Purpose: The purpose is to find the optimal way to quickly block the leak in the event of a leak accident in a tank lorry transporting hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, a hazardous chemical, and to carry out effective disaster prevention work to minimize damage caused by the leak. Method: We organized the overall characteristics of hydrochloric acid and accidents that occurred during transportation by accident type and cause, and created a small tank that can be tested assuming a leak situation in a hydrochloric acid tanker, creating an environment similar to the leak situation, and leaking in various ways. I would like to experiment and organize blocking methods. Result: Through experiments, an effective leak blocking method was confirmed. We would like to summarize measures to quickly block a leak in the event of a leak and present the optimal disaster prevention plan that can be applied at the accident site. Conclusion: It has been confirmed that using a combination of adhesive tape and magnets is more effective in blocking leaks. Rapid response is possible by repeatedly training business emergency response teams and product transporters to appropriately select and respond to leak-blocking equipment. Additional research on various leak prevention methods is needed in the future.

지난 2009년 7월 7일부터 수차례에 걸쳐 청와대 및 다수의 중요 웹 사이트에 대해 분산서비스거부(Distributed Denial of Service, DDoS) 공격이 시도되었다. 이 공격에서 사용된 공격 방법은 공격 트래픽의 형태와, 공격 수행을 위한 공격 네트워크의 구성 방법에 있어서 기존의 방법과는 다른 형태를 띠었고, 이로 인해 공격탐지 및 차단이 쉽게 이루어지지 않아, 피해가 매우 컸다. 이와 같이 최근에는 기존의 DDoS 공격 탐지 및 차단 기술로는 쉽게 탐지 및 차단할 수 없는 고도화된 분산서비스거부 공격이 시도되고 있으며, 그로 인한 피해가 커지고 있는 상황이다. 분산서비스거부 공격은 이미 2000년 이전부터 발생하여온 오래된 공격임에도 불구하고 아직까지 이를 효과적으로 차단하지 못하고 있는 것이다. 이는 전체 정보통신 운영환경과 분산서비스거부 공격의 전체 공격 프로세스에 대한 심도있는 분석을 통해 인터넷 전반에 걸친 거시적인 DDoS공격 대응 방안을 모색하는 것이 아니라, 개개의 공격 형태를 탐지하고 차단할 수 있는 방법을 모색했기 때문이다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 과저부터 현재까지 DDoS공격이 어떻게 발전해 왔는지를 분석하고, 현재 발생하고 있는 분산서비스 거부 공격의 공격 체계와 공격 기법에 대한 복합적 분석을 통해 현재의 고도화된 분산서비스 거부 공격을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 분산서비스거부 공격 통합 대응체계를 제안한다.

감별신경차단이 주의깊은 병력 청취, 이학적검사, 신경학적검사를 대체할 수는 없으며 적절한 검사실 또는 심리학적 연구를 줄이는데 의도되서는 안된다. 그러나 이들의 진단적 노력에서도 환자 통증의 원인을 규명할 수 없고 따라서 적절한 치료를 지침해줄 수 없을 때 감별신경차단이 상당한 도움이 될 수 있다. 감별신경차단이 통상적인 진단방법의 결과와 다른 기전을 말해 줄 수 있으나 그런 결과들이 사전의 치료방법이 환자 통증의 제거 실패한 점을 설명해줄 수 있으며, 나아가 특이한 증후군에 대한 적절한 치료방법을 결정해줄 수 있다. 발표된 논문들을 기본으로 고찰한 바, 진단과 예후판정을 위한 도루로써의 신경차단의 이론적 배경을 위축시키는 많은 제한성들이 있음을 알 수 있다. 추가해서 이들 수기들은 임상적 유용성을 증명하기에는 미흡하다. 그러므로 이상적인 진단적 신경차단을 위해서는, 수기관리와 호과의 입증 뿐만 아니라 결과의 분석과 적용에 있어서도 주의가 필요하다. 연구자들은 어떤 경우들에 있어 이들 수기가 계속되는 치료의 지침에 도움이 되는 정보를 제공한다고 보고 있으며, 그러므로 수행자들의 축적된 판단을 조급하게 일축할 필요는 없다. 끝으로 만성통증의 진단적 분류가 혼동되고 복잡하기 때문에 비록 유효성의 증명이 미흡하지만 해부학적 및 생리학적 감각을 얻기 위해서는 진단적 차단의 선별적인 사용의 필요서을 합리화해주고 있다.

In this study we consider an M/D/1 queue with a finite buffer. Due to the finiteness of the buffer capacity arriving customers can not join the system and turn away without service when the buffer is full. Even though a computational method for blocking probabilities in an M/D/1/K queue is already known, it is very complex to use. The aim of this study is to propose a new way to compute blocking probability by using (max,+)-algebra. Our approach provide a totally different and easier way to compute blocking probabilities and it is, moreover, immediately applicable to more generous queueing systems.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 역기능에 있어 가장 큰 문제로 인식되고 있는 음란사이트에 대한 현황과 이에 대한 지금까지의 정책적, 기술적 대응책에 대한 고찰을 행하고자 한다. 또한 지금까지의 기술적인 방법 등이 목록기반과 단어기반에 기초한 방법이기 때문에 음란사이트 차단이 제대로 되지 않은 경우가 있었다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 신호처리에 기반한 음란 유해 사이트에 대한 차단 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 본 논문은 음란 유해 사이트에 대한 현황과 전체 시스템의 개요, 그리고 음향분석에 기초한 음란 유해 사이트 차단 방법에 대해 주로 다루고자 한다.

As the multimedia technology has become in popular, many software packages that are for using those multimedia contents have also been developed. Directshow is a media framework which makes the development of such multimedia software simple, quick and regular process. In the Directshow, data are processed through the connections between filters. In general, Filtergraph is utilized to be set as 'Intelligent Connection' for filter connection. However, when we use this 'Intelligent Connection' option, they can show non-expected results or fail to connect with filter's pins together. So in this paper, we propose non-necessary filter cut-off method for connecting only just wanted filters. There are two methods such as inner filter cut-off method and outer filter one. The inner filter cut-off method is good at connection's compatibility and able to quickly connect with each other filter. But in the outer filter cut-off method, filter source is not necessary and connection is exactly done with other filter. In the end, we propose Directshow based filter cut-off model which compose of wanted filter connection and minimize error probability, through mixing up the advantages of two filter cut-off methods.

The present study was undertaken to develop the in vitro sunprotection factor(SPF) measurement method having good correlation with in vivo method. As in vitro method, 8% homomentyl salicylate, P3 reference standard and sunscreens on market were measured using SPF 290 analyzer and were compared the SPF with labed value. In vitro SPF of 8% HMS and P3 reference standard were 4.59 $\pm$ 0.12 and 14.94 $\pm$ 0.83. There are good correlation, correlation factor were 0.9506 and 0.9769 respectively, between the in vitro and in vivo SPF for the sunscreen creams and lotions examined. Correlation factors of makeup base & liquid goundation, lotion labled with “shake before use”, compact powder were 0.8812, 0.8632 and 0.5984. The best sample applied method of compact powder was 1:0.8 mixture with cream base. These results suggest that the in vitro test method could be used as an alternative method for SPF.

휴대전화 사용이 늘어나면서 이를 노리는 광고 문자 또한 많아지고 있다. 이를 막기 위해 대부분의 휴대전화가 스팸 차단 기능을 제공하고 있다. 허나 현재 제공되고 있는 스팸 차단 기능은 발신 번호가 같거나 설정 문구가 같은 경우에만 막아주는 기초적인 기능뿐이다. 그리고 광고 문자를 보내는 쪽은 이러한 차단 기능을 염두에 두고 변칙적인 문구를 사용해서 보내는 경우도 많다. 본 논문에서는 한글을 문자 단위로 서열 정렬하여 광고 문자를 차단하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 사용자가 등록한 문구를 수신한 문구에 대해 서열 정렬하고 이 결과를 바탕으로 유사도를 비교하여 차단하고자 하는 문구를 지닌 스팸 문자를 최대한 차단할 수 있다.

기업 내에서 메신저 사용으로 인한 정보 유출이나 근무태만에 대하여 대처하기위해 메신저 사용을 차단하는 방법은 제안한다. 차당방법을 제안하기에 앞서 현재 범용의 메신저를 실제 IP 스니핑을 통한 테스트로 구조를 분석하고 그 분석된 구조를 바탕으로 메신저 차단 제어의 3가지 방법을 제안 한다.

계통에 발생하는 불안정 현상을 억제하기 위한 방법으로 저주파수 부하차단과 저전압 부하차단이 있다. 저전압 부하차단은 저주파수 부하차단에 비해 지역적 특성이 강하기 때문에 일반적인 기준이 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 정적 모의를 통하여 저전압 기준치를 결정하는 기법을 제안하고 동적 모의를 통하여 이를 검증하고 시지연값도 결정하도록 하였다.
