IMT-2000으로 새로운 이동통신의 전기를 마련할 것으로 기대되었던 제3세대(3G) WCDMA 계열의 기술은 2006년 이후 하향 속도를 고속화시킨 HSDPA를 통해 국내외에서 급속한 서비스 확산이 전개되고 있다. 특히 최근 국내에서 HSDPA 가입자의 급속한 증가는 3G 서비스가 기존 이동통신과 달리 영상통화가 가능하며 무선 초고속인터넷을 이용할 수 있는 차별화된 특성이 수용의 영향요인으로 모두 작용한 것은 아니며, 단말기 보조금과 같은 사업자의 활발한 마케팅 활동에 따른 촉진조건이 수용의 영향요인으로 작용하였을 개연성이 높다. 그런데, 국내에서 제3세대 이동통신 서비스인 HSDPA의 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 서비스의 내재적 요인과 외재적 요인을 통해 규명한 분석이 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 분석에서는 기존 제2세대(2G) 서비스 대비 혁신성과 경쟁 서비스인 와이브로 대비 우위성의 서비스 차별성, 단말기 교체지원의 촉진조건과 요금부담감, 품질에 대한 비확신, 번호변경 부담감의 수용장벽이 HSDPA 서비스의 가입과 이용에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 기존 서비스 대비 혁신성, 단말기 교체지원의 촉진조건, 요금 부담감과 품질 비확신의 수용장벽이 수용의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이에 따라 HSDPA 서비스 활성화 방향을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to explore negative experiences of unwed mothers in interaction with medical professionals, government officials and nursery teachers who have negative stereotypes about the unwed mothers and to seek ways of improving awareness and attitudes of the professionals. Researchers conducted individual and focus groups interviews with 15 unwed mothers. The results showed that unwed mothers experienced the violation of their maternal and privacy rights and inhospitable services in the interaction with medical professionals. They also had similar experiences with government officials who often had overbearing and discriminatory attitudes toward these mothers, and hardly received useful information. Last, unwed mothers had deep concerns about possibilities and experiences of discrimination against their children by nursery teachers and other parents in day care centers. In conclusion, this study discussed ways of improving awareness and attitudes toward unwed mothers through various medias and supplementary educations.

VoIP 기술의 확산과 그에 따른 IP기반의 망을 포함한 Packet, Multimedia서비스를 제공하는 서비스가 늘고 있다. 실시간 서비스를 필요로 하는 음성 트래픽 같은 경우에는 그에 따른 경로에 확실한 QoS의 보장 조건이 요구되며 사용자가 지불한 대금에 따라 서비스에 차별성을 두는 차등 서비스에 대하 연구가 활발해지고 사용자들에게 신뢰성 있는 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기술이 필요하게 되었다. IP 네트웍에서의 음성전송은 현재의 전화통신요금보다. 절반 이상 저렴하고 여러 가지 부가 서비스를 창출할 수 있다. 하지만 Best-effort Service만을 지원하는 기존의 망에서는 실시간 서비스의 품질을 보장할 수가 없기에 실시간 서비스에 대한 품질보장이 반드시 필요하다.

미국을 비롯한 영국, 프랑스 등 주요 EU 회원국들은 국가 경쟁력 향상을 위해 초광대역망 구축을 정부 차원에서 추진하고 있다. 초광대역망 투자 계획은 모든 국민에게 통신 서비스를 제공하는 보편적 서비스 제도와 연계하여 추진하고 있다. 특히 미국의 Broadband Plan과 영국의 Digital Britain 계획을 통해 보편적 서비스 제도가 PSTN 음성 서비스에서 데이터 서비스로 전환되고 있다. 이에 반해 호주에서는 초광대역망 구축과 보편적 서비스 제도 개편 움직임이 다른 국가들과 차별되어 국가 차원에서 기업을 설립하고 망 투자와 보편적 서비스 제도를 담당하는 방향으로 움직이고 있다. 본고에서는 호주의 초광대역망 구축 계획을 살펴보고 초광대역망 환경으로 과도기 단계에서 보편적 서비스 제도 개선 현황 및 특징을 살펴보고 시사점을 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education, academic self - efficacy, and learning commitment in college students. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the difference of entrepreneurship education with professors of entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on the learning commitment, and the operation of entrepreneurship education has no significant influence. Second, the difference of entrepreneurship education and the operation of entrepreneurship education have a significant effect on academic self - efficacy, while the entrepreneurship professional instructor has no significant influence. Third, academic self - efficacy has a significant effect on learning commitment. Fourth, in the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education and learning commitment, the academic self-efficiency was found to have a mediated effect.

Recently, the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT has been increasing in various fields such as interactive commerce and mobile financial services. However, LMMs, which are mainly created by learning existing documents, can also learn various human biases inherent in documents. Nevertheless, there have been few comparative studies on the aspects of bias and discrimination in LLMs. The purpose of this study is to examine the existence and extent of nine types of discrimination (Age, Disability status, Gender identity, Nationality, Physical appearance, Race ethnicity, Religion, Socio-economic status, Sexual orientation) in LLMs and suggest ways to improve them. For this purpose, we utilized BBQ (Bias Benchmark for QA), a tool for identifying discrimination, to compare three large-scale language models including ChatGPT, GPT-3, and Bing Chat. As a result of the evaluation, a large number of discriminatory responses were observed in the mega-language models, and the patterns differed depending on the mega-language model. In particular, problems were exposed in elder discrimination and disability discrimination, which are not traditional AI ethics issues such as sexism, racism, and economic inequality, and a new perspective on AI ethics was found. Based on the results of the comparison, this paper describes how to improve and develop large-scale language models in the future.

Since April last year when "the disability discrimination act" became effective in Korea, public libraries in Korea have been obligated to provide library service to the disabled. But most of public libraries in Korea do not and are not ready to service them. After finding out the characteristics of Korean disabled people and investigating current state of services for them in the public libraries of Korea by analyzing related statistics and laws, suggestions for the enhancement of public library service for disabled people in Korea were proposed.

MPLS/VPN서비스는 MPLS망의 인프라를 이용하여 사설망을 제공하는 서비스로 각 VPN사이트사이를 고속의 LSP를 이용하여 연결한다. MPLS/VPN서비스는 차별적인 다양한 서비스 품질을 지원하는 것이 용이하며, 또한 서비스 도입과 운용 및 관리가 용이하여 저비용으로 VPN서비스를 제공할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 초고속 국가망에 도입될 예정인 ATM/MPLS MSR40시스템을 이용하여 MPLS/VPN망을 구축하기 위해 요구되는 라우팅 프로토콜상에서의 설정 및 고려사항을 설명한다. 현재 시험서비스중인 MPLS네트워크 구축 사례를 바탕으로 하여 MPLS 도메인 내부 라우팅 설정 절차 및 가입자측 라우팅 설정 절차에 대해 설명하고 또한 MPLS망의 특성상 요구되는 몇가지 라우팅 이슈에 대해 설명한다.

국내 제 3세대 이동통신은 동기식인 cdma를 기반으로 무선인터넷과 멀티미디어 서비스가 제공되고 있으며 비동기식인 W-CDMA의 상용화가 전개되고 있다. 그런데 동기식과 달리 W-CDMA 서비스는 시장 불확실성, 유효수요 부족, 급격한 기술진화, 사업의지 및 전략 미흡, 경쟁서비스와 차별성 부족, 킬러 애플리케이션의 부재로 인하여 사업성이 불투명한 실정이다. 이에 본 글에서는 W-CDMA 서비스를 중심으로 제 3세대 이동통신의 본격적인 시장확산을 위한 성장동인이 되는 촉진요인과 당면과제가 되는 장애요인을 종합하여 핵심요인을 기술하였다. 그리고 다른 서비스와의 차별화 요인을 도출하고 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 전략적 방향을 제시하였다.

최근 이동통신 사업자들은 All-IP 기반의 서비스를 개발하고 상용화하기 위해 힘쓰고 있다. 그 이유는 All-IP 기반의 서비스가 LTE의 넓은 대역폭을 사용하여 기존 서비스와는 현저한 차별성을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 음성통화를 LTE 기반으로 제공하는 VoLTE 서비스도 그 중의 하나로서 현재 이동통신 3사 모두 상용화하여 이 새로운 고음질 및 고화질 커뮤니케이션 서비스에 대해 마케팅을 벌이고 있다. 하지만 VoLTE 서비스는 보안에 대한 충분한 고려가 이루어지지 않은 상태로 상용화되었으며, VoLTE에서 사용되는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 프로토콜을 악용한 여러 유형의 공격에 매우 취약하다. 본 논문에서는 VoLTE 서비스에 대한 보안 위협 중 가장 기본이 되는 스캐닝 공격에 대해 기술하고 이를 탐지할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.
