<스폐셜포스>. <스타크래프트>, <리니지1,2>등 이른바 게임순위 '부동의 3인방'을 제외한 10위권내 게임들의순위싸움이 치열한 한 달이었다. 리니지시리즈가 주도하고 있던 일명 '노가다'중심의 한국 온라인 RPG시장에서 방대한 세계관과 퀘스트위주의 참신한 게임성으로 RPG흐름 자테를 바꾸어 놓았던 <월드 오브 워크래프트>(이하('와우')는 지난달 17일 18시를 기점으로 전격적으로 '가격인하'를 단행. 제2의 도약을 꿈꾸고 있다. 상용화 초기, 다소 비싼 정액요금으로 유저들의 반발을 사기도 했던 와우는 7일. 30일. 90일의 정액 요금을 각각 20%씩 인하했다. 특히 30일 기준으로 1만9,800원으로 책정된 와우의 이용요금은 최근 상용화를 단행한 로한)과 더불어 30일 기준. 2만원 이하의 온라인게임 가격파괴를 가져올 것이라는 조심스런 전망까지 나오고 있다. 더욱 치열해지고 있는 온라인게임들의 4월한달간 게임동향을 살펴봤다.

최근 첨단기술의 발달로 인해 기존의 생산업들보다 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 아이디어의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 점에서 창업은 참신한 아이디어로 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다 할 수 있고 국가의 정책적으로도 많은 창업을 이끌어 내려는 노력이 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 창업 중 스포츠 창업의 분야에서 체육동호인의 개인적 특성 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하며, 이러한 관계에 창업에 대한 자기효능감 요인의 조절효과 영향에 대하여 밝히고자 한다. 창업의지의 결정 요인으로서 개인적 특성 요인과 네트워크 요인, 창업지원 인식 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며, 이 요인들은 창업효능감의 조절로 인하여 더욱 활동력이 강화될 것으로 보고 창업효능감의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 독립변수로 잠재적 창업자의 개인적 특성 요인(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 혁신성), 네트워크 요인(온라인 교류, 오프라인교류), 창업지원 인식 요인(동호회 창업지원 인식, 정부 창업지원 인식), 조절변수로는 창업효능감, 종속변수로는 창업의지의 내용으로 연구모형을 구성하였다.

Objective : Through the application of the Anderson model, this study provides an empirical analysis of the decision-making factors for participation in cognitive improvement programs for the elderly living in the community. Methods : This study was conducted through an online survey. The participants were elderly people aged 65 years or older living in the community. The survey had 154 participants and was conducted over a two-month period from August to September 2020. Results : The main results of this study were as follow: first, there was no correlation between the predisposing factors and cognitive improvement program; second, among the enabling factors, diversity, interest, and effectiveness of the program were correlated with the cognitive improvement program; and third, there was no correlation between participation in the cognitive improvement program and need factors. Conclusion : This study shows that the results of basic information and evidence will be identified through analysis of the results of the study and that the implications for the development of cognitive improvement programs will be obtained in the future.

Issues of how firms form collaborative inter-firm alliances, how they nurture the alliance relationships as meaningful ones, and how they evolve and manage collaborations in turbulent market environments deserve increasing research attention. To contribute to filling this void, this study conceptualizes an alliance orientation as a firm's capabilities to help achieve an advantageous alliance performance to its rivals and based on this concept, demonstrates specific process for a successful alliance performance. First, this study empirically explores the influence of a new construct, alliance orientation, on firms' alliance performance. Second, the concept of alliance creativity as a positional mediation variable between alliance orientation and market performance is explained and then empirically explored. Third, alliance performance as a mediator between alliance orientation and market performance is presented and then is empirically reviewed.

In modern society, appearance is an important means of competing with others, and therefore it can not be neglected in social life. Due to the rapid development of information science and technology, modern society demands femininity which combines progressive self - help for designing a dignified and independent life and a new paradigm. Therefore, the correlation between the elements such as bang cut, out line expression, layer step and texture change of modern style that modern and independent expressing independence and independence in the 1920s and 30s' Respectively. The result of this study makes it possible to present a novel and innovative hair trend that can firmly establish the independence and social role of modern women. In addition, it is expected to derive the standardization of thinking and psychology of the leader of modern society, and to lay the groundwork for the establishment of autonomous femininity as a social subject that maximizes individual competence through the manifestation of creativity.

This study explored the role and characteristics of music that contributed to experiences of catharsis in music. An empirical phenomenological study was conducted to explore catharsis with 12 adults. Phenomenological reduction, change of attitude, literature interpretation, and hermeneutic circle were used for data collection and analysis. As a result, three categories, five themes, and 11 sub-themes were identified. The first category, here and now in music consisted of two themes: aesthetic experiences and expansion of musical novelty. The second category, inner connection through music consisted of one theme, re-experience of internal emotions. The third category, immersion and engagement in music consisted of two themes: ventilating or deepening of emotions and internal dynamics. Based on these results, the cathartic characteristics of music are discussed. First, the aesthetics and novelty of music kept participants fully stay in music. Second, music induced a re-experiencing of emotions by triggering memories or stimulating unresolved emotions. Third, the elements of music promoted emotional ventilation, deepening, and internal dynamics. This study is meaningful because it qualitatively examined the roles and characteristics of music that contribute to cathartic experience in the general adult population.

New technologie of information and interaction create ambiguous, multifaceted relationships between concepts and realities that once seemed clear and simple. The acvent of cyberspace implies the existence of cyberplaces and relationships among cyberspace and places that could be as or more complex then those that exist among the spaces and places of the non-digital world. Virtual reality-the current uses of infomation technologies to create replicas of places and processes in the world-offers a point of exploring such relationships. But more penetrating insights become evident in the examination of real virtuality-the uses of information technologies to enhance the experience of places in the world. Real virtuality offers geographers a variety of innovative and powerful tools for augmenting the effectiveness and domain of their craft. Widespread use of real virtuality by geograpgers will alter their use of data, methods, and theory in research, teaching, and practice.

지난 1999년은 우리나라에서도 그 어느 때 보다 벤처기업에 대한 관심이 커졌던 한 해였다. 특히, 정보 통신분야는 기술의 발전속도가 빨라 참신한 사업 아이템과 우수한 기술만으로 새로운 시장의 창출이 가능한 분야가 계속 생겨나고 있으며, 세계적으로도 정보통신 시장은 계속 확대 추세 일로에 있다. 이러한 벤처기업에 대한 관심의 고조에 따른 많은 부작용들이 나타나고 또한 벤처기업에 대한 객관적인 평가요인들에 대한 연구가 국내ㆍ외적으로 이루어졌다. 우리나라의 경우 1980년대 중반부터 벤처산업에 대한 연구가 조금씩 진행되었으나 주로 벤처산업의 행태나 벤처 캐피탈회사의 유형을 밝히는 것, 그리고 국가적 차원에서 벤처산업에 대한 지원방향을 논의하는 것이 연구의 대부분을 차지하였다. 최근 들어, 벤처기업성과와 관련된 연구들이 조금씩 진행되었으나 연구 주제가 협소하여 전반적으로 벤처기업의 성과를 설명하기에는 부족한 점이 많다. 본 연구는 우리나라 벤처기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 평가요인들을 고찰하여 보고 이를 벤처기업의 유형화연구와 연결하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 아울러 이들 평가요인들이 성과와 어떠한 관계를 가지는지에 대하여 알아보고자 하는 것이다 결국, 국내 벤처기업들의 평가요인들의 객관적인 도출과 벤처기업들의 전략적 유형화 연구를 덧붙여 연구함으로써 벤처기업의 평가에 활용코저 하는 것이다.

2011년도 Nobel 생리(生理) 의학상(醫學賞) : 자연(自然)(선천)(先天) 면역(免疫)(innate immunity)의 활성화에 관한 연구업적으로 B. A. Beutler와 J. A. Hoffmann, 그리고 수지상세포(樹枝狀細胞)(dendritic cell; DC)발견과 적응(適應)(획득)(獲得)면역(免疫)(adaptive immunity)에 있어서의 그들 세포의 역할을 밝혀낸 R. M. Steinman의 공동수상으로 금년도 Nobel 생리 의학상 수상자가 결정되었다는 보도가 지난 10월 3일 있었다(1-3). 그들의 업적을 요약하면 대략 다음과 같다. (Steinman교수는 Nobel수상자 발표 3일전인 9월 30일 암으로 사망함). 그들은 면역기구(immune system)의 활성화의 관건(key)이 되는 원리를 밝혀냄으로써, 면역기구에 관한 우리들의 이해를 혁신하였던 것이다. 과학자들은 오랫동안 세균(bacteria)이나 기타 미생물병원체들에 의한 공격에 대비하여 그들 자신을 방어하는 사람이나 기타 동물체에서의 면역응답(免疫應答)(immune response)의 문지기들을 탐색해 왔다. Beutler와 Hoffmann은 그와 같은 병원미생물을 인식하여 생체의 면역응답의 첫 단계인 자연면역을 활성화 할 수 있는 수용체 단백질(toll-like receptor protein)을 규명한 것이다(4,5). 한편 Steinmann은 면역계의 수지상세포(DC)와 병원미생물이 생체로부터 배제되는 면역응답의 후기단계인 적응면역을 활성화하고 조절하는 그들의 독특한 재능을 규명해 낸 것이다(6-8). 그들 3명의 발명은, 면역응답의 자연 및 적응 양상(樣相)이 어떻게 활성화되는 가를 밝혀냄으로써 질병의 기전에 관한 참신한 식견(識見)을 제공한 것이다. 그들의 연구는 감염병(感染病)(infectious disease), 암(癌)(cancer) 그리고 염증성질환(炎症性疾患)(inflammatory disease)에 대응하는 예방과 치료의 개발을 위한 새로운 방법을 개척한 것이다.
