  • ITU-R은 권고 M.1310에서 교통정보 및 제어 시스템(TICS)과 관련된 여러 가지 항목을 권고하고 있다. TICS는 지상 교통 시스템의 안전과 효율성 및 관리방법을 향상시키기 위해 컴퓨터, 통신, 위치정보 그리고 차량기술이 집약된 시스템으로 TICS 중 차량의 직접적인 주행과 관련된 차량 제어 시스템(AVCS)은 충돌 방지를 위해 요구되는 몇가지 사항을 포함하고 있으며 그 가운데 차량 레이더는 운전자의 보조를 통한 안전한 차량 운행을 위해 적용 가능한 기술 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 차량 레이더의 국제표준화 동향, 제외국의 차량 레이더 법규 동향 및 개발동향에 대하여 살펴볼 것이다.

  • IEEE 802.15.3c 는 IEEE 802.15.3 WPAN 에 mmWave(millimeter wave) 기반 물리 계층의 표준화를 하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 사용 대역의 특성상 지향성(directional) 안테나를 이용해서 통신을 한다. 또한 하나의 노드를 중심으로 피코넷을 형성하고 그 피코넷 내에서 peer 노드들 간 직접 통신을 위해서 peer 노드를 발견하는 효율적인 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 지향성 안테나를 사용하는 IEEE 802.15.3c 의 특성을 고려한 효율적인 이웃 발견 기법을 제안한다.

  • Now, Using high-speed Internet network for information processing and exchange of information on the research and development is active. To do this, Electronic document standards for more efficient and accurate operations shall be conducted. Accordingly, Standards bodies from around the world proposed various standards, and Typically The EDI is standardized system for exchanging data between companies. EDI is one form of e-commerce. And, through the transactions between companies to standardize data and documents. And using a computer network between the parties directly for sending and receiving. But, Companies and other businesses to deliver the document as defined, so data are fixed and formalized at the time of the extension causes problems and structured data search and processing is impossible. In this paper, While using structure and expanding Internet-standard language the XML for EDI document processing system was designed and implemented.

An Automatic LOINC Mapping Framework for Standardization of Laboratory Codes in Medical Informatics (의료 정보 검사코드 표준화를 위한 LOINC 자동 매핑 프레임웍)

  • An electronic medical record (EMR) is the medical system that all the test are recorded as text data. However, domestic EMR systems have various forms of medical records. There are a lot of related works to standardize the laboratory codes as a LOINC (Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Code). However the existing researches resolve the problem manually. The manual process does not work when the size of data is enormous. The paper proposes a novel automatic LOINC mapping algorithm which uses indexing techniques and semantic similarity analysis of medical information. They use file system which is not proper to enormous medical data. We designed and implemented mapping algorithm for standardization laboratory codes in medical informatics compared with the existing researches that are only proposed algorithms. The automatic creation of searching words is being possible. Moreover, the paper implemented medical searching framework based on database system that is considered large size of medical data.

An Empirical Study of Light Railway Transit Ridership using Socio-economic Data Based on Block Group Level (소지역단위 사회경제지표를 활용한 경전철 역별 수요분석 방안 연구 - 실증분석 중심으로 -)

  • A direct demand model requires relatively little analysis time and incurs a low cost. It is also known to be useful for the preliminary screening of promising configurations or concepts. This study reviews direct demand models of 12 existing urban railways using demographic data based on a block group level which is approximately 1/24 of a traditional zone area. However, direct demand models are limited. Therefore, a new approach is suggested. The proposed method is based on a field study and an empirical analysis. The study finds factors that affect ridership at the station level. As a case study, the proposed approach is tested using 54 light railway transit stations. The results of this empirical study demonstrate its applicability to improve the error rates of the predicted ridership at the station level.

  • 전북지역의 130여개 스마트온실 중에서 주요한 10여개의 주요 온실에 대한 온습도, 이산화탄소, 광센서 및 기타 센서의 사용실태에 대한 조사를 수해하였다(2016년 9월~12월). 온실의 선정은 온실의 종류(비닐/유리)와 복합제어기 종류(국산/외산)를 중심으로 조사하였다. 국내외 업체의 장단점, 스마트기기의 활용과 문제점, 클라우드 기반의 3세대 한국형 스마트온실의 적용기반에 대한 조사를 수행하였다. 융복합 제어기와 센서는 자체의 신뢰성 이외에 운용상의 알고리즘 차이에서 오는 문제로 인해 농가에서 측정결과에 대한 신뢰성이 낮고, 측정이 부정확하고 일일측정 데이터에 대한 활용이 어렵고, 설정 값을 사용자가 직접 계산하고 값들을 입력해주어야 한다는 단점에 대한 의견이 대부분이다. 외국 제품은 데이터 측정값의 활용이 용이하고 복합 환경 상황에 알맞게 자동 계산 시스템이 체계적으로 작동하여 제어에 반영되며 국내 업체 설정 값의 범위보다 세밀하게 설정이 가능하다는 장점이 있으나 설치비용이 국내대비 3~4배 높고 고장 시 A/S가 느린 편이며 영어로 구성된 복잡한 시스템이기 때문에 100% 활용하기 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 스마트기기 활용은 복합 환경제어를 하는 농가이면 국내 업체와 외국 업체 모두 활용하고 있으며 주로 스마트 폰으로 사용되고 전용 어플이 아닌 PC원격 제어 소프트웨어인 팀뷰어(Teamviewer)를 이용하여 복합제어기 PC를 직접 조작하여 사용한다. 클라우드 활용으로는 복합환경제어기 회사에서 작물별 제어 방법과 데이터 정보를 제공하지 않는 점에 대한 농가의 불편함이 많은 편으로 작물별 농사방법이 많고 지역별 농사방법이 다르기 때문에 조사한 전북지역의 농가 10곳 모두 클라우드를 사용하지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 다양한 온실 및 생육환경에 따른 표준화된 운영의 문제점을 개선하여 스마트팜에서 중요한 역할을 수행하는 복합센서의 표준시험방법과 절차를 개발하여 관련산업의 발전에 응용할 필요성이 있으며 단순한 하드웨어의 표준화 또는 개선방향보다는 농가의경험과 누적된 토양,작물 등의 재배 생육정보를 이용한 작물생육모델과 온실모델의 일치를 통해 센서-생육환경예측-검증방법의 포준화가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

Reliability of Standardized Patients as Raters in Objective Structured Clinical Examination (객관 구조화 절차 기술 평가에서 채점자로서의 표준화환자의 신뢰도)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate whether standardized patient(SP) can be used as a reliable examiner in Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE). 4 SPs and 4 faculties who have more than 2 years experience of OSCE scoring were selected. For 1 assignment 2 members of faculty and 2 SPs were designated as raters. SPs were educated for assessing 2 technical skills, male Foley catheter insertion and wound dressing, for 8 hours (4 hours / day, each topic). The definition, method, cautions and complications for each of procedural skills were covered in the education. Theoretical lectures, video learning, faculty demonstration and practical training on mannequins were employed. The 8 raters were standardized for an hour with simulated OSCE scoring using previous videos on the day before the OSCE. Each assessment was composed of 14 checklists and 1 global rate. The allotted time for each assignment was 5minutes and for evaluation time 2 minutes per student. The evaluation from the faculty and SPs were compared and analyzed with the GENOVA program. The overall generalizability coefficient (G coefficient) was 0.839 from two cases of OASTS. The reliability of the raters was high, 0.946. The inter-rater agreement between faculty group and SP group was 0.949 for checklist and 0.908 for global rating. Therefore SPs can play a role of raters in OSCE for procedural skills, if they are given the appropriate training.

  • This study is devised out of the recognition that the existing standardization-related research has not sufficiently examined the overall social environment where a standard is actually made and diffused and the roles of the actors and the changes in them in the complex social system where multiple stakeholders exist. Against this backdrop, this study purports to reconstruct the dynamic process of developing and standardizing an innovative technology through a socio-technical approach involved by multiple stakeholders with different interests in the context of a socio-technical institutional environment. The specific goals to achieve the purpose include first, inspecting the characteristics of the interactions between the human actors and between the human and non-human actors in the socio-technical network surrounding a standardization process. Second, the study aimed to observe the activities of the focal actor who led the standardization process and its changing role. To that end, it analyzed the dynamic features of the process of standardizing a HD 3DTV broadcasting technology that took place in South Korea based on the actor network theory. As for the analysis method, the researchers personally took part in the actor network involving the new technology to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the network, applying the qualitative research method of survey and in-depth interviews and exploring the overall dynamics of environment, behavior and technology observed over the course of the entire standardization process.

A Comparative Study of Tuberculosis Mortality Rate between Urban and Rural Area (도시 농촌간 결핵 표준화사망률 변화양상 비교)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the trend of tuberculosis mortality rate by years and by areas. Methods: We calculated raw and age-adjusted mortality rate of tuberculosis from 1995 to 2002. The calculation was based on the data from resident registration data and death certification registration data gathered by 232 basic local authority. We used direct age standardization method for calculating age-adjusted mortality rate. We compared patterns of change in tuberculosis mortality rate of metropolitan areas, cities, and countryside by determinating the comparability of medels to explore linear relationship. We also analyzed the data of mortality rate between urban and rural area by comparing ANOVA and post-hoc by two periods: one from 1995 to 1998, and the other from 1999 to 2002. Results: In national mortality rate, both raw and age-adjusted mortality rate showed negative linear relationship. However, the graph become more horizontal: the slope line is close to zero. From 1995 to 1998, countryside showed significantly higher age-adjusted mortality rate than in metropolitan areas and cities. Ever after considering more horizontal graph in national mortality rate, the data shows that the countryside still have significantly higher mortality rate from 1999 to 2002. In model diagnostic checking, metropolitan areas and cities showed apparently linear pattern on the decrease of age-adjusted mortality rate. Pattern of mortality rate in countryside was decreased initially, but became flat. Conclusions: Further research is necessary to explore the characteristics of quality of tuberculosis control program in rural area. Different approach and strategies should be considered to decrease tuberculosis mortality rate in rural areas.

Design of Compatible Set-Top Box for Healthcare (헬스케어를 위한 호환 가능한 셋톱박스 설계)

  • In these days the patient can be easy to see the treatment results at home without going directly to hospital. Despite the many advantages that the patient is got optimum service timely, the currently used personal healthcare devices have no compatibility because the manufacturer use the proprietary software and hardware protocols. For these issues, standardization is required between the set-top box and the individual healthcare devices. In this paper, we designed the healthcare set-top box possible to biometric data transmission by using a standard IEEE P11073 between the device and the set-top box. Because the set-top box using IEEE P11073 standardization can transfer data independently, we are expected to make it contribute significantly to the healthcare business.
