최근 이동통신 사업자들은 All-IP 기반의 서비스를 개발하고 상용화하기 위해 힘쓰고 있다. 그 이유는 All-IP 기반의 서비스가 LTE의 넓은 대역폭을 사용하여 기존 서비스와는 현저한 차별성을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 음성통화를 LTE 기반으로 제공하는 VoLTE 서비스도 그 중의 하나로서 현재 이동통신 3사 모두 상용화하여 이 새로운 고음질 및 고화질 커뮤니케이션 서비스에 대해 마케팅을 벌이고 있다. 하지만 VoLTE 서비스는 보안에 대한 충분한 고려가 이루어지지 않은 상태로 상용화되었으며, VoLTE에서 사용되는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 프로토콜을 악용한 여러 유형의 공격에 매우 취약하다. 본 논문에서는 VoLTE 서비스에 대한 보안 위협 중 가장 기본이 되는 스캐닝 공격에 대해 기술하고 이를 탐지할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

본 연구는 미국 상무부 소속 국립표준기술연구소(NIST)에 의해 제시된 온라인상에서 디지털 신원 지침(digital identity guidelines)에 대한 내용을 살펴보고, 디지털 신원 서비스를 구현하기 위한 기술적인 요구사항들에 대해 검토 후 국내 본인확인서비스에 적용이 가능한 방안을 제시한다. 온라인상에서 사용자의 신원을 확인하기 위해 다양한 방안이 제시되고 있으며 현행 국내 본인확인서비스의 경우 과도한 개인정보 제공으로 사생활 침해 이슈가 제시되고 있다. 따라서 NIST의 디지털 신원지침에서 제시하는 차등화된 서비스 제공 방안에 대해 검토하고 국내 본인확인서비스에 적용 가능한 방안을 모색한다. 제시한 방안에서 획일화된 본인확인서비스에서 본인확인수단, 인증, 정보제공에 대한 차별적인 방안을 제시함으로써 보다 안전하고 건전한 본인확인서비스의 실현이 가능함을 알 수 있다.

This study tests the effects of differential association, definitions, differential reinforcement and imitation from social learning theory in the explanation of university students' crimes in social network services. In addition, this study tests the interaction effects between social learning factors and other factors such as low self-control, subcultural environment, and crime opportunity for the integrated approach. Using data from 486 university students in Seoul, results show that both definition and imitation have significant influences on crimes, even though differential association and differential reinforcement factors have no significant influences on crimes in social network services. Results also reveal that there are significant interaction effects between definition and subcultural environment, which meana that definition has a strong effect on crimes in high subcultural environment. In addition, it is found that reinforcement has also a strong effect on crimes in high crime opportunity and that interaction effect between imitation and low self-control is significant, which means that imitation has a strong effect on crimes in low self-control students.

Biographical information about people is usually collected and provided by a company or an institute which has a specific standard to select people for service. Recently, user oriented contents service like Wikipedia has started biographical information service, Wikipedia Biography Portal, in which users select people and freely describe about them. This study collected 500 biographical data from three categories of Wikipedia biography portal such as criminals, faculty, and directors. The contents of data from each category were analyzed with the word frequency and the divergence indicator to identify the characteristics of each category. As a result, divergency indicator is effective to represent the differential factors of each category. This study provides word clouds of top 100 word with divergence indicator and top 100 common words of three categories with word frequency as a guide for users to write about a person in these categories and for editors to accept and monitor the biography from users.

It was in the 1990s that the human rights of persons with disabilities began to be discussed in our society. Based on the Declaration on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1975, the Charter on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities was adopted on December 8, 1988. The human rights of persons with disabilities explains the important meaning of not being discriminated against just because they are persons with disabilities, the basics of human rights that all human beings have. The human rights of persons with disabilities are universal values, a basic right, and a declaration to protect the socially disadvantaged. Human rights are an important ideology that deals with the dignity and worth of human beings. In our society, people with disabilities should not be discriminated against for any reason. Persons with disabilities should be the center in matters related to the Anti-Discrimination Act and Human Rights. In addition, it can be said that it is necessary to develop and operate a system suitable for the local government for the disabled in the local community.

This paper analyzed the differences in the relationship between banking service automation and employment by bank ownership type. We found significant differences in the restructuring of the labor force and increasing banking service automation between foreign banks (owned by foreign capital) and local banks. Foreign banks showed the possibilities of reducing the regular labor force through the increase in banking service automation. However, banking service automation in local banks has reduced only the number of irregular employees but increased regular employees. This paper suggests new evidence on the differences between foreign and local banks in banking personnel management with the increase in banking service automation. This paper contributes to the preceding research areas of banking, business, and governance. In addition, this paper provides important insights on banking service automation, employment, and foreign banks for banking managers and policymakers.

본 연구는 국가정보화의 총괄적인 정보개발계획을 수립하기 위하여 일명 정보개발지도를 이용하여 국가의 정보개발 현황을 분석하고 국가 정보화의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 현재 국내에 개발되어 서비스를 제공중인 정보, 사업의 지원자금으로 개발을 추진중에 있는 정보, 혹은 아직 미개발되었지만 공공정보로써 개발이 가능한 공공기관의 정보자원을 조사하고 세부분야별로 분류하여 하나의 평면에 나타냄으로써 국내 공공정보 개발의 방위를 파악하고자 한다. 또한 해외의 정보개발, 서비스들을 평면에 함께 제시함으로써 향후 공공데이터베이스의 개발 과제를 파악하기 위한 기반자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 정보개발지도에 따라 년차별 개발분야 및 개발 우선순위 등을 결정될 수 있으리라 예측된다.

영국은 현재 유럽에서 전자상거래가 가장 활발한 국가이다. 본 연구는 영국의 전자상거래에 대한 현황과 특성을 살펴보고, 주요 B2C 전자상거래 사이트의 특성을 분석해 보았다. 현재 영국의 전자상거래웹사이트들은 자사의 웹사이트의 성격과 부합하는 서비스를 제공하려는 시도를 하고 있으며 취급하는 제품에 따라 사이트의 분위기와 서비스가 차별적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 실제 영국의 전자상거래 사이트를 분석함으로써 영국 전자상거래의 특성과 파악하고, 영국에 진출하고자 하는 전자상거래 업체에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

본 논문은 모바일 멀티 에이전트프레임워크를 이용한 분산환경에서의 개인 디지털 도서관 서비스(PLS) 시스템을 제안하였다. 기존의 에이전트 프레임워크와 차별적으로 모바일 시스템과 분산 처리 시스템을 조합한 시스템을 사용하였으며 멀티 에이전트간 협상 알고리즘과 스케줄링 방법을 개발함으로써 프레임워크가 효율적으로 동작하도록 하였다.

현재 전 세계 인구 76억명 중 스마트폰 사용자는 70%이상으로 스마트폰이 대중화가 되어 집이든 밖이든 누구나 자유롭게 이용하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 HTML5와 CSS3를 기반으로 4차 산업혁명 대표 기술 중 하나인 IoT기술로 만든 제품을 주문받고 설치해주는 반응형 서비스판매 웹을 구성하고자 한다. 기존 웹과의 차별성과 고객 개개인의 만족도를 위해 제품판매 뿐만 아니라 주문제작 가능도 구현하여 고객의 욕구를 충족시키고자 한다.
