고조파 제거를 통한 IPMSM의 센서리스 제어에서의 위치추정 성능 개선 (Position estimation improvement of IPMSM Sensorless Control by Suppression of Harmonics)

  • 밴드패스필터를 사용하여 센서리스 벡터제어에 영향을 주는 6차고조파 성분을 제거하여 안정적인 제어를 제안하였다. 비정현적인 역기전력을 가진 IPMSM모터의 센서리스 벡터 제어에서 유기전압에 고조파가 포함되는 경우에 그 영향이 추정연산에 나타나게 된다. 삼상 모델에 나타나는 5차, 7차 고조파의 경우는 d, q축 모델로 변환 시 6차 고조파 성분으로 나타나게 된다. 이 6차 고조파 성분은 위치 추정과 속도추정에 영향을 주어서 토크 맥동을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 6차 고조파의 영향으로 추정연산에 미치는 영향들을 알아보고. 이 영향을 고조파 제거를 위한 복잡한 계산을 하지 않으면서 간단한 밴드패스필터를 통해 고조파가 위치추정에 미치는 영향을 최대한 줄이는 방법을 제시하였다.

배선 단선과 에어 누설에 관련된 자동차 ECS 시스템의 고장사례 고찰 (Study of Failure Examples of Automotive Electronic Control Suspension System Including Cases with Wiring Disconnection and Air Leakage)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the tribological characteristics of the Electronic control suspension System in a car. In the first example, the cilp used to attach the front electronic control suspension(ECS) system's control actuator was fastened very tightly. Thus, the wire was cut because of continual rotation of the shock-up shover piston rod used to adjust the height of the car. This verified the disconnection phenomenon where wire damaged makes it impossible for the ECS system to send signal to the actuator. The second example, involved a minute hole that allowed gas to leak from the ECS system. As a result, the height of the car verified the down phenomenon. In the third example, the resistance of a wire measured at $0.21{\Omega}$, when the G sensor was disconnected from the system. This verified the system shutdown and lighting of the ECS warning lamp because of body interference caused by a slight pressure on the battery cover. Therefore, quality control is always necessary to ensure safety and durability of a car.

MXene 기반의 웨어러블 센서 제작 및 평가 (Fabrication and Evaluation of the MXene-Based Wearable Sensor)

  • Herein, we propose a simple fabrication method for MXene-coated V-groove sensors for applications. To enhance the sensitivity of this sensor, we applied MXene particles, instead of conventional metal layers, as a sensing material on the sensor's surface. This allows for an easier fabrication, as well as higher sensitivity of the sensor compared to those of our previously demonstrated metal-based V-groove sensor. Additionally, polyurethane-acrylate, a UV-curable liquid polymer, can be easily applied using micro-electromechanical systems-based surface-texture micromachining. The sensor sensitivity is approximately 0.08 /mm, and it can be improved by increasing the number of V-grooves. We believe that the proposed MXene-based wearable sensor offers a great potential in detecting various types of motions characteristic of human activities.

상용차용 HILS기반 능동형 공기현가 시스템의 가상 Components 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on Development of Virtual Components for Active Air Suspension System Based on HILS for Commercial Vehicle)

  • Purpose of this study is to develop virtual components and environment for developing a controller of an Active Air Suspension System in laboratory that slough off existing development environment using real vehicle test. This paper presents an air spring modeling and analysis of air suspension system for a commercial vehicle. Preferentially, It was performed vehicle test for pneumatic system and an air spring for characteristic analysis of system. Each component of an air spring suspension system was developed through emulations and modeling of system for pressure and height sensors in the basis on test results in SILS environment. Non-linear characteristics of air spring are accounted for using the measured data. Also, pressure and volume relations for vehicle hight control is considered. After performance verification of virtual model was performed, we developed virtual environment based on HILS for an Active Air Suspension System. We studied estimation and verification technology for control algorithm that developed.
