examined. In case of the participating companies' perception on the performance, it exerts positive effect on the companies' satisfaction(Hypothesis 6), while company loyalty is not statistically significant (Hypothesis 7). In case of companies' satisfaction, it exerts positive effect on the company loyalty (Hypothesis 8). The results of this study will provide help to increase overall understanding of the exhibition and convention visitors' satisfaction level and the participating companies' perception on the performance, and to provide important implications for the development of strategy for exhibition and convention's vitalization.
