Chatting-based Commerce Platform Enabling Non-Volatile Social Curation Service (비휘발적 소셜 큐레이션 서비스가 가능한 대화형 상거래 플랫폼 개발)

  • The social curation service that selectively provides information generated by individuals or groups with the same interests can have a synergistic effect when combined with the recently used SNS-based chatting function. If these kinds of chatting-based curation technologies are applied to the Internet shopping malls, particularly, buyers can obtain more reliable information in real time basis, and sellers can provide them with more differentiated and rich information in a continuous manner. This research suggests a chatting-based commerce platform that provides the social curation service based on chats among sellers, existing buyers, and potential buyers. The proposed commerce platform can organize a chat channel for each store and product not only to immediately respond to new and existing customer inquiries about stores, brands, and detailed products, but also to continuously activate differentiated sales strategies to customers subscribed to the channel. In particular, MongoDB is used to permanently save and archive the information and chatting history of each channel, so that the buyer can search and refer to them recorded in the corresponding channel at any time.

  • This paper compares and analyzes the domestic OTT services to access their success factors, strategies and examine the domestic OTT leader's wavve's unique differentiation strategy. It is a comparative study of the top five market share services based on the operator and content's key success factors criteria, revenue structure, personalization, interactive media and cooperation. As a result, the common success factors were contents that reflected the characteristics of the operators, hybrid VOD, hybrid filtering, real-time participation interaction, alliances between the same and heterogeneous industries, and utilization of existing business areas. In addition, the study confirmed that it expanded the scope of the project and operated the contents efficiently by introducing one or more business strategies. wavve has been widely validated with its content, while B2C has long-term benefits and overseas use services, and B2B has a systematic use system, differentiating itself from other services. This paper can be the foundation for identifying the strengths and differences of each service on 2021, entering the domestic OTT industry, and establishing competitive strategies.

A Convergence Study of The Effect of Service Factors Used Book Transactions in Online Bookstores on Customer Satisfaction and Reuse Intention (인터넷 서점 중고도서 거래의 서비스 요인이 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service factors of used book transactions, which are becoming a major service in online bookstores, on customer satisfaction and the effect of customer satisfaction on reuse intention. 235 samples were collected through a survey for users of used book transaction services in their 20s or older, and 205 surveys were adopted through the refining process. Hypotheses were verified through factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural model analysis using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical programs. Some factors were supported between service factors and customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on reuse intention, and moderating effects according to the preferred genre of reading were founded. More differentiated services should be considered according to the customer's preferred genre, as the services of online bookstores are becoming more standardized, customers do not feel differentiated.

The Effects of Customer Citizenship Behavior and Badness Behavior on Perceived Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention (고객시민행동과 고객불량행동이 서비스품질지각과 고객만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the effects of two types of customer extra-role behavior (citizenship and badness behavior) on perceived service quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. The model was tested with a sample of sports center customers by using structural equation modeling. The findings supported the effects of customer citizenship and badness behavior, and all structural path coefficients were significant. However, the differential effects of customer citizenship and badness behavior on perceived service quality were not significant. Lastly, perceived service quality fully mediated the effects of customer citizenship and badness behavior on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The results of the present study demonstrate that service organizations need to manage all two types of customer behavior. Further, it provides new insights into the relationships among customer's extra-role behavior, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention.

  • In 3G networks interworking with external IP-based networks, provision of end-to-end QoS to packet-based services is a critical issue. In this paper, we propose DiffServ-aware Multiple Protocol Label Switching(MPLS) as a new policy enforcement means. With the adoption of the proposed DiffServ-aware MPLS, it is feasible to provide differentiated QoS provision with the help of DiffServ as well as to improve network utilization by using multiple paths based on MPLS. We verify the effectiveness of our proposed policy enforcement means through a simulation in which realtime traffic and non-realtime traffic are served together.

  • In this paper, a method for transmitting layered SVC streams in differentiated MBSFN channels is presented. Scalable coded video streams are transmitted in modulation channels of different efficiency that it achieves reduced resource consumption compared to non-scalable AVC stream. When utilizing with Raptor FEC, the combined effect is enhanced service coverage with providing minimum video quality at the edge of the service area, than the case of AVC.

Determinants of Dual-earner Wives' Needs for Family-supportive Services: A Comparison of Professional and Blue-collar Models (맞벌이 부인의 가족지원서비스 필요도 결정요인 : 전문직과 생산직 모델 비교)

  • This study is designed to find out the determinants of dual-earner wives' needs for family-supportive services. For this purpose, a hypothetical model which explains the relationships among 6 stressors, role overload, stress and needs for 4 family-supportive services is developed. Using the data collected by purposive sampling from 234 professional women and 208 blue-collar women living in Chinju and Sacheon, the hypothetical model developed in this study was tested. In order to examine occupational class differences, a model for professionals and another model for blue-collars were developed separately and compared. For data analysis, a covariance structure analysis was used. The best-fitting model for professional women (df=141, GFI=0.928, CFI=0.965) and the model for blue collar women (df=141, GFI=0.902, CFI=0.912) were found. As a result of comparing two models, 9 common relationships were found:l)Greater dissatisfaction with child care service increases role overload; 2)Longer work hours increases role overload; 3) Higher level of role overload increases stress; 4)Higher level of stress increase needs for leaves; 5)Older child increases needs for flexible work pattern; 6)Younger child increases needs for finalcial assistance for child care fee; 7)needs for financial assistance for child care increases needs for on-site child care services; 8)needs for on-site child care services increases needs for leaves; 9)needs for leaves increases needs for flexible work pattern. With the exception of these 9 common relationships, the analyses revealed substantial differences between professional and blue-collar dual-earner wives. Based on the common and differential needs between 2 groups of wives, the effective ways to provide family-supportive services according to the needs of individual dual-earner wives who are in different familial, financial, and work conditions were suggested.

A Dynamic Internet Address Model for Providing Customized Information (사용자 맞춤형 정보 제공을 위한 동적 인터넷 주소 모델)

  • The referents of internet addresses are no longer limited to web sites. A new address service by the international organization for the internet address (ICANN) introduces an open space for the TLD (Top Level Domain) strings so that each service, content, product, and other linguistic expressions may be allowed. The open TLD addresses are more suitable for representing the address of service units, contents, or products. In this paper, as an alternative to static Internet address service to return a consistent mapping result regardless of a user-specific different requirements, we design a dynamic internet address mapping model that returns mapping result to suit user particular requirements. In addition, we propose a method for implementing a internet address service without any changes in the existing domain protocols. It may implement a dynamic internet address by attaching to a encoded user's metadata and environment data within a internet address representation, and adding the module for dynamic mapping to the name servers. Through this proposal, trying to expand the functions of internet address, it is expected to be able to provide customized informaiton retrieval services for each user by using just internet address.

The Effects of Service Quality of Dispatch Companies on Satisfaction and Performance of User Companies (파견사업체의 서비스 품질이 사용사업체의 사용만족 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of perceived service quality of dispatch companies on satisfaction and performance of user companies. The empirical investigation was conducted in human service sector. Service quality was classified into five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data were collected from 80 employees of user companies. Results indicated that responsiveness and assurance were positively related to satisfaction of user companies. Results also indicated that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy were positively related to performance of user companies. This study had differential value that it applied the concept of SERVPERF into the labor market, and analyzed its effects on customers' satisfaction and performance. The results also have consequences for managers responsible of outsourced workers.

A Study on the Effects of Handset Bundling on Competition and Consumer Welfare (단말기 번들링이 경쟁과 소비자후생에 미치는 효과 연구)

  • This paper finds that the ultimate source of problems facing Korean mobile telecommunications such as excessive subsidies of handsets, waste of resources, and a vicious circle of expensive handsets and high prices for services, is bundling of handset and subscription. The analysis suggests that bundling causes consumers to confuse about prices of handsets and services, and firms focus on handset subsidy competition rather than on upgrading service qualities and lowering prices due to anti-competitive effects of bundling. Because most of the cost of bundling is passed on to consumers, the welfare of consumers decline. In particular, equality among consumers worsens due to price discriminations. To resolve these problems, unbundling of handset and subscription is a necessity. Mixed bundling allowing separate selling of handsets under bundling does not seem to work as a cure because bundling tends to be a dominant strategy. The best regulatory policy is a complete separation of handset and subscription.
