21세기 4차 산업혁명 시대에 급변하는 산업과 기술 발전으로 인해 기존의 직업과 일자리의 위협과 변화가 커짐에 따라 청소년의 진로에 대한 준비는 더욱 절실해졌다. 청소년들은 급격한 기술 발전과 시장의 변화로 인한 기존 직업 소멸, 일생에서의 직업 활동기간의 비약적인 증가가 맞물려서 평생 한 번은 창직이나 창업을 해야만 하는 시대를 살고 있다. 이에 대비하기 위해 진로 및 직업활동에 대한 기회를 발견하고, 급변하는 시대와 시장의 다양한 문제들을 창의적으로 해결하고, 남들과 다르게 자신만의 방법으로 다방면의 경험과 지식을 쌓기 위한 자기주도적 학습력이 필수가 되었다. 본 연구는 그동안 다루어지지 않았던 청소년의 기회발견, 창의성 역량, 자기주도 학습력이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 청소년 진로교육 사례를 중심의 연구이다. 청소년에게 기회발견, 창의성 역량, 자기주도 학습력이 기업가정신의 매개로 하여 진로결정 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 것이 주요 연구목적이다. 분석결과, 첫째로 기회발견, 창의성 역량, 자기주도 학습력은 진로결정 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가정신의 향상 정도에 따라 진로결정 자기효능감에 매개 역할을 부분적으로 하고 있음이 확인되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 앞으로 청소년의 진로 및 기업가정신 교육에 중요한 자료가 될 것이며, 향후 청소년 진로 및 기업가정신 교육 프로그램의 연구개발을 위해 관련 연구가 확대 되어야 할 것이다.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of teacher competence on subject satisfaction and career decision of college students majoring in physical education. From April 1 to April 30, 2022, samples were extracted using pur-posive sampling, which is a non-probability sampling method, for physical education majors attending universities of education in Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, and Daejeon, etc. 400 study participants were sampled and cross-analysis was performed on the final 340 participants. First, Teacher competency had a significant effect on career decision. Second, teacher competency had a significant effect on career decision. Third, teacher competency had a significant effect on career decision. Fourth, subject satisfaction had a significant effect on career decision. Fifth, a causal relationship was established between teacher competency, subject satisfaction, and career decision. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the future career decision of pre-service physical education teachers by investigating the effect of teacher competence on subject satisfaction and career decision of university students majoring in physical education.

The study was conducted to understand the effect of major satisfaction of university students majoring public health administration on the career decision level and career preparation behavior by the medium of career decision-making self-efficacy. The analysis result showed that major satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy, major satisfaction and career decision level, major satisfaction and career preparation behavior had a statistically significant positive (+) correlation respectively. In addition, the result of a path analysis using AMOS indicated that their major satisfaction level is found to have a direct and indirect effect on career decision level and indirect effect on career preparation behavior, while career decision-making self-efficacy is directly effective against career decision level and career preparation action and major satisfaction exerted an impact on career decision level and career preparation behavior by the medium of career decision-making self-efficacy. Therefore, to improve the level of public health administration university student's career decision and career preparation behavior, systematic and detailed programs and effective plans to improve their major satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy will be necessary.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of education service quality (quality of professor service, quality of curriculum service) on career decision-making, self-efficacy, career decision level, and career preparation behavior. Appropriate measures were developed and tested on 426 respondents of Gyeongnam province in South Korea with a cross-sectional questionnaire survey. To ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and validity analysis were conducted. To ensure the reliability and validity of the measurement model, the CFA(confirmatory factor anlaysis) were conducted. The SEM(structural equation modeling) analysis was undertaken to perform the path analysis among the variables and to assess the suitability of the model. MCFA(multi group CFA) and MSEM(multi group SEM) were performed to confirm the moderation effect. Results of the study are summarized as follows: Firstly, education service quality has positive effects on career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy has positive effects on career decision level and career reparation behavior. Third, career decision level has positive effects on career reparation behavior. Finally, it was found there exists a moderating effect of freshman/registered student between education service quality, career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision level, career preparation behavior. As a result of this study, it is suggested that investigation of extraneous variables which help to improve career preparation behavior and career decision level as for career of university student will contribute to university education.

This study examined whether career decision-making self-efficacy, self-resilience, and career maturity in university students affects the job seeking stress. In particular, this study focused on whether career maturity has a mediating effect among career decision-making self-efficacy, self-resilience and job seeking stress. University students have approximately three points in career maturity - the mid-point of a five-point scale, and career decision-making self-efficacy was proved as a variable affecting the career maturity. In addition, self-resilience has no significant effect on career maturity, and a study of the relationship between the career decision-making self-efficacy and job seeking stress revealed a low correlation. In career decision-making self-efficacy affecting job seeking stress, the career decision-making self-efficacy itself has an effect on the job seeking stress but job seeking stress can improve the career maturity. This study, which is related to career maturity, is different from previous studies dealing with only a single dimension for the direct influence.

In this study, university students career decision efficacy through group counseling program to verify the effectiveness of group counseling program in the future career development of students and the university's career guidance aims to be the basis of the direction of the setting. Verification results first college career counseling program has not been applied to the experimental group compared to the control group, the level of efficacy was improved career decision. Change of career decision-efficacy between groups T-test results shall not be liable for the entire career decision efficacy significant difference was found that factors For a detailed planning, self-evaluation of the results showed no significant changes.

This study was to investigate the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy and social support of university students majoring dance on career preparation behavior. For the study, 300 students from universities in capital area were selected to measure their career decision-making self-efficacy, social support and career preparation behavior. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis have been conducted to analyze research question using SPSS Ver. 24.0. The conclusion from results and discussion are as follows. First, there were positive relationships between career decision-making self-efficacy and social support and career preparation behavior. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy influenced career preparation behavior. Third, appraisal support a sub-factors of social support effected on career preparation behavior but emotional support, material support and informational support did not effect on career preparation behavior. Forth, career decision-making self-efficacy effected more than social support on career preparation behavior. Shortly, this study explored that career decision-making self-efficacy influenced career preparation behavior.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of self-efficacy, career decision-making styles, and career decision-making level of the college the department of Dental Hygiene 1,2,3 students. The subjects of this study were 106 university students of the department of Dental Hygiene in K university. The instrument employed were the Career Decision Making Self Efficacy Scale, career decision level, career preparation behavior.The data collected were analyzed using Frequency analysis, t-test, Regression analysis and the pearson correlation of the spss 19.0 version.

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of career locus of control on university students' career decision efficacy. For this purpose, it performed a questionnaire survey analysis on 476 university students in I city. According to the results of the analysis, the first is that there were not the statistically significant differences of career locus of control and career decision efficacy for subjects' background variables. The second is that it found the statistically significant co-relationship between career locus of control and career decision efficacy. Lastly, it found that career locus of control has positive effect on career decision efficacy. Given the results of the analysis, the inner career locus factors of control have strong effects on career search and career decision, and career decision efficacy played an important role on career related decision making and career coaching. In this point, it is required to perform more studies and analyses on career locus of control and career decision efficacy and on various career coaching programs in the future.

This study aims to examine what influence a career exploration group counselling program has on career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity of female college students. As a result of the study, it was discovered that the career exploration group counselling program had statistically significant influence on goal choice, job information and future plan which are sub-variables of career decision-making self-efficacy while it had no significant influence on problem solving. Also the program had a statistically significant influence on decision, independency, and involvement which are sub-variables of career maturity while it had no significant influence on compromise. Such results show that the career exploration group counselling program had a significant influence on career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity of the subjects. Therefore, it is suggested that the career exploration group counselling program should be properly developed and provided so that students can choose career which fit for their aptitude and ability. Further, courses for career exploration group counselling program should be provided at universities to help them with career.
