MPLS enables efficient explicit routing, and thus provides great advantages in supporting traffic engineering. Exploiting this capability, we Propose a load balancing scheme which deploys a multipath routing. It is named LBM (Load Balancing in MPLS networks), and targets at efficient network utilization as well as performance enhancement. LBM establishes multiple LSP (Label Switched Path)s between a pair of ingress-egress routers, and distributes traffic over these LSPs at the new level. Its routing decision is based on both the length and the utilization of the paths. In order to enhance the efficiency of a link usage, a link is limited to be used by shorter paths as its utilization becomes higher Longer paths are considered to be candidate alternative paths as the utilization of shorter paths becomes higher. Simulation experiments are performed in order to compare the performance of LBM to that of static shortest path only scheme as well as the other representative dynamic multipath traffic distribution approaches. The simulation results show that LBM outperforms the compared approaches, and the performance gain is more significant when the traffic distribution among the ingress-egress pairs is non-uniform.

In Korea a crew employment right is only allowed to shipowners and cooperative business between ship management and crew management company is not allowed. It is anticipated that overseas ship management companies' entry into Korean ship management markets will weaken Korean ship management companies' competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to amend crew management regulation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the situation of Korean ship management industry and to suggest the scheme for strengthening its competitiveness. The result of this study will contribute to the growth of the Korean ship management industry and enhance their business scope internationally.

To improve bus service quality and passengers' safety at bus stops, it is necessary to analyze the relationship between bus stopping behaviors and bus stop conditions. Thus, this study investigated the proper stopping rate at 31 bus stops on Central Boulevard in Busan metropolitan city and analyzed the relationship between the proper stopping rate and bus stop operating conditions such as the length of berth, the distance from the front line of berth to bus shelter and so on. The analysis results show that the proper stopping rate is 45.82 % and the rates are closely related to each bus stop operating condition. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the front line of berth should be located parallel to bus shelter for improving the safety of bus passengers. In addition, it is suggested that the length of berth should be longer than 15m and the pavement marking of berth be redesigned with dash lines to take account of buses' entering and leaving the berth.

The defense venture support program supports development so that it can be applied to the defense sector based on their technology and ideas to revitalize the private advancement of small and medium-sized enterprises to the defense sector. Since 2015, it has been operated with contributions from the Defense Acquisition Program Administration and has supported 84 projects. Moreover, it is an early stage in which results have been derived after 2018. In this study, the R&BD efficiency derived according to the budget for each project was compared using data envelopment analysis and classified and analyzed according to the characteristics of each project to identify the performance factors for each outstanding project. Based on the analysis results, this study considered support plans for efficient support programs and continuous performance creation in the future. As a result, it is expected that the effectiveness of the defense venture support project will be strengthened, and excellent performance will be expanded based on this study.

Many game companies are releasing various games based on mobile platforms, and they are using various marketing strategies such as using celebrities to expand their influence on the initial market. This increases the related cost, which makes the continued development of small and medium-sized game companies more difficult. Therefore, this study attempts to understand consumer values according to the type of mobile game marketing and to explore the factors that affect the switching intention of mobile games based on real users of mobile games. As a result of this study, it was found that the playfulness and economics of mobile game marketing have positive effect on the attitudes towards mobile game advertisements and attitudes towards mobile games, but the attractiveness of mobile game marketing using celebrities does not. It was found that attitudes towards mobile game advertisements and attitudes towards mobile games have an influence on the switching intention of mobile games. Through this, we intend to provide useful implications for small and medium game companies to seek effective marketing plans.

Cisangkuy 유역은 인도네시아 3대 도시인 반둥시의 주요 식수원 중 하나로 Citarum 강의 1지류에 해당된다. Cisangkuy 유역은 수계가 매우 복잡할 뿐만 아니라 다양한 관리 주체 및 다수의 수리시설물이 존재하여 수자원의 이용 및 관리에 많은 어려움이 있다. 특히 하천 수량의 대부분을 소수력 발전소의 발전용수로 활용하고 있기 때문에 식수원으로 활용할 수 있는 수량은 극히 한정되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 Cisangkuy 유역의 상수공급 부족 문제를 해소할 수 있는 비구조적인 대책으로써 물관리 시설물의 운영 최적화를 위한 방안을 제시하기 위해 물수지 네트워크 모형인 MODSIM을 활용하여 용수이용 효율 극대화를 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 연구대상지역의 용수이용 현황 및 물관리 시설물에 대한 운영 현황을 조사하였고, 유역 내 물 공급/배분 현황 분석을 수행하여 용수공급체계 개선방안 수립을 위한 물수지 분석 시나리오를 구축하였다. 시나리오는 크게 기존 저수지 운영효율 개선효과 검토, 저수지 상하류 신규댐 설치에 따른 연계운영 효과 검토, 극한 가뭄 발생시 연계운영 효과 검토, 관개용수 우선순위 적용에 따른 발전유량 이수안전도 검토로 구성되며, 각 시나리오별로 물수지 네트워크 모형을 구축하여 물관리 시설물 간 연계운영에 따른 이수안전도 평가를 통한 용수공급 가능량을 검토하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 인도네시아 Citarum 상류에 위치한 Cisangkuy 유역 내 다양한 시설물의 연계운영 효과를 분석하기 위한 초석이 될 수 있으며, 한정된 수자원과 다양한 수요 간의 효율적이고 합리적인 분배 및 시설물 운영문제를 해결하기 위한 의사결정도구로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 아울러 인도네시아 물산업 육성을 위해 진출 시 수자원의 효율적인 활용을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Objectives: This study, as for activating measures for capable medical physicians to penetrate into the public health sector, is to provide a basic informations which are used for the enlargement of human resources of physicians in the public health sector, by investigating the perception of physicians, who are now working in the public health center, on the training and development of physicians in the public health sector. Methods: The subjects of this study were 126 individuals. The data was analyzed by frequency analysis using SPSS ver. 17.0K. Results: According to the investigation of 'how to support physicians in public health sector', the necessity of almost questions is considered to be important. Especially, regarding to investigation on 'obstacles of physicians' entrance to public health sector', 'relatively low salary' and 'lack of promotion chances' were thought to be considerable. The most significant education programs to work for public health sector is to improve the ability of health administration planning and service performance. Conclusions: The important methods to reinforce and easily obtain the human resources of physicians in public health sector are not only to improve the penetration of physicians to public health sector, but also to enhance the ability of present physicians, even though sufficient recruitment of physicians is essential.

The development project of Busan New Port aims to be Logistics Hub Port but there are too many things to deal with ; enlargement of harbour, interport competition, modernization of harbour loading equipment and so on. At present, 23 berths of North and South container quay are in operation and 22 berths will be constructed on west and south-side by 2020. Namely, Busan New Port will operate 45 berths in 2020. When it comes to port distripark, a large-scale of Port distripark project is underway, such as Ung-Dong district 1,2 phase, West container 1,2phase, North distripark and so on. This study is to deduce traffic system problem of Busan New Port which is caused by the development project through predicting traffic need considering the development project. According to study, there are three main problems of traffic system : 1. traffic congestion caused on main crossroad, connecting second harbour back road. 2. It has been predicted that South-North road and traffic capacity of New Port road would lack compared to traffic volume-to-be-increased. Moreover, the detour volume of traffic is caused because New Port's 1st avenue and route 2 were not connected directly. Thus, this study suggests three kinds of improvement plan for smoother traffic flow. 1st. Operate roundabout on major intersection, for example, second harbour back road, west container wharf's subway corridors(South to North), and permit only right turn on sub-intersection. 2nd. Extend New Port road(North container's port road) by utilizing side walk and median. 3rd. Install exit ramp which utilizes Route 2 connecting New Port's 1st avenue and local road 1042. The method we used to analyze the effect of improvement is Vissim of Mircro Simulation Package.

The purpose of this study was to examine the views of dental hygiene students about the possible countermeasure of domestic hospitals for the opening of the medical market. The subjects in this study were 269 dental hygiene sophomores, juniors and seniors at two different colleges in the region of Busan. The findings of the study were as follows: The opening of the medical market and views of possible countermove, whether they agreed to that or not made a statistically significant difference to their opinions on the necessity of customer-oriented marketing strategy(p=0.023), analysis of foreign medical markets/attempt to make inroads into the markets(p<0.000) and the improvement of the quality of medical services/the diversification of the services(p=0.025). As to an intention of going to a foreign hospital, they had a statistically significantly different intention about whether to go to a foreign hospital regardless of medical bills(p<0.000), whether to consult a doctor in a foreign hospital after going to a domestic hospital first (p<0.000), whether to consider the distance between their houses and a foreign hospital(p=0.05) and whether to take considerations on the assistance of an interpreter(p=0.023). In regard to preference for foreign hospitals, American hospitals ranked first(41.9), followed by Australian hospitals(19.9) and Canadian ones(14.2).

In general, content business companies include animation industry can have benefits, which they have higher incomes when they obtain wider markets. Therefore, they pursue to have diverse windows for content distribution or to reach the foreign markets for dealing their content products with potential customers. It have the greatest value. They can re-invest the incomes to produce their new products, and they can enhance the international competitiveness of their next products. As the results, the companies can have more incomes and wider markets in next business, and it will be the effectiveness of the good cycle of the animation industry. Animation industry has being undergone of its structure changes, more economical chances and viewers' attitudes changes through the all over the industry because of the acceptance of new digital technology. To response the changes or have the new chances from the changes, they should to review the existing system and the law concerned with the animation business as well as having the diverse new plans for supporting the industry like a construction of the online marketplace of Korean animation. It would make the Korean animation companies to meet foreign customers easily by making lower the entrance barrier of the foreign markets. Current Korean government needs to estimate the value of the Korean animation accurately and objectively by concerning its surroundings to support efficiently. However, it is very difficult to estimate the value of the content rightly because of its' intangible and subjective matter. For this, they should analyze the all the data of the information of the Korean animation content by accumulate, open to the public and manage. So if the government makes online marketplace for the Korean animation, which all the Korean animation companies get in, it would be a solution of estimating the value of the Korean animation rightly. In addition, it will be used as the role of archive of the government to lead the industry successfully. As a point of the small size of the Korean animation companies, they are government dependable because of its low budget, so they strongly expect the government to do the right role as the unique knowledge distributor. Therefore, the Korean animation online marketplace would make not only big companies, but also small companies to have the chances to increase the value of their content in the global markets by themselves without economic burdens.
