This study is on understanding the reality of disabled seniors and investigation of factors that affect overall life satisfaction, making a proposal to improve their life quality. Situation data for the disabled, gathered by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs (KIHASA) in 2014, was used to perform the study, and the target group is 3,181 people with disability, above the age of 65. Descriptive statistics was presented for data analysis and logistic regression analysis was performed to investigate factors that affect life satisfaction. It was concluded from the analysis that gender, age, presence of spouse (demographic factors), house income, possession of house, presence of pensioner, registration to public pension plan, social discrimination (social-economical factors), level of disability, subjective health status, level of help needed for daily living, presence of care-giver, sufficiency of help, ability to go out by oneself, difficulty of using public transportations, and presence of medical checkups (disability and health factors.) make meaningful effects to life satisfaction of disabled seniors. Based on the derived results, this study suggests intensive interests and care-giving service for disabled seniors that live alone, institutional complementations to guarantee income security, including public or private pensions, improvements to social recognition and environments for discrimination of the disabled, organization of health and medical treatment service and health care system, comprehensive service provision to social welfare for both the disabled and seniors, and comprehensive service provision to both health care and social welfare.

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of regulation of promotional gifts and exemption of charges by analyzing the judgement criterion of illegality and the corrective action taken by regulatory agencies and suggests effective way of regulation. The results show that recently the differences of price-cut is getting bigger. In addition, Fair Trade Commission has considered discounts as unfair predatory price only if price is below the cost. But in the telecommunication business law enacted by Korea Communications Commission, 'expected profits per subscriber' has been applied as a key criterion. KCC's criterion is based not on the expected profit of individual service provider but on the averaged profit of services providers. It doesn't consider differences of service quality and the cost structure between dominant firm and late comers. Prohibition act of user discrimination result in the increase of subscriber and operating profits of late comers but this is not direct purpose of regulation. It can be desirable in the aspect of fair competition but since it may reduce consumer welfare, the criterion needs to be reconsidered.

In Korea, the evolution of welfare for people with disabilities can be divided largely four stages. The first phase is before 1981, the second is from 1981 to 1988, the third is from 1989 to 2006 and the fourth phase is from 2007 to now. In the first phase people with disabilities were considered as ones of charity. In the second period the welfare ideal for people with disabilities was appeared. In the third, the framework of welfare system for people with disabilities was formed and welfare services began to be expanded. The fourth phase has been the time to secure human right and social services for people with disabilities. In Korea, for people with disabilities, 2007 was the year of historical turning point. "The Act of Prohibition on Disability Discrimination and Remedy for Right"was built that year and became effective the next year. Also "The Special Education Act for People with disabilities" was enacted newly. "The Disabled Welfare Act" was amended for the change of welfare paradigm. The change is introduction of Independent Living. After 2007 Korean legal systems for people with disabilities have been improved largely.

전력산업 구조개편이후 송전체제, 특히 송전요금체계에 관한 연구가 미흡한 가운데 자연적 독점을 유지하게 될 송전에 대한 정부의 규제가 중요성을 가지게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 여러 정부 규제방안들을 비교 검토하여 최적방안 모색을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 송전요금은 비용반영 투명성, 비(非)차별, 경쟁 등의 원칙을 지켜야 하고 이런 송전요금에는 경제적 효율성 사회 복지, 비용 최소 운영 등의 증진을 위해 한계비용이 반영되어야 한다. 하지만, 송전 네트웍은 규모의 경제에 종속되는 장기 투자로 구성된다. 이런 조건에서는 한계비용은 정의되기 어렵다. 그러므로 송전요금은 단기적 한계비용들의 신호와 장기적으로는 적절한 비용회수의 보장들과의 타협조정을 해야 한다. 네트웍 요금은 경쟁 정책의 원칙을 준수할 필요가 있으며 어떤 한 네트웍 회사도 과도한 요금을 부과한다든지 또는 사용자들을 차별한다든지 또는 약탈적(predatory) 방식으로 행동할 시에는 지배적 지위 남용에 대해 벌칙을 당하게 되어있다. 송전요금에 관한 결정은 공공서비스 의무비용, 특정 소비자그룹 우대를 위한 국가 정책들과 같은 사회적 목적들에 의해 제한을 받는다. 현존하는 대표적인 정부규제방안인 가격상한제와 투자보수율 규제방식을 검토한 결과 유도된 중요한 사실은 가격상한제 규제방식이 기업들로 하여금 위험(risk)에 좀 더 종속되게 만들지만 반면에 비용절감을 위한 강력한 인센티브를 주어 효율성 향상을 기할 수 있게 만든다는 것이다. 이러한 사실은 가격상한제 규제방식이 정부규제의 기본원칙에 더 많이 부합되며 궁극적인 경제체제의 목표인 자원의 효율적 배분에 더 가깝다는 것을 의미한다.

RFID 기술은 우리 생활에 편의를 도모해 주고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, RFID 기술은 소비자들의 프라이버시 문제를 유발할 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에, 소비자들은 RFID 기술의 수용에 있어 적극적인 자세를 견지하는데 한계가 존재한다. RFID 기술수용에 대해 소비자들의 수용 형태는 개인의 인지 스타일에 따라 다양하게 나타난다. 실제로 소비자들 중 도전적이고, 새로움을 추구하고, 기술에 대한 이해가 높은 소비자들의 RFID 기술 수용은 그렇지 않은 소비자에 비해 높게 나타날 것이다. 이러한 소비자의 RFID 수용에 대한 사전 인지는 기업 측면에서 마케팅 전략 수립에 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 RFID 기술 수용에 있어 인지 스타일 측면에서의 수용 차이를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 RFID 기술 수용에 대한 소비자의 차별적 수용 특성을 제시해 주어, 소비자의 RFID 기술 수용 활성화에 유용한 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.

상위 $20\%$의 우량고객이 기업수익의 $80\%$를 기여한다는 파레토 법칙을 인용하지 않더라도 고객이 원하는 상품과 서비스를 지속적으로 제공함으로써 고객과의 지속적인 관계를 통한 고객과의 지속적인 관계유지, 특히 우량고객의 확보, 유지는 기업의 수익증대에 깊은 관계가 있으며 결국 기업의 생존을 가늠하는 길이 될 것이다. 최근에는 금융권간 업무영역이 무너지면서 모든 금융기관들은 우수고객 확보를 위해 영업력을 집중시키고 있다. 특히 수익기여도가 높은 우수고객에 대해서는 차별적인 우대서비스를 명시적으로 규정하고 우량고객 확보를 위한 생존을 건 경쟁이 벌어지고 있다. 따라서 우량고객은 자료를 통한 객관적이고 합리적 기준에 의해 확보되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 방법론으로서 데이터베이스 모델링을 제시하며, 그 효과를 측정하도록 하고, 고객 속성에 따른 고객세분화에 이용될 수 있음을 보여준다.

현재 금융권에서는 핀테크 활성화를 위한 다양한 정책 추진과 다양한 비즈니스 모델이 창출되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 핀테크의 본질에 대한 오해가 있는 듯하다. 핀테크의 본질은 중앙집중형 금융서비스를 P2P 분산형 서비스로 혁신하는 것을 의미한다. 이 특성이 기존의 전자금융 또는 e 금융과 핀테크의 차별성을 나타내는 중요한 개념인 것이다. 이런 측면에서 블록체인 기술이 핀테크 활성화의 기본 인프라역할을 담당하게 될 것이다. 블록체인이란 P2P 네트워크에서 상호 신뢰 할 수 없는 사람들 간의 신뢰를 확보해주는 P2P 신뢰네트워크이기 때문이다. 특히, 블록체인 기술과 암호기술을 융합한 암호블록체인을 설명하고 암호블록체인이 제2의 인터넷으로 핀테크 산업 및 보안을 근본적으로 바꾸는 블록체인패러다임을 역설한다. 한편으로는 블록체인의 탄생 배경으로 인해 블록체인에 대한 다양한 오해가 있는 듯하다. 본고에서는 블록체인 기술에 대한 정확한 이해를 바탕으로 향후 핀테크 보안에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당할 수밖에 없는 이유와 발전 방향에 대해 논하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 ACE2000 MPLS 시스템의 핵심 응용 기능으로 개발된 BGP/MPLS VPN의 기능블럭 구성과 주요 특성을 기술하였다. BGP/MPLS VPN은 VPN사이트들간을 MPLS LSP를 이용하여 터널링시키는 서비스로서 VPN 사이트들에 대한 라우팅 정보가 BGP4 확장 프로토콜을 이용해서 전달되고, VPN 사이트간의 트래픽은 MPLSLSP를 통해서 전달된다. ACE2000 BGP/MPLS VPN은 품질의 차별적 지원이 가능하고 확장성이 뛰어난 구조로 개발되었다.

모바일 광고는 무선 디바이스의 발달로 인해 새로운 광고 수단 및 마케팅 수단이 되었다. 많은 이용자들이 무선 인터넷을 사용하고 있으며, 앞으로도 사용자는 증가할 것으로 보여진다. 그러나 무선 서비스는 단순한 SMS 형태의 서비스가 대부분이며, 이러한 SMS를 수신하는 이용자들은 자신이 원하지 않는 광고성 메시지의 수신 대해 상당한 거부감을 가지고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 광고 중계 모델 "ATPA" (Advertisement Transport Processing Architecture)을 제안한다. "ATPA"는 필터링 기법을 응용하여 고객 지향적인 모바일 광고 시스템으로서 이용자는 자신에게 적합한 광고의 수신하게 하고, 광고주는 이용자의 특성에 따른 차별적인 광고를 제공할 수 있다.

우리를 둘러싼 경영환경은 시간, 공간, 무용지식등을 심층기반으로 하여 움직이고 였다. 이런 경영 환경속에서 하이테크와 하이터치 요인을 통해 고객에게 만족을 주지 못하면 개인이나 조직은 고객의 뇌리 속에서 사라지게 된다. 이런 배경으로 인해, 지역축제 역시 일반 축제와 차별적인 방향으로 개발하여 고객에게 가치를 제공해야 하는 전략을 강구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역 문화 콘텐츠를 암리고 지역 경제적 수익을 위해서 마련한 지역축제를 돌아 보는데였다. 또한 연구모형을 개발하고 지역축제의 서비스 품질 만족요인이 축제의 만족도와 재방문에 마치는 인과분석을 실시하는데 있다. 본 연구 분석결과, 서버스 품질 요인 중 행사진행 벚 수용태세 요인과 쇼핑 및 음식요인이 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객만족도는 향후 지역축제 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
