  • 사회 전반의 혁신을 이끌어 온 정보통신기술은 발전에 발전을 거듭해, 최근에는 그 패러다임이 '유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경'으로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 중앙정부 및 지방자치단체들은 한층 성숙된 대민서비스 제공을 목표로 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 구축을 위한 정보화계획 수립에 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나 현재 지방자치단체의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 구현을 위한 정보화계획들은 일관되고 균형 잡힌 프레임워크 위에서 수립된 것이 아니라, 단순히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 활용만을 강조한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 특히, 각 지방자치단체별로 운영하고 있는 기존의 정보시스템과의 연계 문제 해결 및 정보화계획을 통해 새롭게 도출된 정보시스템 사업간의 기술수준격차에 대한 연계 방안 수립을 위한 구체적인 전략은 전무하다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 선행연구들을 분석해 기술수준의 단계를 유선, 모바일, 유비쿼터스 등 3단계로 설정하고, 이러한 기술수준차이를 발생시키는 문제를 보다 구체적으로 살펴보기 위해 대민서비스 향상을 위한 정보화계획과 이에 기반이 되는 행정업무 효율성 증대를 위한 정보화계획으로 구분함으로써 분석치 효과를 높이고자 하였다. 또한, 도출된 분석모형을 바탕으로 국내 5개 지방자치단체에서 수립된 정보화계획 사례를 통해 지방자치단체의 정보화계획 현황을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다.

  • emerging. And it shows numerous possibilities and tremendous potentials in the virtual world. This metaverse is not limited to one type, but it is evolving and developing into a service in the form of a virtual convergence economy by breaking down boundaries. As a result, various security issues in metaverse are emerging. Metaverse performs all activities in the virtual space, so various problems such as privacy infringement, virtual asset theft, or fraud can occur. In this paper, a service security model is proposed to provide safe services on metaverse. To this end, we analyze security threats in the metaverse framework and propose a security service model to prevent threats. By evaluating the security of the proposed model, it was shown that safe services are effectively possible on the metaverse.

  • Over the past few years, "business models" has surged into the management vocabulary. But, while it has become quite fashionable to discuss business models, there has been still much confusion about what are business models and how they could make. In fact, business models can serve a positive and powerful role in corporate management. While other authors have recently offered definitions of "business model", none of them appears to be generally accepted. This paper presents the absence of the generally definition of the business models, elements of business model and classify business logic. To help start-up entrepreneurs better understand, found and check business models thus, this paper propose a method of business model, understanding, founding and checking. The dissertation will present an effective business model building method which is necessary for the start-up entrepreneurs to start business. This paper consists of three parts. first is showing the previous study of business model. The second is the re-definition business model and elements based on the first and to present a new method of business model plating and checking for start-up IT (information technology) company's entrepreneurs. The last is application of the methode. This study applied the methode to a company which is located in "DAEDEOK INNOPOLIS"; this company has specialized Information technology.

Research on the Emergence of Dominant Design from Technological Competition in the Flat-panel Display Industry (평판 디스플레이 기술경쟁에서 지배적 디자인의 출현에 관한 연구)

  • Electronic displays have developed as instruments that function as windows of information to satisfy the bidirectional needs of electronic device manufacturers and users. The cathode-ray tube (CRT) display once dominated the display industry. Now, the liquid crystal display (LCD) is dominant, and promising displays are competing to become the next-generation display. Displays reflect the characteristics of the information and communication technology (ICT) industries, such as technological changes, innovative features, and competitive dynamics, and have technologically evolved to dominate the industry and market through various ICT devices. This research utilizes a dominant design concept and examines the case of the flat-panel display industry to propose a comprehensive framework, which considers technological, organizational, and environmental characteristics, of the determinants influencing dominance in the technology-intensive ICT industry. The results show that a dominant design in the flat-panel display industry emerges from technological competition among several designs, based on technological characteristics and market acceptance, and dominates the industry and market by various environmental factors. Our results emphasize the difference between generic technologies and the speed of technological innovation and expand the understanding of the emergence of a dominant design. Furthermore, this paper suggests practical implications for establishing a competition strategy and strategic guidance for other ICT industries as well as the display industry.

Subnational Population Projections of Korea Based on Interregional Migration Forecasting: A Multiregional Cohort-Component Method (지역간 인구이동의 예측을 통한 우리나라 시도별 장래 인구 추계: 다지역 코호트-요인법의 적용)

  • The main objective of this study is to conduct subnational population projections of Korea based on a multiregional cohort-component method. This objective is accomplished by: (i) establishing a viable framework to implement the multiregional cohort-component method with reference to the Markov chain model and Rogers' multiregional population projection model; (ii) applying the established framework to subnational population projections of Korea, 2005~2030. The main results are twofold. First, the proposed method turns out to be highly valid in a methodological sense, which is seen from a high level of coincidence between the estimated and the observed. Second, the projection results turn out to be highly useful in the sense that interregional migration flow matrices are resulted for projection periods. The projected migration flows are expected to provide invaluable information for an understanding of future population change and for a formulation of policy alternatives. This study is strongly inspired by the multiregional perspective emphasizing the evolution of multiple regional populations interconnected by interregional migration flows rather than the overall national change.

  • The IP Multimedia Subsystem(IMS) is an architectural framework for delivering IP multimedia services to mobile users. In order to guarantee the reliability and Quality of Service(QoS) of a variety of multimedia services, we need a new evolutionary approach that maintains the IMS based signaling platform which can perform the processing of flow through distributed controllers. Software Defined Network(SDN) is an architecture purporting to be distributed, dynamic, cost-effectives as well as adapting and seeking to be suitable for the high-bandwidth, dynamic nature of today's applications. It requires some methods for the control plane to communication with the data plane. One of such mechanisms is OpenFlow which is a prominent standard protocol and interface that is responsible for managing the network resources by using the remote SDN controller. In this paper, we propose a straightforward approach for integrating SDN technology together with the IMS architecture. Therefore we propose and construct a combined architecture model that performs flow processing using OpenFlow via the IMS based signaling platform, which maintains the existing telecom call service. Additionally, we describe some relevant experimentation results from the proposed architecture.

  • The Web is evolving toward the Semantic Web. Ontologies are considered as a crucial component of the Semantic Web since it is the backbone of knowledge representation for this Web. However, most of these ontologies are still built manually. Manual building of an ontology is time-consuming activity which requires many resources. Consequently, the need for automatic ontology extraction tools has been increased for the last decade, and many tools have been developed for this purpose. Yet, there is no comprehensive framework for evaluating such tools. In this paper, we proposed a set of criteria for evaluating ontology extraction tools and carried out an experiment on four popular ontology extraction tools (i.e., OntoLT, Text-To-Onto, TERMINAE, and OntoBuilder) using our proposed evaluation framework. The proposed framework can be applied as a useful benchmark when developers want to develop ontology extraction tools.

  • This paper presents a data analysis method for the taxi telematics system which generates a greate deal of location history data. By the record consist of the basic GPS receiver-generated fields, device-added fields such as taxi operation status, and framework-attached fields such as matched link Identifier and position ratio in a link, each taxi can be represented by a state diagram. The transition and the state definition enable us to efficiently extract such information as pick-up time, pick-up distance, dispatch time, and dispatch distance. The analysis result can help to verify the efficiency of a specific taxi dispatch algorithm, while the analysis framework can invite a new challenging service including future traffic estimation, trajectory clustering, and so on.

시맨틱 웹 기술에 의한 표준 정보 검색 서비스의 진화

  • 본 논문은 시맨틱 웹 기술이 어떻게 국가 표준(KS) 정보 검색 서비스 내 정보들을 연계시키고 사용자 접근성을 향상시키는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는지를 실증적으로 보여준다. 기존 표준 정보 검색 서비스는 용어 검색의 유연성이 부족하여 표준 정보에서 사용된 용어와 사용자 용어 간의 괴리를 해소하지 못했으며 표준, 기관, 인력 등 상호 관련성을 가진 개체 정보들을 개별적으로 서비스하였다. 이러한 상황은 사용자의 표준 정보 검색 서비스 접근성을 떨어뜨리는 요인으로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 유의어, 관련어를 중심으로 한 표준 용어 사전 구축을 통해 사용자 용어와 표준 정보 내 용어 간의 원활한 매칭을 지원하며, 표준 관련 개체들을 온톨로지와 추론을 통해 연계시키는 방안을 제시한다. 개선된 표준 정보 검색 서비스는 개선된 표준 정보 검색 서비스는 개체 중심적 통합 검색 결과 제공 방식으로 관련 정보들을 단일 웹 페이지 내에서 확인할 수 있도록 해준다. 예를 들어, 특정 KS 표준 검색 결과 페이지에서는 기존에 DB 접근이나 검색 엔진을 통해 바로 획득할 수 없었던 정부 표준들, 기관들의 해당 KS 표준 인용 현황, 해당 KS 표준 전문가들, 부합화를 위해 참조된 국제 표준들, 해당 KS 표준 전문가들, 부합화를 위해 참조된 국제 표준들, 해당 KS 표준 전문가 네트워크, 해당 KS 표준 내 표준 용어 사전 정보 등 다양한 관련 정보들을 조합하여 서비스한다. 본 연구를 위해 모델링된 온톨로지와 시맨틱 웹기반 서비스 프레임워크인 OntoFrame 상에서 추론 작업이 표준 정보 적재 시에 전방 추론 (Forward-chaining) 방식으로 수행되었으며, 표준 온톨로지 질의 언어인 SPARQL (SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language)을 이용해 일반 검색 서비스 수준의 속도로 서비스될 수 있었다.
