A Study on the Usability Evaluation (휴리스틱 사용성 평가에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 시스템 수용성 관점에서 사용성의 위상을 살펴보고, 사용성의 요인을 측정 가능한 휴먼팩터의 관점에서 기술하였다. 10개의 사용성 휴리스틱 원칙과 평가방법을 상술한 후, 사용성공학에 기반한 사용자 인터페이스 개발 프로세스 모형을 제시였다. 개발프로세스 단계들 중에서 휴리스틱 평가를 휴리스틱 평가원칙, 구성요인, 점검사항, 정성적ㆍ정량적평가, 진단으로 재구성하여 '천연 화장품전자상거래 사이트'에 적용하여 보다 효율적이고 효과적인 평가지침이 됨을 보이고 있다.

  • Process-based knowledge management is `have knowledge operation system based in the task process and provide the accumulated knowledge of an organization for its members performing their task through a system in an appropriate format.' If it is embodied in the organization it is expected to significantly enhance the task process and knowledge. Meanwhile, Maier and Remus realized that if the organization`s strategy is added to the existing objective of knowledge management promotion strategy, it is in accord with major objectives of the process management such as BPR or BPM. Based on this, Maier and Remus devised a framework for promotion strategy of process-based knowledge management. As a result of analyzing their framework by applying it to examples of knowledge management promotion of the Ministry of Labor, it was found that process-based knowledge management should be applied in order to solve the problems and reflect improvement suggestions which had been constantly pointed out. Furthermore, the direction to be applied in connection with the improvement suggestions was presented in this study.

  • With the recent advancement of malware, the actors performing malicious tasks are often not processes. Malicious code injected into the process that is installed by default in the operating system works thread by thread in the same way as DLL / code injection. In this case, diagnosing and blocking the process as malicious can cause serious problems with system operation. This white paper lists the problems of how to use process-based monitoring information to identify and block the malicious state of a process and presents an improved solution.

  • 시스템 고장 진단은 장비의 상태를 실시간으로 파악하고, 잔여 수명을 예측할 수 있기 때문에 다양한 분야에서 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 장비나 센서의 고장을 진단하고 예측할 경우 유지보수를 용이하게 하여 막대한 손실을 막을 수 있고, 기대 수명 또한 연장될 수 있다. 항로표지는 육지와 멀리 떨어진 해상이라는 특수한 작업환경으로 인해 항로표지 유지보수를 위한 많은 시간과 비용이 발생하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 항로표지 유지보수를 위해 항로표지 센서의 고장 유무를 판단할 수 있는 항로표지 센서 고장 진단 프로세스를 위한 후보 기술군에 대해 제안한다.

  • 도시재생종합정보시스템{참고문헌1,2]에서는 도시의 쇠퇴정도를 파악하고 그에 따른 도시재생사업을 수행하는데 있어 의사결정 지원과 관련정보 등을 제공해주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시재생 사업이나 정책을 진행시키고자 했을 때, 기개발되어진 쇠퇴/잠재력 시스템의 연계/활용을 통해 효율적인 도시재생 사업의 의사결정을 지원해줄 수 있는 우선순위 선정프로세스를 연구하였다. 또한, 시스템간의 연계/진단을 위한 정보 프로세스 및 구현방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 우선순위 선정방안으로 보다 객관적, 직관적인 도시의 현황 및 DB 제공할 수 있으며 이를 통해 도시재생 사업 및 정책의 의사결정을 위한 근거자료로 활용 할 수 있다.

  • BSC는 전략을 일관되고 통찰력있게 기술하고 전달할 수 있는 체계를 조직에 제공해 준다. 우리가 전략을 기술할 수 없다면, 전략의 실행도 기대할 수 없는 것이다. BSC를 도입하여 획기적인 성과를 창출하는 조직을 말하는 전략 집중형 조직(SFO)에는 아래와 같은 5가지 원칙이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 최고경영진의 리더십을 통해 변화를 이끌어내라. 전략을 지속적인 프로세스로 만들어라. 전략을 모든 사람들의 일상업무로 만들어라. 전략의 전사적 정렬을 통해 시너지를 창출하라. 전략을 실천적 용어로 구체화하라. A 기관에서는 '05 년 BSC 도입 전 전략집중 조직진단을 실시하였으며, 1 년의 초기 도입과정 후 '06년 5월 1년간의 과정을 확인해 보기 위하여 다시 전략집중 조직진단을 실시하였으며, 2년간 BSC 실행 후, '08 년초 다시 전략 집중형 조직진단을 실시하였다. 3 년간의 BSC 추진과정을 소개하고, 3 년의 전략집중 조직진단 결과를 중심으로 과연 BSC 추진 조직이 5 가지 영역에서 어떻게 변화되어 가는지를 분석하고자 한다.

  • U-City is the key element of the future knowledge-based society where every citizen will be benefited from the most advanced information technology. The following research reengineers the old process to define the rational and efficient process of the U-City construction project(BPR: Business Process Reengineering). In order to achieve the goal, identify and diagnose problem points, outline the improved plan, and readjust the managing system and process to propose better process. And Lastly, redefine the best efficient process by simple modeling using the UML(Unified Modeling Language). The goal of the systematic proposal is to make contributions to a base of the green growth to be the development of the Sustainable U-City.

  • As the Korean construction market in the apartment housing has changed to a housing consumer focused market, interest and importance on efficient use and management on existing buildings has increased rather than demand for new buildings. Interest of housing consumers on apartment house quality has increased in this market paradigm, and this spontaneously is connected to quality flaw related defect disputes and lawsuits that the importance of defect diagnosis has continuously increased. This defect diagnosis is directly connected to maintenance charges in defect dispute and lawsuit processes that rather objective and highly credible progress of duty is required. However, most defect diagnosis firms today that progress defect diagnosis are using different diagnosis methods and depend on the experience of experienced professionals that there is no standardized defect diagnosis process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide common defect diagnosis process model for defect diagnosis firms utilizing the BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) modeling method. It is expected that this will contribute to professional and reliable task performances of concerned defect diagnosis workers. Furthermore, it is expected that design lawsuit damage will be substantially reduced by standardizing defect diagnosis processes.

  • In the medical field, disease diagnosis and prediction research using artificial intelligence technology is being actively conducted. It is being released as a variety of products for disease diagnosis and prediction, which are most widely used in the application of artificial intelligence technology based on medical images. Artificial intelligence is being applied to diagnose diseases, to classify diseases into benign and malignant, and to separate disease regions for use in identification or reading according to the risk of disease. Recently, in connection with cloud technology, its utility as a service product is increasing. Among the diseases dealt with in this paper, liver disease is a disease with very high risk because it is difficult to diagnose early due to the lack of pain. Artificial intelligence technology was introduced based on medical images as a non-invasive diagnostic method for diagnosing these diseases. We describe the development of a web service to help the most meaningful clinical reading of liver cirrhosis patients. Then, it shows the web service process and shows the operation screen of each process and the final result screen. It is expected that the proposed service will be able to diagnose liver cirrhosis at an early stage and help patients recover through rapid treatment.
