This research shows that Mozi setting forth a military thoughts will be discussed and lighted up in modern value. Mozi's theory on a military was formed in order to protect weak people from the strong in the basis of his philosophy of not attacking. It is different from the art of war for attack. There are some merits in Mozi's strategy of war that we have to take notice of. First of all, Mozi indicated that married women, the old and children was provided with specific roles in the war times. Especially, married women' parts will be equal to men. The old and children should usually be respected for the government to offer them important roles in the war time. Therefore, this paper will be showed in the respect of Mozi's thoughts that is considered as human being's fundamental rights in terms of ensuring the weak's rights. Furthermore, Mozi's theories on technology from loving the civil was applied to defensive fight and his advanced arms was arranged in the actual fight. However, his arms could be useful to the only defensive fight. This case was reflected as Mojia's theories that science is sincerely useful toward the civil. There will be some small or large wars in the future. Mozi's theories based on a military peaceful thoughts that everyone ought to be loved without discrimination should be highly valued when all wars will take place for the purpose of their own profits.

This paper establishes and propagates the value of the play through the study of the transition process of the yesan play from 1920 to the present, presents an alternative through the unique theatricality of the region and aims to activate it. The theater divided the theater into Yecheon, Chungnam Theater Festival, and Youth Theater Festival, which are currently active, and focused on Yedang International Performing Arts Festival, which is the only one in Yesan. The details of the performance due to the loss of data were not specified as much as possible, but the contents of the yesan play before 1990 were reviewed using the eupji and Myeonji. It also starts with a lack of diversity in plays in the developing direction of Yesan. Children's plays should be dismissed for simple commercial purposes, or the value of traditional Korean plays should be compared to Western ones, to promote the development of local plays through the natural characteristics and the basis of traditional culture, and to sustain the continuity of extreme economic performance and performances through the development of repertoires. Infrastructure deployment can be cited. The in flow of specialized actors and the use of art administrators creates a stable theater environment and activates the reeducation of local actors to promote theatrical imagination. It is also an urgent task to develop a new theatrical form by introducing experimental theatrical methods of young artists in the overseas performance business of theater troupe Yechon. Finally, Yedang International Performing Arts Festival should be characterized and differentiated from other festivals.

Impact investment involves investing in companies that pursue both social value and financial returns. It focuses on addressing various social problems through innovative solutions while generating profits. The domestic impact investment ecosystem has experienced significant growth with the support of the government and public institutions. In 2021, it witnessed a 3.5-fold increase over three years, reaching a total of 700 billion won in operating assets. In order to foster qualitative growth alongside this quantitative expansion, it is crucial to conduct research specifically on impact investment, which sets it apart from conventional venture investment. This study aims to empirically analyze the unique factors that influence impact investment decisions. Firstly, the factors affecting investment decisions were identified through a literature analysis. Then, a consultation and Delphi survey involving 11 representatives and evaluators from impact investment companies was conducted to determine the major investment determinants. Subsequently, an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey was carried out with 10 impact investment evaluators to ascertain the relative importance of these factors. The analysis revealed the following order of importance for the top factors: market>entrepreneur(team)>product/service>finance. Furthermore, the importance of specific factors was identified in the following order: market competition and entry barriers>new market creation>market growth and potential expansion>team expertise and capabilities. Unlike previous studies that primarily focus on general startup investment factors, this research demonstrates that impact investment places greater emphasis on market-related factors and considers the sustainability and profitability of the business model to be more important than the social impact of social ventures.

As Internet advances, websites with simpel HTML pages are changing to complex web application systems with enormous contents and various services. With this trend, it is noted that situations where Web accessibility of the old and the handicapped is inhibited are growing. To solve this problem, The Disability Discrimination Act has been enacted since April 2013. This act triggers massive website reorganization efforts. However, in order for the huge and sophisticated web applications and web sites to ensure a web accessibility, a framework is required to throughout the web site development. Based on thorough review of website development methodologies, web accessibility compliance standards, and various web accessibility issues related to website characteristics, this study proposes a practice oriented "Web Accessibility Compliance Framework". The current study also examines the usefulness and value of this framework by applying it to the internet banking development project of W bank and receiving a certificate for high quality website complying web accessibility standards.

It is said that today is an era of total cord characterized by the transition from the industrial society to the knowledge based and information one. In this age of total cord, the most complex media production is the game industry. In the game industry, game character as one of the elements of game production is the most important because it contains visual elements created through interaction with a user. Initial creation of characters in the game industry is considered having the most value-adding element. Character creation in game production begins with basic drawings, like a diffusive property of the production elements, and proceeds to complicated 2D game character illustration and 3D game character production. In addition, only when driving forces for game development such as individuality and virtual reality are based on different mind cord from existing one, foundation for it will be firmly established. Therefore, it is clear that understanding of the Importance of character illustration and original drawings in the game production is essential to successfully produce more perfect 3D game characters.

우리 전통술산업의 육성은 원료농산물의 소비증대와 수입주류의 대체, 전통문화의 복원 등 다양한 의미를 가지고 있다. 즉 쌀과 잡곡, 과일, 약초 등 우리 농산물로 빛은 민속주의 재현을 통해 개방여파로 인해 남아도는 우리 농산물의 소비증대와 국민들의 건강 증진, 전통문화의 계승발전에도 기여할 수 있기 때문에 산업적 활성화의 필요성이 크다. 특히 술은 지역축제나 관광, 예술 등과 결합한 고부가가치 문화상품이 될 수 있는 만큼 그린투어리즘(green tourism)이나 농촌문화관광을 풍요롭게 하는 중요한 컨텐츠가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 우리술산업의 활성화를 위한 정책과제로는 다음을 제시할 수 있다. (1) 우리술의 맛과 향, 숙취제거 등 품질을 개선하되 특히, 젊은층과 서민들의 기호에 맞으면서도 건강기능성을 가미한 다양한 제품의 개발과 포장 및 디자인의 개선이 필요하며 이를 위해 전문연구기관을 설립하거나 한국식품개발연구원을 통한 연구개 발과 교육 훈련이 선행되어야 한다. (2) 우리술의 품질관리와 차별적 유통을 위한 브랜드화가 필요한데 이는 지방자치단체와 관련업체에서 지역에서 생산되는 술에 대해 원료나 제조방법, 생산지역 등 품질기준과 표기방법을 제도화하고, 이를 소비자들에게 알리는 방법을 강구해야 한다 (3) 시음회나 품평회, 우리술페스티벌 등 다양한 이벤트행사를 통해 우리술에 대한 부정적 이미지를 개선하고 소비를 촉진하기 위해서는 적극적인 홍보와 판매촉진이 필요하다. (4) 우리 전통술의 품질향상과 가격인하를 위해 시설현대화와 기술개발, 포장 및 디자인개선, 원료구입, 홍보 및 판매촉진 등에 소요되는 자금을 지원하고 주세 차등화 등 조세감면과 경영컨설팅 등의 지원이 필요하다. (5) 현재 국회에 계류 중인 [전통술산업육성 및 지원법(안)]를 통과시켜 제도를 정비하고, 여러 부처에 흩어져 방치되고 있는 농민주 및 민속주 관련 행정체계를 정비해야 한다.

As the demands of island tourism increasing, the importance of information is considered the key success factor of island tourism. This study suggest the several factors that affecting in island tourism based on the previous studies of tourism research domain. the Important Performance Analysis(IPA) that has much popularity in tourism research is used to evaluate the information characteristic and priority of island tourism in university students of Korea. Based on the result of this study, the information of the natural landscape/scenery and the sightseeing related activity have less priority than the facilities and local foodstuff of the specific island. Considering the aspects and levels of currently serviced island tourism information, differentiated information that including the facilities and local foodstuff of island have reasonable priority for establishing effective and efficient island tourism strategy.

The current study investigated the impact of interaction between self-esteem and reward type on the effects of an international relief campaign. Self-esteem refers to how worthy a person feels about the self. Reward is differentiated by intrinsic or extrinsic type. An experimental research was conducted with 184 subjects by self-esteem ${\times}$ reward type. This research was progressed with two stages. At the first stage, questionnaires relative to participants' self-esteem and past experiences were distributed. At the second stage, the participants rated their responses after exposure to the campaign. Individuals with higher self-esteem showed more favorable message attitudes towards intrinsic reward type, yet those with lower self-esteem did not show a significant difference. Analyses for behavioral intention did not produce any significant result.

This study searched for the common and different aspects of social community welfare centers and health family support centers for family welfare practice of the community. We also tried to find out the awareness of workers and the performance function for each institution. Through the interviews and review of literature, and comparative analysis of operating status, we looked for the common and different aspects, and the direction of development, which evolved family welfare into the community by way of function and relationships of both institutions. As a result, the participants of this study pursued common purposes. They however made aware of the issues of discrimination about social values and each institution's functions. We suggest that the social community welfare center focuses on individuals and families, in order to integrate the community. A health family support center should play the role to fulfill needs for family welfare according to family life cycle, and have good accessibility for individuals and families in the community.

Suburbs rural areas in the Capital region have been diversified by the influence of the Seoul and large cities for the last 10 years. This study aims to classify suburban rural areas and to analyze the differentiated characteristics of different types in order to propose more area-specific policy approach to suburban rural areas in the Capital region. Using the cluster analysis method, the suburban rural areas in the Capital region have been classified into four types; garden villages in rural areas, urbanization areas, agricultural-industrial mixed use areas, general rural areas. The result of this study shows that the four types of suburban rural areas are much differentiated one another in terms of internal characteristics and local dynamics and problems. In order to suburban rural sustainable development in the Capital region, the policy efforts should be address the area-specific problems and policy demand for each type of suburban rural areas.
