표준화에 관한 일반적인 현황

  • 인류문명의 발생과 함께 자연발생적으로 생긴 인간의 지혜로서 집단생활에 편의를 제공하는 동시에 생존을 위한 기초방편으로 표준화(또는 규격화, standardization)의 필요성이 대두되었다. 산업혁명이후 산업사회가 형성되고 물자의 대량생산, 대량소비 체제가 갖추어짐에 따라 생산의 합리화 수단으로 조직화된 의식적 활동이 시작되었으며, 산업사회의 성숙과 기술의 진보에 수반하여 그때 그때의 환경의 영향을 받아 활동영역을 넓히면서 질적 변화를 이루어왔다. 따라서 표준화작업은 오늘날 산업과 기술의 기반으로서. 기업활동의 효율화와 품질보증을 유지하는 기본적인 활동으로 인식되고있다.(중략)

항공우주산업의 육성 정책

  • 우리나라의 항공우주산업은 군항공기의 기술 도입생산을 반복해 가면서 발전해 왔으나, 아직까지도 산업적 기반은 매우 취약한 형편이다. 일반적으로 항공우주산업은 군수 의존도가 큰 산업으로서 그림 1을 보면 선진 8개국의 경우를 보면 국방비의 규모와 항공산업의 규모가 정비례함을 볼 수 있다. 우리나라의 국방예산규모가 세계 10위권인 것을 감안하면 우리나라의 항공우주산업의 규모가 현재 세계 10위권 정도에 도달해 있어야 정상적인 것으로 보이며, 더욱이 1인당 국민소득 2만불을 목표로 한다면, 항공우주산업의 발전목표를 최소 세계 8위는 되어야 한다.   • This paper presents a new approach integrated Case-Based Reasoning with Self- Organization Map(SOM) in diagnosis systems. The causes of faults are obtained by case-base trained from SOM. When the vibration problem of rotating machinery occurs, this provides an exact diagnosis method that shows the fault cause of vibration problem. In order to verify the performance of algorithm, we applied it to diagnose the fault cause of the electric motor.

  • This paper is concerned with web-based remote measurement and control systems. Recently, various techniques are developed based on the advance of the internet environment. The PHP can be used in the server without any interpreter. Simple page can be constructed using the html and the results can be immediately showing client PC using web-cam.
