This study is to examine the relation of empowerment and organizational commitment of security practitioners. and it establishes a temporary model that the empowerment of security practitioners effect the organization commitment. for this firstly, it is necessary to understand that their activity of voluntary empowerment is dynamic in any way through security organization. furthermore, all possible efforts of the activity of empowerment must be made for the sustainable self-development. Therefore the development of security organization is dependent upon the improvement of organization commitment through their empowerment.

The object of this study is to examine the relations between leisure activity and duty stress and separation intention in private guards. The subject of this study is set up the private guards who are working at private guard company in a capital sphere. This study applyed the way of judgement abstraction and abstracted the total of 360 persons. However, the number used in the final analysis is 333 persons. The last conclusion in this study is as follows. Firstly, the relation between duty stress and separation intention has a matual effect meaningfully. Secondly, the physical stress hasn't an effect on the term of leisure activity, and separation intention. affects meaningfully the physical stress. Thirdly, the relation beween leisure activity and separation intention exerts a meaningful influence mutually in all sphere. Duty stress is a important parameter between leisure activity and separation intention.

1989년 9월부터 1990년 8월까지 국제 원자력기구의 지역 계획에 의해 국내 26개 (후반부 31개)의 기관이 참가하여 T3, T4, TSH를 측정하여 결과를 모으고, 외부정도관적를 시행한 결과가 다음과 같다. 1) 외부정도관리를 위한 컴퓨터 소프트웨어를 작성하였다. 데이타의 입력, 정도 분석, 월별 보고, 분기별 보고 및 수행 분석 프로그램을 만들되 전체 검사실결과에서 추린 평균값(all laboratories trimmed mean: ALTM)으로 모집단평균을 삼아 편차, 편이, 편이평균 그리고 이들의 경시적 변화를 분석하도록 하였다. 2) 전후반 2회에 나누어 만든 및치 사이의 편차는 유의하지 않았다. T3값의 변이계수는 7.2%이하(정상 T3 값) 또는 9.2%와 13.4%사이 (높은 T3 값), 74 값의 변이계수는 4.6%이하(정상 또는 높은 T4값), 5.4%와 9.5%사이(낮은 T4값)이었다. TSH는 정상범위 값에서 21.7%이하의 변이 계수를 보였고 정상보다 낮거나 높은 TSH의 풀은 8 7%와 21.2%사이의 변이제수를 보였다. 3) 전체 검사실 추린 평균값(ALTM)에 따른 변이계수의 변동은, ALTM이 정상 T4값범위일 때 변이계수는 15%이하이었고, 낮은 T4값일 때는 중간값이 15%이고 분포범위는 50%까지이었다. T3값의 변이계수는 대체로 20%이하이었다. TSH의 변이계수는 1mU/L를 전후로 급격히 상승하여 200%에 달하였다. 4) 3표준편차보다 높거나 낮은 값을 보인 검사실들의 분포는 전체 검사실결과에서 추린 평균값(ALTM)과 상관없었다. 5) 첨가한 T3, T4, TSH에 대한 회수율은 T4는 104, 106%, T3는 67%, 74%, TSH는 87%, 86%이었다. 이상과 같이, 저자들이 만든 소프트웨어 프로그램으로 외부정도관리를 위하여 쉽게 데이터를 분석하고 보고서를 작성하여 갑상선호르몬의 경사신뢰도를 평가할 수 있게 되었으며, 위에 요약한 첫 해의 외부정도관리 결과를 바탕으로 참가기관의 동의하에, 앞으로 정도관리 항목의 확대와 외부정도관리의 지속적인 시행이 바람직하다고 생각하였다.

This paper is investigated to awareness and assessment by festival participants' to significance of lacal festival in "Andong International Mask Dance 2011". As results, first, demographic characteristics of festival participants' in case study are that dominated participants' were tewnties to fourties consisting consanguine and graduates. There is almost same rate in demographic characteristics. Second, the results of questionnaire for characteristics of local festival are that positive responds was dominated at degree of using and respect of local culture resources and main theme reflected to festival. Third, questionnaire items of the significants of local festival are participation desire and real participation rates of citizen to local festival, contribution rate of citizenry reconciliation, effects of regional marketing and increasing regional image, local economy development and rate of improving people's quality of cultural life. In these item, effects of reginal marketing is most positive response by Andong citizen and outsiders. And positive response of economical effects is higher outsiders then citizen. However, the contribution rate of citizenry reconciliation is lower then other items to positive response. Therefore, methods of regoinal embeddedness of case festival are evaluating life quality of local citizen by local festival and leading active participation of local people to local festival.

필자들은 96년 4월 28일부터 5월 6일까지 8박 9일간 미국 Indiana주의 Indianapolis에서 열린 미국유화학회에 참석하여 "초임계유체로 추출한 들기름의 특성과 산화안전성"에 관한 논문을 발표하고, 학회 개최지에서 약 3시간 정도 떨어진 Peoria에 위치한 USDA를 방문하여 유지 관련분야의 최근동향 및 연구과제를 탐색하였다. 또한 시카코에서 5월 5일부터 5월 8일까지 열리는 Food Marketing institute에 참석하여 식품에 관련된 신제품의 개발 현황과 수퍼마켓의 운영방법에 대한 것을 살펴보았다.

한국리모델링협회에서는 2001년 9월 7일 부산시 크라운호텔에서 건축물 리모델링산업의 동향 및 전망에 과한 설명회를 개최하였다. 이 설명회에서는 윤영선 건설산업연구원 선임연구위원이 시장동향 및 전망에 관한 주제발표를 진행하고 이어 참가업체 및 지역 공공기관 관계자들의 토론이 이루어졌다. 부산지역의 리모델링 시장은 수도권지역과 비교할 때 시장 활성화가 1년정도 늦어진 것으로 분석되고 있어 최근 지역 업계 및 공공기관을 중심으로 시장분위기가 점차 조성되고 있다. 이날 설명회의 내용을 정리하였다.

2017 UIA 서울대회가 불과 2년 반 정도 후면 개최된다. 조직위원회가 차질 없이 잘 준비하고 있겠지만 대한건축사협회의 본질이 건축을 실무로 하는 사람들의 모임인지라 학술부분에 대해서는 좀 더 다양한 참고자료가 있으면 좋겠다는 생각이 들어서 미약하지만 도움이 되었으면 하는 바램으로 이 글을 소개한다.

Sixty individuals of the scallop $Patinopecten$ $yessoensis$ (Genus Pecten) were sampled to examine the genetic diversity and population structure of this species. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) identified 109 genotypes and produced 79 polymorphic loci (72.8%). Total genetic diversity values ($H_T$) and interlocus variation in the within-population genetic diversity ($H_S$) were 0.254 and 0.178, respectively. On a per-locus basis, the proportion of total genetic variation due to differences among populations ($G_{ST}$) was 0.299. This indicated that about 70.1% of the total variation was within populations. The unique loci and bands of $P.$ $yessoensis$ were shown in only one population among the three countries. RAPD markers were very effective in classifying the natural population levels of $P.$ $yessoensis$ in Korea, China, and Japan. In addition, insights into the relative gene diversity among and within populations of $P.$ $yessoensis$ would be useful in breeding and for the development of strategies for animal genetic resources.

This study investigates the stance of the social capitals that explain voluntary services. The testing results indicate that the decision to join the voluntary services is significantly affected by ages, householder, marriage, preschool child, gender, physical condition, income, education, job position, occupation, region, day, etc. And a giving time is significantly influenced by ages, marriages, working together of husband and wife, gender, income, job, occupation position, a type of living house, etc. Moreover, we find that the economic values of the voluntary services estimate at 21,467 billion won a year in 2004, and GDP ratio is 0.2% that is lower than those of major developed countries.

This study aims to examine how convention & exhibition visitors perceived value on their satisfaction, revisit and recommendation intention. To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the visitors of the COEX in Seoul area. The results of this study, based on a positive analysis, could be summarized as follows. First, perceived value is factorized as acquisition value, emotional value, monetary value, social value. Second, all factor of perceived value turned out to have affirmative effects on hotel employee's visitors satisfaction. Third, visitors satisfaction turned out to have affirmative effects on revisit intention. Forth, visitors satisfaction turned out to have affirmative effects on recommendation intention.
