  • 최근 연료 가격의 상승으로 자동차용 연료에 벤젠, 톨루엔 등을 혼합한 가짜휘발유가 많이 유통되고 있다. 가짜휘발유는 벤젠, 톨루엔 등의 방향족물질을 혼합하거나 경유, 등유 등을 혼합하여 사용한다. 방향족 화합물이 많이 함유된 휘발유를 장기간 사용할 경우 차량의 고무부품을 팽윤시켜 연료의 누출 등에 따른 화재 발생의 가능성이 높으며, 톨루엔은 열함량이 작기 때문에 연소효율 저하로 연비를 악화시킨다. 또한 자동차 연료의 조성은 배출가스에도 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 가짜휘발유 사용에 따른 배출가스 영향을 정확히 파악하기 위해 휘발유 중 방향족 함량이 다른 세종류의 연료를 사용하여 배출가스 및 연비에 대한 영향을 조사하였다.   • Korean railroad company is continuously improving the service for the disabled. They also install and reform many facilities for them. However, They didn't consider the egress of the disabled when fire occurred until today. At present, fire hazard analysis and risk assessment are introduced into Korea regulation for improving fire safety performance of train car and railroad facilities. Fire safety evaluation for the railroad conducted in Korea didn't generally consider the disabled. In the present situation, the study for the egress of the disabled in train car was needed. The egress experiment was conducted to measure the movement speed of the disabled who didn't walk or walk very slow.

  • According to ' Monthly report of train accidents and incidents ' of KNR, 95 numbers of rolling stock fire accidents/incidents had happened during last five years(from 1999 to 2003). Among them, there have happened only one injured accident which happened at Whamyung station in 1999. But it is necessary to consider a countermeasure for fire accidents/incidents, because they have big risk which might produce a large scale damage and lots of injured persons as the Taegu subway fire accident last year. This paper analyzes the rolling stock fire accidents/incidents which have happened during last five years in KNR, and suggests their countermeasures.

  • 차량 전장품 중 와이어링 하네스에서 큰 전류가 흐르는 회로의 연결 단자가 가지는 전기적 내구 성능 및 기계적 성능을 확보하기 위하여 단자 압착부의 압축율 최적화 기법을 개발하였다. 우선 단자 제작 과정을 표준화한 후 압착부의 주요 인자인 기계적 인장강도와 내부 부식 정도에 의한 전기적 저항 중대로 화재가 발생 가능성 관점에서 접근하였다. 여러 가지 실험을 통하여 얻어진 DATA를 분석한 결과 회귀 2차 모형을 사용하여 대전류 단자 압착부의 전기적/기계적 내구 성능 최적화 구간을 설정 하였으며, 이의 과정을 제시 하였다.

  • The fire precautions regulation for Rolling stock in England, France and America concentrate on ensuring of safety in respect of material choosing method and consideration of design. In order to guarantee fire safety in Korean Rolling stocks, it is necessary to establish the fire precautions regulation at the two respects. Korean Standard of product classifies only incombustibility or not. It is not sufficient to classify various materials by testing method for incombustibility of material. Korean Standard to be reserved should be able to cover the smoke density test for small size and classification of the detail grade of material against the reaction to fire

  • Heat transfer analysis and thermal stress analysis for the concrete bridge was performed in order to investigate the damage of the concrete bridge by the fire of the vehicle. Changes in material properties, such as thermal conductivity, specific heat, density, elasticity, caused by temperature rise were considered. Heat transfer analysis and thermal stress analysis were performed according to the various location of the fire by ABAQUS. From the comparison of the numerical results, the degree of structural damage for the concrete bridge was investigated and considerations for the design of a concrete bridge against fire were identified.

  • Recent social needs for promoting traffic safety increased and the demand social security in economic, increasing the demand for environmentally friendly rail transport. In particular, when train express such as to secure reliability KTX(Korea Train eXpress) from potential disaster(fire) in the train operation caused by the train express running has been very important. Railroad fire extinguishing system is operated to fire exploding before reaching the flashing point more important than early to quickly detect because of CAN(Controller Area Network) communication to fire suppression and fire receiver, interface, fire fighting equipment from HMI((Human Machine Interface) and fire high-performance to research and development for intelligent composite fire receiver is required.

  • A large-scale fire test was done for interior materials from a vehicle installed within a fire test room. The interior materials are the old style before interior replacement by the Korean guideline for the safety of rail vehicle. Ignition source (gas burner) was increased in several controlled steps. The objectives of this test are to assess the fire performance in terms of ignition and flame spread on interior lining materials and to provide data on an enclosure fires involving train interior materials that grow to flashover. This data will be used to develop and calibrate an Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) model for fire growth on the interior vehicle.

  • Larger amount of composite materials are used for light train. These days even the body structure of the coach was made by composite materials. In this study, we made the fire simulation with FDS by HRRPUA method for the passenger coach of carbon-epoxy composite material body structure. For the body structure fire resistance verification, 1.8 liters of gasoline were selected for fire source. For the interior fire case, 4.0 liters of gasoline fire source was selected as Daegu fire accident case.

  • 최근 자동차, 철도차량 등 사용자가 있는 기계 시스템에서의 고장 발생 시 사용자의 안전과 관련된 사고로 이어질 수 있어 부품에 대한 모니터링 및 고장 여부 판단은 매우 중요하다. 이러한 부품 중에서 베어링은 회전체와 회전하지 않는 물체 사이에서 회전이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 부품인데, 베어링에 결함이 발생하게 될 경우, 기계 시스템이 정지하거나, 마찰 열에 의해 화재 등의 치명적인 위험이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 Resnet과 오토인코더를 활용하여 진동 신호 기반의 베어링의 고장을 감지하고 분류할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 raw data를 이미지로 변환하여 입력으로 사용하는데, 이러한 접근을 통해 수집된 데이터의 손실을 최소화하고 데이터가 가지는 정보를 최대한 분석에 활용할 수 있다. 제안 모델의 검증을 위하여 공개된 데이터셋으로 학습/검증 하였고, 제안 방법이 기존 방법과 비교하여 더 높은 F1 Score와 정확도를 보임을 확인하였다.
