나에게 아무런 피해를 주지 않는 신체적 장애인들에 대한 편견과 차별도 엄연히 존재하는 우리네 사회에서 행여 나에게 피해를 줄지도 모른다는 막연한 공포와 두려움의 대상인 에이즈 환자나 감염인들에게 있어서의 직장생활이나 사회생활은 참으로 표현하기 힘든 과제다. 힘든 직장생활을 유연하게 하기 위해서는 무엇이 필요할까?

This study analyzes educational panel on the relationship between college life and job satisfaction of women college graduates. Higher college satisfaction increases job satisfaction of women workers with college degrees. Job training programs increase job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction relative to her skills and competency becomes lower when they complete a number of job training programs. Moreover, English education and job training programs exert positive influences over the effects of college satisfaction on job satisfaction of women workers with college degrees. Thus, although there are conflicting aspects, job training programs have potentials to contribute to the job satisfaction. The results of the study suggest that college life is closely related with their job experiences. However, Korean society neglects the importance of college relative to four-year university. Thus, Korean society exerts efforts toward enhancing the educational quality of college education.

Purpose: This study examined the level of retirement preparation and quality of life and to identify the relationship among work, retirement preparation and quality of life in the baby boomer generation. Methods: The subjects of this study were 204 people in the baby boomer generation in Changwon city, Gyeongsangnam-do. Results: Work affected the quality of life in the Changwon city baby boomer generation through job satisfaction and social interaction in the workplace. Retirement preparation through the workplace also appeared to have a partial mediating effect on the quality of life. Conclusion: The results suggest that work(satisfaction and social network) can affect the quality of life of the baby boomer generation. Furthermore, the retirement preparation of the baby boomer generation has a partial mediation effect on the overall quality of life.

This study examined the relationships among work-family role conflicts(WFC, FWC), work distress(WDIS), and life satisfaction(LS) for female workers using child daycare center in workplace. From the data of 137 female workers, it showed statistically significant results that FWC on WDIS and WDIS on WFC were positive. It also demonstrated the degree of WFC was higher, the LS level was lower. The results revealed not only WDIS fully mediated between FWC and LS, but also WFC partially mediated the relationship between WIDS and LS. Comparing to the previous studies that failed to tell the directions of work-family role conflicts on LS, this study distinguished the bi-directional work-family role conflicts in searching for causal relationships among WFC, FWC, WDIS, and LS. This study recommended further studies for comparing female workers using child daycare center in workplace or not.

직장-가정에 대한 연구는 구성원의 직장생활과 가정생활과의 조화를 통해 업무성과 및 생산성, 생활 만족, 직무스트레스 등의 제고를 위한 방안도출에 매우 중요하다. 하지만 직장-가정 갈등과 관련하여 일반조직에 대한 선행연구는 많이 이루어졌지만, 일정한 질서의 조직편제를 갖춘 경찰조직과 같은 준 군대조직, 위험성, 정치성이 있는 조직에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 경찰청이라는 특수한 조직의 직원에 대한 직장-가정갈등과의 원인의 결정요인을 고찰하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the availability of family-friendly systems for female workers with children under elementary school, and to verify that the availability of family-friendly systems can mitigate the negative effects of workplace-home conflicts on family and work-life satisfaction. To this end, data of 538 female employees with children younger than elementary school students were analyzed using the sixth data of the Korean Women Manager Panel. According to the analysis, the type of family-friendly system such as time flexibility system, career flexibility system, and worker support system all showed significant adjustment effect in relation to workplace-family conflict and work life satisfaction. The career flexibility system was the only one that showed a control effect on family life satisfaction. To help talented female workers work for their children without severing their careers, the government proposed active support for businesses and the government to help them use the family-friendly system.

정부는 에이즈 감염인에게 치료와 복지를 위해 생계가 어려운 이들에게 생활비 지원을 모든 감염인/환자들에게 치료비 지원을 하고 있다. 사회적 질환인 에이즈에 감염되면 많은 이들은 그 충격에 직장을 그만두고 삶의 의지를 꺾는 경우가 종종 있다. 만약 그 감염인이 한 가정의 수입을 책임지는 가장이라면 가정경제의 붕괴는 불을 보듯 뻔하다. 스스로 직장을 그만두지 않더라도 건강상의 이유로 직장을 계속 다니지 못할 경우 가족의 생계 혹은 개인의 생계는 큰 어려움에 빠지게 된다. 감염인들의 이러한 특성을 고려하여 정부에서는 감염인들 중 생활유지가 곤란한 이들에게 기초생활수급자 자격을 부여하고 있다.
