This paper represents the criteria of earthing system for substation design in Korea. The construction of new substations and expansion of existing facilities are commonplace projects in KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation). The KEPCO has had the only design criteria, which need to be adequate criteria considering the new technology and environment in Korea.

In commercial facilities, it is very difficult in real to promote specific products among various products because various products are displayed and sold. Therefore, in order to promote information on most display products, there is a great tendency to rely on printed matter or salesperson. So, it is focused to display advertising or promotional video based on interactive user information by utilizing the diplay used in the store, and to implement technology considering energy saving. Also it is very utilized for a specific product sold or displayed at a commercial facility to be sent to manufacturer or advertiser who wants to promote specific products and content at customer contacts. In this study, we implemented that maximized advertisement effect through the advertisement video and combination of product using transparent display. we implemented User-oriented image display technology to provide an interactive service according to whether there is a user or not. Through this study, we proposed a new direction to maximize advertising/public relations effect in various commercial facilities.

To improve the prediction result with enhanced reliability of domestic Performance-Based Design (PBD), actual scale fire tests were carried out on products made of plastics from sales facility combustibles. The commercial buildings were separated into single and multiple combustibles for the experimentation of fire spread caused by the sales shelves where the various combustible materials are displayed. A according to the maximum heat release rate, exposed area and weight of the combustible material, the results revealed a linear relationship of as 93% and 89%. In addition, analysis of the gas concentrations for various combustibles showed that $CO_2$ has a linear relationship, whereas the CO concentration indicated exponential function. These results can be applied to reliable fire source information in PBD of plastic fire source in commercial buildings. This may be applied as fire source information representative of a plastic fire in commercial buildings through additional experiment using the area of the shelf in actual commercial buildings.

This study is a link in a chain which grope for the description of puppet performance history. This study imply my intention which is not a description of puppet performance 'history' but a description of 'puppet performance' history. Object materials of this study is materials connected with puppet performance from ancient times to Chosun dynasty. Object materials of this study include not only records but also remains and pictures. Discussion start with regulation of puppet performance materials and establishment of a classification criterion. As a result of that discussion, the age of puppet performance is as follows: 'the age of diverse use of puppet', 'the age of ritual puppet performance of worship', 'the age of play puppet performance of handling', 'the age of ritual puppet performance of display', 'the age of ritual puppet performance of expulsion', 'the age of ritual puppet performance of handling', 'the age of play puppet performance of display', 'the age of play puppet performance of handling and voice-acting'. According to the internal division of age, the description of puppet performance history which is spread chronologically is attempted. As a result of the description, I confirm that puppet performance reveal a one's unfolding process. And a distinct aspect from the general cultu! re history is found. The development process which is a changeover that is 'from ritual puppet performance to play puppet performance' is amended by a circulation of ritual puppet performance and play puppet performance'. And the development process which is a changeover 'from static puppet to dynamic puppet' is amended by a circulation of static puppet and dynamic puppet'. Like this the thing which is laid in the inside which is not a one sided changeover but is a circulation is said that from one age of puppet performance to other age of puppet performance is not a close of former puppet performance tradition. Unfolding from one age to other age, on the other hand former puppet performance reveal aspect which is a continuance and change with a one's vitality. And a relation of mutual influence is exist between the ritual puppet performance and the play puppet performance on a large scale, among the puppet performance types on a small scale. this also don't overlook in cas! e of a groping of puppet performance history.

본 논문에서는 시계열 예측 공정의 모델링을 위해 Type-2 퍼지 논리 집합을 이용하여 불확실성 문제를 다룬다. 기존의 Type-1 퍼지 논리 시스템(Fuzzy Logic System, FLS)은 외부의 노이즈와 같은 불확실성에 민감한 단점이 있다. 그러나 Type 퍼지 논기 시스템은 불확실한 정보까지 멤버쉽 함수로 표현함으로서 효과적으로 취급할 수 있다. 여기서 불확실한 정보를 표현하기 위해 규칙의 전 후반부 멤버쉽 함수로 삼각형 형태의 Type-2 퍼지 집합을 사용한다. 전반부의 경우 HCM 클러스터링을 사용하여 입력 데이터들 간의 거리를 중심으로 멤버쉽 함수를 정의하고, 후반부는 입자 군집 최적화(Particle Swarm Optimization) 알고리즘으로 멤버쉽 함수의 정점을 동조한다. 제안된 모델은 표준 모델 평가에 주로 사용되는 가스로 시계열 데이터를 적용하고, 특정 데이터로 노이즈에 영향 받은 데이터를 사용하여 수치 석인 예를 보인다.

가스절연개폐장치에서 발생하는 사고를 예방하기 위해서는 방전 위치 및 방전원인을 방전신호로부터 유추하는 것이 핵심 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 방전원에 대한 신호 유형을 정리하고 방전원별 특성을 추출하여 실제 부분방전 발생시 방전원을 쉽게 유추할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 오실로스코프와 이더넷(TCPIP)을 기반으로 한 극초단파 부분방전 신호취득 체계를 개발하였다. 원격으로 오실로스코프를 제어하고 측정한 부분방전 신호를 취득, 전송, 저장, 분석 할수 있는 체계를 개발하였다. 기간 구성품으로 최근 발전된 윈도우즈 기반 디지털 오실로스코프와 Labview를 사용하여 가스절연개폐장치(GIS) 내부에서 발생하는 극초단파 부분방전 신호를 측정하고 저장하여 실시간으로 위상분해 분석방법을 적용하여 측정된 신호를 표시하였다.
