MR은 높은 조직 대조도와 축상, 시상 및 관상면 등의 multiplanar capability의 커다란 장점을 갖고 있어 뇌 신경계질환 진단에 필수적이며, 특히 ionizing radiation이 아니고 요오드계 IV 조영제를 사용하지 않는다는 점이 CT에 비해 더욱 유리하다. 소아에서의 뇌신경계 질환은 선천성 기형이나 대사성 질환이 많은 등 성인과는 다른 질환분포를 보인다. 따라서 성인에서와 같은 protocol을 그대로 적용하였을 때 좋은 질의 영상을 얻기 힘든 경우가 있으며, 연령 또는 질환에 따라 촬영기법도 다양하게 하여야 하므로 routine protocol을 정하지 않고 매 환아 마다 적절한 기법을 선택하고 있다. 또한 움직임을 억제하기 위하여 진정 (sedation)이 필요한 예가 대부분이며 적절한 잠재우기는 좋은 질의 영상을 얻기 위해 필수적이므로 이에 대한 지식을 필요로 한다.

New antibiotics having moieties of penicillanic acid, cephalosporanic acid and ampicillin on both ends of the central polyalkylene were synthesized by reacting 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APAl), 7-amino cephalosporanic acid (7-ACA) and ampicillin with hexamethylene diisocyanate and sebacoyl chloride, respecetively. Antibiacterial activities of the compounds were also investigated.

'반 일본'이든 '찬 일본'이든 우리 잣대에 의한 일본서의 출간은 다다익선이라 여긴다. 분풀이 차원의 논저나 침소봉대의 감상서들은 그 진정한 본색을 드러내는 데 오랜 시간이 걸리지 않는 법이다. 광복 50년, 한일수교 30년인 지금 출판계가 관심가져야 할 대상은 전문기획서다. 명을 짚은 연후에 암을 살피는 독서가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety depending on the route of flumazenil, as an antagonist against midazolam. The subjects of this study were 15 volunteers of $22{\sim}24$ years old. They were sedated with midazolam 0.2mg/Kg intranasal spray, and then 40 minutes after midazolam administration, they were given flumazenil 0.2mg intranasal spray for their reversal. For evaluation of the efficacy and safety of intranasal spray for flumazenil, they were monitored with pulse-oxymeter(Nellcor symphony N-3000, Nellcor Puritan CO. USA) and electric sphygmomanometer (Heartcare 200, National CO. Japan), and were assessed themselves using visual analogue scale(VAS) for tranquilization, sleep, fatigue and attitude. All of these subjects were reduced completely without any undesired situations. The results from this study can be summarized as follows ; 1. Nasaly administered flumazenil using spray device produced much more rapid reduction than intravenously administered flumazenil, but soon after fell in more deep sedated state than intravenously administered flumazenil. 2. There were no considerable side effects or bad influence on vital signs of both nasaly administered flumazenil and intravenously administered flumazenil. These results suggested that the flumazenil administered nasaly using spray device for reversal, we could treat patients safely and effectively under conscious sedation using midazolam administration. But, We will have to research about its optimal dosages for flumazenil, used as intranasal spray for reversal agents against the midazolam by evaluating the blood plasma concentration of midazolam and flumazenil.

A series of modified poly(acrylic acid)'s containing different levels of 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA), 7-aminocephalosporanic acid (7-ACA) and 6-[D-(-)-$\alpha$-aminophenyl acetamido] penicillanic acid (ampicillin) as pendant groups were prepared. Antibiotic activities of the newly prepared drugs were examined against the various gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It was found that ampicillin modified composition posses antibiotic activities against the gram-negative as well as the gram-positive bacteria.

자판기 산업경기가 죽을 맛이다. 제조업은 자판기 판매에 있어 극도의 시장 침체에 시달리고 있고, 유통업 역시 자판기의 떨어지는 운영효율에 시름이 늘어가고 있다. 시장이 부진하다보니 유기적인 관계가 되어야할 제조와 유통의 연결고리도 취약해 지고 있다. 제조업은 '아무리 좋은 제품을 개발해도 유통에서 관심을 가지고 써주지 않는다'고 볼 멘 소리이다. 유통은 '시장이 이렇게 부진한데 정작 팔만할 제품이 없다' 하소연한다. 제조는 유통 탓을 하고 있고, 유통은 제조 탓을 하고 있는 지경이다. 산업계에 뗄레야 뗄 수 없는 동반자 관계임에도 불구하고 시장을 보는 시각에는 '건너기 힘든 강' 하나가 걸쳐 있는 것 같다. 어떻게 이런 지경이 되었는가? 제조와 유통의 깊은 골을 극복하고, 상생의 모델을 찾을 수 있는 방안은 진정 없는 것인가?.

정보통신 발달로 유선 네트워크과 무선네트워크의 융합에 대해서 학계나 산업계에서는 이미 자연스럽게 물리적 공간간 융합이 되고, 현재는 서로 다른 유무선 및 방송 서비스간의 대융합도 새삼스러운 일들이 아닌 것처럼 변해 버렸다. 현재의 발전상으로 보아 진정한 정보사회에서는 컴퓨터와 인간생활 중심으로 새로운 네트워크 창조과정에 정보통신과 도로, 차량, 휴먼이라는 네트워크 상호간의 다른 새로운 가상 네트워크를 통하여 다양한 생활양식이 도입되는 사회 실현은 자연스러울 것임은 틀림없다. (중략)

과거 어린이들만의 전유물이자, 하층의 대중문화 장르로 인식되어 왔던 만화는 이제 더 이상 문화의 변두리 영역이 아니다. 현재 애니메이션은 문화 콘텐츠 산업의 허브이며, 진정한 고부가가치 산업으로 평가받고 있다.그러나 한국 창작 애니메이션의 갈 길은 아직도 미지수이다. 자체 매니아층이 생겨 재개봉에 들어가기도 했지만 기대를 불러왔던 '오세암'이 흥행에 실패해 조기 종영했고, 애니메이션의 블록버스터로 불리는 '원더풀데이즈'는 개봉 첫주 20만명의 관객을 동원하며, 바람을 일으켰지만 성공여부는 아직 더 두고봐야 할 것 같다.제 2의 부흥기를 맞이할 것이라는 기대와 달리 오세암과 원더풀데이즈 이후 다시 한번 과도기를 맞고 있는 한국 애니메이션 업계. 영화계의 '쉬리'와 같은 작품이 되겠다는 원더풀데이즈 제작사의 기대처럼 되살아날 수 있을지 점쳐본다.
