(주)칩스앤미디어는 2003년 반도체 설계 자산(Semiconductor IP)생산을 시작으로 현재는 표준 영상 압축 기술인 MPEG 표준을 비롯하여 UHD 표준 압축 기술인 HEVC 등을 시장에 공급하고 있으며, 이미지 신호 처리(ISP) 및 CV IP 등의 시장 출시를 준비 중이다. HEVC의 개발 이후 ISO/IEC에서는 차세대 영상 압축 기술에 대한 표준화를 논의하고 있다. (주)칩스앤미디어는 표준 규격이 완료되기를 기다려 이를 구현하기보다, 한 발 더 앞서 행동하는 것이 현명하리라 판단했다. 직접 국제 표준을 제안함으로써 원천 특허를 확보하고자 한 것이다. TTA 자문서비스의 도움으로 (주)칩스앤미디어는 차세대 영상 압축 기술 표준 관련 특허출원에 성공했다.

수동형 광가입자망 (PON: Passive Optical Network) 기술은 가입자의 단말과 국사의 장비를 광섬유로 직접 연결하여 기존의 전화선 및 동축케이블을 이용한 xDSL 및 HFC등에 비해 전송속도가 빠르고 관리가 수월한 인터넷 서비스 제공이 가능한 기술이다. 본고에서는 ITU-T와 IEEE에서 진행중인 차세대 수동형 광가입자망 기술의 국제 표준화 동향에 대하여 알아보고, 관련 기술개발 현황 및 새롭게 부각되는 스마트 광 분배망 기술과 SDN (Software Defined Network) 기반 광가입자망 운용관리 등의 연구분야에 대하여 알아본다.

본 연구에서는, 수문해석모형과 국산 GIS 엔진인 HyGIS와 직접연계를 통해 자료수집 분석, 모의수행 및 결과도시를 일괄적으로 수행될 수 있도록 GIS-수문통합모형을 개발하였다. GIS 기반 수문모형의 자동화를 위해 유역 추출, 하도망 생성, 유출 매개변수의 산정 및 수문모형 진행을 필요한 모든 과정들에 대해서 사용자 인터페이스를 구축하고, 강우자료, 레이다/위성자료, 설계강우 조건으로부터 NGIS를 활용한 수문분석을 위한 NGIS자료의 표준화 과정을 제시하였다. 수문해석을 위한 유역추적방법에는 Clark, SCS, Snyder 방법, 하도추적방법에는 Muskingum, Muskingum-Cunge 방법 등과 같은 실제 실무분야에서 많이 이용되는 방법들이 이용 가능하도록 구성하였다. 수문모형과 NGIS DB와의 Interface 기능을 활용하여 국내 실무분야에 적용함에 있어 편의성과 실용성을 갖춘 모형을 개발을 통해, 수문모형 구축 시 NGIS 자료 및 지형 DB의 표준화 과정을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 충수염 영상 분석에 필요한 두께, 염증의 변화량 등의 자료를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있도록 하기 위해 초음파 영상에서 충수염을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 초음파 영상은 동일한 환경에서 영상을 촬영할 수 없기 때문에 객관적인 분석을 위해 초음파 영상을 표준화 한다. 본 논문에서 사용된 영상은 표준화된 초음파 영상을 대상으로 하였으며, 충수염 추출 과정은 표준화된 초음파 영상에서 최하단 근막을 추출한 뒤, 추출된 최하단 근막을 기준으로 충수를 추출한다. 제안된 방법을 초음파 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 충수염 추출 방법이 측정자가 직접 충수염을 추출하여 분석하는 방법보다 효과적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

새로운 서비스의 실현을 목표로 하는 차세대5G이동통신에 대한 비전, 요구사항 및 주요 요소 기술들에 대한 연구가 다양하게 진행 중이다. 지연 시간에 민감한 새로운 저지연 서비스의 지원을 위해 5G 이동통신 비전의 핵심 성능 지표 중 하나로 무선구간에서 1ms 이내의 사용자 데이터 전송이 제시되었다. 본고에서는 ITU-R WP 5D의 5G 이동통신 비전 권고 내용들과 권고 내용을 직접적인 반영하는 5G 관련 기술 개발 단계는 아니지만 3GPP 에서 현재 진행 중인 Release-13 표준화 활동 중에서 사용자 데이터 전송에 있어서 지연 감소를 목표로 논의되는 후보 기술들을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 3GPP에서의 관련 표준화 동향을 정리한다.

선박의 애플리케이션 간에 표준화 되지 않은 데이터를 교환하고 처리를 용이하기 위하여 데이터 구조를 통일화하는 통합 규칙이 필요하다. 이에 ISO 19848 표준안은 선박 내 데이터 교환 및 향후 선상 장비가 인터넷에 직접 연결될 수 있는 사항까지 고려하여 데이터 채널 ID를 Codebook에 따라 지정하도록 제안하고 있다. 우리나라는 '자율운항선박 기술개발'을 통하여 자율운항 시험선을 대상으로 데이터 분류 규칙과 표준화된 Codebook 개발을 진행하고 있으며 이를 한국산업표준 제정하기 위하여 표준화 작업을 진행하고 있다.

OT와 IT가 접목된 스마트공장은 외부망과의 접점이 증가함에 따라 많은 공격자들의 타깃이 되고 있다. 특히, 스마트공장의 가장 많은 공격 경로인 IIoT 기기는 제조 설비에 대한 제어권을 가짐에 따라 작업자의 안전과 생산성에 직접적인 영향을 미쳐 보안 위협 발생 시에 위험도가 높다. 따라서, 스마트공장에서 IIoT를 안전하게 운용하기 위한 보안 표준 마련이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 주요 국제표준화 기구 및 단체인 IEC, IIC, ITU-T의 표준 문서를 분석함으로써 IIoT 관점에서 스마트공장 보안을 위해 수행되고 있는 국제 표준화 동향을 분석한다.

The purpose of this study was to configure a model geared toward predicting factors affecting the sexual behavior of college students and the path of their influence. The standardized path coefficients of factors that might affect their sexual behavior were calculated, and the total effects of the factors were checked when the path of their influence turned out significant. As for the path of the factors affecting the sexual behavior of college students in a firsthand manner, dating exerted a firsthand influence on sexual knowledge. That had the greatest total effect on sexual knowledge, and those with dating experiences had a better sexual knowledge. Sexual knowledge exercised a firsthand influence on sexual attitude, and that had the largest total effect on sexual attitude, as the students who had a better sexual knowledge took a more positive sexual attitude. Sexual roles affected sexual attitude and sexual behavior in a firsthand way, and sexual roles had the biggest total effect on sexual behavior. Androcentric and open sexual attitudes were permissive, distorted and led to more sexual behavior.

This study examined the multi-phrased effects and outcomes of adult female learners who participated in lifelong learning activities, as well as the proposed structural relationships among the five latent variables. Questions established to achieve the purpose of the study are as follow: What effects do the learner's characteristics, lifelong education institutions, learning flow, and learning satisfaction have on the learning come? The participants of the survey numbered 632, but 54 respondents who were unreliable or did not complete their survey were excluded. A total of 578 cases were analyzed for this research. The structural relationships among the five latent variables-learner's characteristics, lifelong education institutions, learning flow and learning satisfaction, and learning outcome of the adult female learners-AMOS 18.0 program were also used for structural analysis. The major findings of this research are as follows. First, the model fitness showed that the hypothetical model provided a reasonable fit to the data ${\chi}^2=224.267$ (df=69, p<.001), RMSEA=.062, TLI=.943, RFI=.920, CFI=.957, IFI=.957, NFI=.939. Second, the learner's characteristics ( =.218, p<.001) and lifelong education institutions ( =.301, p<.001) have a direct effect on the learning outcomes. The learning flow ( =-.149 p=.541) does not have a direct effect on the learning outcome. Learning satisfaction ( =.405 p<.001) have a direct effect on the learning outcome. To put findings above together, in respect to adult female learners' performances, the learning outcomes are influenced directly by the learner characteristics, conditions of the lifelong education institutions, and learning satisfaction, whereas satisfaction indirectly affects the learners' learning outcome.

본 논문은 가공배전선로용 무정전 내장주 완철교체용 활선공구 및 표준화된 활선공법 개발에 있다. 개발된 공구의 명칭을 핫라인 써포트암으로 부여하였으며 활선공구의 활용성을 높이고 직접활선의 안정성을 향상시키기 위하여 완철교체작업을 현재 공법보다 손쉽고 안전하게 작업할 수 있는 직접활선공법을 개발한다.
