This study was undertaken to strategize the mixed traffic operation of autonomous vehicles in the pilot zone. This was achieved by analyzing the changes expected when autonomous vehicles are mixed in the autonomous vehicle pilot zone. Although finding a safe and efficient traffic operation strategy is required for the pilot zone to serve as a test bed for autonomous vehicles, there is no available operation strategy based on the mixture of autonomous vehicles. In order to presents a traffic operation strategies for each period of autonomous vehicle introduction, traffic efficiency and safety analysis was performed according to the autonomous vehicle market percentage rate. Based on the analysis results, the introduction stage was divided into introductory stage, transition period, and stable period based on the autonomous vehicle market share of 30% and 70%. This study presents the following traffic operation strategies. Considering the traffic flow operation strategy, we suggest the advancement of the existing road infrastructure at the introductory stage, and operating an autonomous driving lane and the mileage system during the transition period. We also propose expanding the operation of autonomous driving lanes and easing the speed limit during the stable period. In the traffic safety strategy, we present a manual and legal system for responding to autonomous vehicle accidents in the introductory stage, an analysis of the causes of autonomous vehicle accidents and the implementation of preventive policies in the transition period, and the advancement of the autonomous system and the reinforcement of the security system during the stable period. Through the traffic operation strategy presented in this study, we foresee the possibility of preemptively responding to the changes of traffic flow and traffic safety expected due to the mixture of autonomous vehicles in the autonomous vehicle pilot zone in the future.

전지는 크게 1차전지와 2차전지로 분류된다. 1차전지는 재충전을 할 수 없는 1회 사용전지를 말하며 2차전지는 충전이 가능해 몇 번이고 사용가능한 전지이다. 생성에너지의 효율 향상, 즉 에너지저장으로의 패러다임 변화가 일어나고 있다. 2차전지 중 리튬이온전지는 다른 전력저장 기술에 비해 향후 기술의 성장 가능성이 높아 적용분야의 확대가 예상되며 향후 중대형 전지분야에서도 경쟁력 확보가 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다.

고전검사이론과 문항반응이론을 사용하여 2-7차 실험정가 수리영역문항을 분석하였다. 2차부터 7차에 걸친 시험은 피험자에게 너무 어려웠으며 횟수를 거듭함에 따라 점점 더 어려워진 것으로 나타났다. 5차 실험평가 문항분석결과에서 문항 10과 15는 검토가 필요한 문항으로 나타났다. 그리고 7차 실험평가 문항분석결과에서 문항 11과 17은 검토가 필요한 문항으로 나타났다.

In the paper, I selected the research topic, methods to commercialize traditional tea as a way to spread our tea culture recognizing the meaning of traditional tea. In other words, the research suggests that it should be significant that we learn some basic characters as well as reconsideration on traditional tea to commercialize our traditional tea as a tourism product. Consequently, it needs to develop various programs so as to provide chances to learn traditional tea manner along with the commercialization of traditional tea as a tourism product.

ICT 기술 융합이 가져오는 초고속과 초융합, 초지능화 시대를 의미하는 제4차 산업혁명으로의 진입을 앞두고 있다. 그리고 그 시대를 선도하기 위한 국가, 기관차원의 전략수립이 치열하다. 그러나 제4차 산업혁명에 대한 불분명한 기준은 전략수립에 있어서 장애요인이 될 수밖에 없다. 이에 본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명에 관한 문헌을 토대로 전략수립을 위한 프레임워크를 제안하여, 다가오는 시대변화에 대응하기 위한 정부출연 연구기관의 역할에 대한 시사점을 얻는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히 정부출연연구기관의 역할을 기술 인력 정보 제공자로 분명히 하고, 관련된 민간기업과의 공생을 통하여 제4차 산업혁명의 생태계를 조성하는 것을 강조하고자 한다. 제4차 산업혁명이 유연한 산업구조를 요구하고 있는 것은 분명하다. 따라서 정부출연 연구기관이 중소기업 및 기술기반 창업기업이 성장할 수 있는 생태계를 조성한다면, 제4차 산업혁명을 대기업 위주의 산업구조를 탈피할 수 있는 기회로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

화물자동차 중에서 화물대형차는 한번의 운반으로도 많은 화물을 운송하며 이에 따른 여러 가지 운행상 조건에 따라 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 또한 화물대형차의 교통사고는 차가 크고 많은 화물을 싣고 다니기 때문에 대형사고로 이어지기 쉽다. 그리고 차체 구조상 인명피해뿐만 아니라 재산상의 피해를 미치게 하는 운송수단으로서 교통사고를 미연에 예방하자는 것이 이 연구의 목적으로 화물대형차 및 특수대형 차의 교통사고 원인을 파악하고 운행실태 및 직접운전자의 인터뷰와 설문을 통하여 화물대형차 교통사고의 원인규명과 문제점을 도출하고 제도 개선안을 만들어 결론으로는 우리나라의 화물대형 차의 교통사고 예방을 위한 대책이 될 수 있도록 하는 연구이다.

기후변화에 대응하기 위한 친환경 전기차의 확산이 전 세계적으로 가속화되고 있는 추세이다. 우리나라는 전기차 20년까지 20만대를 보급할 계획이다. 한전은 이러한 정부 정책에 앞장서기 위해 전기차 충전인프라 확산 비즈모델을 개발하고, 전국 단위의 구축을 계획하고 있다. 전국에 충전인프라를 확산하기 위해 민간참여형 충전서비스 사업을 추진할 예정이며, 한전 자체적으로 전국에 Star-Network 형태로 전기차 충전망을 구축하여 사내 업무용과 일반인들도 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 할 것이다. 또한 태양광 등 신재생을 이용한 전기차 충전으로 주행하도록 함으로써 온실가스를 제로화시키고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 전국 단위에 전기차 충전망을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 전기차 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

영상검지기를 이용하여 도로상에서 이동중인 차량의 움직임을 탐지하고 분석하는 방법은 지능형교통시스템의 많은 분야에 적용되어질 수 있다. 영상분석으로 움직이는 물체를 탐지하는 방법에는 영상차를 이용하는 방법과 영상차를 이용하지 않는 방법으로 분류할 수 있다. 영상차를 이용하는 방법에서는 영상간의 차영상을 기반으로 하여 물체를 탐지하는 방법은 일반적이고 보편적인 방법이나 시간에 따른 배경영상의 왜곡과 물체의 정체현상에 많은 문제점을 지니고 있다. 그리고 영상차를 이용하지 않는 방법은 영상내의 분석으로 물체를 탐지하는 방법이고, 영상간의 정보를 사용하지 않으므로 영상차에 의한 문제점은 발생되지 않는다. 기존에 연구되어진 영상차를 이용하지 않는 방법은 물체의 형태를 고려하지 않고 단지 이동점의 좌표분석으로 차량의 움직임을 측정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상차를 이용하지 않으며 영상내의 형태정보 분석과 색상정보를 고려하여 기존의 영상검지기가 지니는 문제점을 개선하여 정밀한 차량 추적에 대한 가능성을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 다수 1 차 사용자가 다수 존재하고 2 차 사용자들이 다중 홉 통신을 하는 스펙트럼 공유 방식 무선 인지 네트워크를 분석한다. 다수의 1 차 사용자로부터의 간섭신호를 고려하여 각 2 차 사용자에서의 수신 신호대간섭잡음비를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 2 차 사용자 네트워크의 불능확률을 구한다. 모의실험을 통해 1 차 사용자의 수가 감소함에 따라 불능확률이 감소한다는 것을 확인하였다.

This paper introduces the security standardization trend and related technology in ITU-T SG 13 Q.15. Q.15 deals with the security requirements and guidelines over NGN(Next Generation Network) release 1. Korea proposes draft recommendation on 'AAA(Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) Service for network access control over NGN' and the procedure of the user authentication for the NGN convergence service terminals.
