봉영농장은 2002년 05월 10일 모돈 50두 규모로 시작해 현재 모돈 180두, 총 2,100여두를 사육하고 있다. 2007년 5월 7일 HACCP인증에 이어 2009년 3월에는 국내 최초로 양돈분야 '환경친화축산농장'으로 지정됐다. 환경친화 축산농장은 가축 사육밀도를 기준치 이하로 유지해야하고 가축분뇨를 자원화 해 전량 농지 환원은 물론 자연친화형 축사 조성, 악취 저감 시설을 설치해 생활환경을 저해하지 않을 것 등의 요건을 갖춰 심사기준을 통과했을 때 농림수산식품부가 인증하는 제도이다. 이러한 노력과 함께 위생적인 고품질의 규격돈을 생산하여 소비자들의 식생활 향상에 기여해 궁극적으로는 농장의 경영수익을 창출하고 환경 친화 축산을 실현하여 지속가능한 양돈업을 위해 부단히 노력하고 있다

In this study, two controversial Child Care Policies will be discussed based on the perspective of Economics: Accreditation of Child Care Centers and Liberation of Child Care Service Tuition. Liberation of Child Care Service Tuition is to provide parents and children with exact quality which they want at a differentiated price. Accreditation of Child Care Center is to enhance the quality of child care service by evaluating the quality of centers and grading centers into three classes. This study concludes that success or failure of the policies mostly depend on the investment capability of the government to increase the supply of child care centers. Employing these two policies requires the child care rate more than certain level and more financial investment from the government since the responsibility of providing child care services relies mostly on the government in Korea.

기존의 케이블 방송망을 활용하여 개인화 방송 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 하드디스크 등 PC형태를 갖춘 고가의 셋톱박스가 필요하며, SO 별로 서비스 제공을 위한 독립적인 인프라 구축이 필요한 실정이다. D-CATV 사업자의 경우 고화질 디지털 방송을 앞세워 한시적인 주문형 비디오 서비스 및 한정적인 웹서비스와 유사한 형태의 부가서비스를 제공하고 있으나, 기존 TV의 영역을 넘어선 IP망의 특생을 활용한 양방향서비스, 개인화 서비스를 원활히 제공하지 못하고 있다 이는 IPTV 사업자와 치열한 경쟁에서 서비스 측면에서 지속적인 열세의 빌미가 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 스토리지 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 적용한 차세대 D-CATV 서비스를 위해 SO업체들이 공동활용 가능한 클라우드 인프라 구축과 양방향 개인화 서비스 등 차세대 디지털방송 기반 기술을 위한 HDFS 기반 가상화된 스토리지 클라우드 시스템을 제안하며, 또한 D-CATV 서비스 접속을 위한 사용자 인증 및 콘텐츠 접근제어 시나리오 방법을 제안 하였다.

현재 인터넷은 IPv4(Internetworking Protocol, version 4)를 사용하고 있다. 하지만 데이터 통신은 1970년대에 IPv4가 나온 이래에 발전을 거듭하여 왔다. IPv4는 빠르게 발전하는 인터넷에의 요구를 수용하기 위해 IPv6가 제안되었고 현재 표준이 되었다. IPv6에서는 암호화와 인증옵션들은 패킷의 신뢰성과 무결성을 등을 제공한다. 인터넷에서의 정보보호는 인터넷을 구성하는 여러 계층에서 이루어 질 수 있지만, IPsec에서는 AH(Authentication Header)프로토콜과 IPsec ESP(Encapsulating Security Payload)프로토콜 두 가지의 암호 프로토콜이 사용되지만 AH에서는 HMAC를 이용한 HMAC-MD5나 HMAC-SHA-1 중 하나를 반드시 기본 인증 알고리즘으로 지원하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 MD5를 이용한 HMAC-MD5를 기준으로 설계하였으며, Iterative Architecture과 Full loop unrolling Architecture의 두 가지 구조를 설계하였다.

IT 기술의 발전으로 M2M 시장이 급부상하고 있는 가운데 M2M 응용분야 중 텔레매틱스의 개념 및 차량 네트워크 보안의 취약성을 알아보았다. 차량 및 IT 기술의 융합과 이동통신망 기술의 발전은 사용자에게 제공되는 서비스의 질은 향상 시켰지만, 이로 인한 보안 위험성은 더 많아지고 다양해졌다. 이에 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스의 새로운 비즈니스 모델과 이로 인해 발생 될 수 있는 차량 이동통신망 보안의 취약성을 분석하였다. 이 중 발생할 수 있는 위장공격을 예방하기 위해 M2M 기기와 스마트폰의 상호 인증 기법을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish accreditation systems of reliable educational materials for nutrition and dietary life which could be used in schools, workplace, and health promotion. Methods: The study was conducted from April 2011 to October 2011. Literature reviews, institutional visits, and telephone interviews were conducted. Expert meetings and advisory councils were held in order to receive feedback on development of the accreditation systems. A survey was conducted for the accreditation procedures on 143 professionals, including professors, researchers, health and medical experts, teachers, nutrition teachers, dietitians, and clinical nutritionists. Results: The final procedure of the developed accreditation system was finalized as follows: 1) receiving application twice per year 2) complete desk review (written evaluation) by three reviewers within two months, 3) board review (all board members) and decision, and 4) notification of results. The accreditation system is set for printed materials, web-site, and materials for activities. The certificate and accreditation mark is issued to the final certified educational materials. Expiration date is established only for the web-site form. The accreditation length lasts for two years, and can be extended by renewal application. Conclusion: The dietary and nutrition related materials, which are certificated by this accreditation system, could impart reliable information and knowledge to both learners and educators, and help them in effective selection of educational materials. Therefore, this accreditation system might be expected to increase satisfaction for teaching and learning about nutrition and healthy dietary life.

In outsourced databases, the cloud provides an authorized user with querying services on the outsourced database. However, sensitive data, such as financial or medical records, should be encrypted before being outsourced to the cloud. Meanwhile, k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) query is the typical query type which is widely used in many fields and the result of the kNN query is closely related to the interest and preference of the user. Therefore, studies on secure kNN query processing algorithms that preserve both the data privacy and the query privacy have been proposed. However, existing algorithms either suffer from high computation cost or leak data access patterns because retrieved index nodes and query results are disclosed. To solve these problems, in this paper we propose a new kNN query processing algorithm on the encrypted database. Our algorithm preserves both data privacy and query privacy. It also hides data access patterns while supporting efficient query processing. To achieve this, we devise an encrypted index search scheme which can perform data filtering without revealing data access patterns. Through the performance analysis, we verify that our proposed algorithm shows better performance than the existing algorithms in terms of query processing times.
