Job search research has been criticized for failing to study the dynamics and change of the job search process. A lot of previous researches have used cross-sectional designs and treated job search as a static process. As a result, job search research has failed to examine how job seekers' behaviors change during the course of their search. This paper examined changes In job search behaviors(preparatory and active job search behavior, and job search intensity) and the effects of individual difference variables(self-esteem, self-efficacy, extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness) on job search behaviors. Data were gathered from 404 university students who had not found employment at the time of beginning of second semester The results of t-test pairs indicated that job seeking students increased their preparatory job search behavior and active job search behavior, but didn't job search intensity. The results of multiple regression showed that self-efficacy had strong relationship with preparatory and active job search behavior, and job search intensity, but self-esteem had not any relationship with them. Among big-5 personality, extroversion had relationship with active job search behavior and job search intensity, and agreeableness only with job search intensity.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of family and employment characteristics on the psychological well-being of Korean men in their early/middle adulthood. For this purpose total-sample of 415 married white collar male workers in Seoul were selected. Major findings were as follows; First There was no significant difference between early adulthood and middle adulthood in the level of psychological well-being of married male workers. Second marital satisfaction parental role satisfaction and th employment rate of their spouses were higher among men in the early adulthood whereas the rate of specialized and managerial jobs and job flexibility were higher among men in the middle adulthood. Third parental status parental role satisfaction work flexibility job security and job satisfaction significantly affected the psychological well-being in the early adulthood whereas parental status parental role satisfaction the quality of relationship with colleagues and job s tisfaction had significant effects on it in the middle adulthood.

The purpose of this study was to examine working mothers'parenting behavior as related to job characteristics, day care quality and psychological well-being. The subjects of this study were 202 working mothers of 3-to-6 year old children enrolled in day care centers. Data were gathered via questionnaires responded by mothers. As results, both mother's psychological well-being and parenting behaviors were positively related to job characteristics such as husband's support and work place policy and day care Quality Most significantly, the relations between husband's support as well as day care Quality and mother's behaviors were completely mediated via mother's psychological well-being. This study demonstrated that working mothers'psychological well -being is an important mediating variable in predicting positive child-rearing behaviors.

정보기술의 발전과 e-Business 환경이 급속히 확산됨에 따라 기업에서는 다양한 목적의 정보시스템을 개발 및 이용하고 있다. 그러나 규모가 작은 국내 중소규모 기업 및 조직에서는 여러 가지 제약 조건과 인식부족으로 경제적 환경변화에 대응하지 못하고 있다. 더욱이 중소규모 교육기관에서의 e-Business환경 구축은 전통적인 비즈니스 프로세스 기반의 특성으로 인해 전환을 더욱 어렵게 하고 있다. 이에 경제적인 인트라넷을 구현하여 활용함으로써, e-Business환경 변화에 적극 대응하고, 수요자 욕구에 반응할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 그 성과를 다양한 측면에서 해석하여 인트라넷 구현의 가치를 평가하였다.

This study was undertaken to explore the relationships between the personality characteristics (the rigidity and the acceptance of self and others) and the clothing behaviors according to the age and the occupation. The results were as follows; 1. In the clothing behavior, the subjects scored highest in aesthetics followed by comfort, modesty, management, dependence, interest, attention and approval in a descending order. 2. There was no significant relationship between the acceptance and the rigidity characteristics. 3. There was a highly significant relationship between the personality characteristics and the clothing behaviors. 4. There were significant differences in the rigidity characteristics and in modesty, comfort, management clothing variables according to the age. 5. There were significant differences in self-acceptance, rigidity characteristics and in management clothing variable according to the occupational status. 6. No significant interactions was found between age and occupation on personality characteristics and clothing behaviors.

근골격계 질환은 다른 질병과는 달리 직업적 특성 때문에 발생하는 질환자수가 많고 집단적으로 발생한다. 질환들의 예방활동은 단순하게 접근하거나 또는 1회 적인 예방활동으로는 원천적인 예방이 어려우므로 품질관리 시스템과 환경경영시스템을 참고하여 지속적인 관리와 더불어 조직적인 관리가 이루어 져야 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 사업장의 인간공학 관리시스템을 12가지 기본요소(방침 및 리더십, 조직, 계획, 책임, 평가 예방과 관리, 교육과 훈련, 의사소통, 규칙 및 절차, 내부 검사와 감사, 사고/질병 조사, 문서와 기록관리, 프로그램 평가)로 세분화하여 시행하였다. 이를 이용하여 pallet 적재방법, key hole 가공작업방법, 기판 수삽입 작업대 등을 개선한 사례를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 직업적 음성 사용자인 연극 배우의 음성 관리, 극중 인물 특징을 표현하기 위한 요소 중 음성이 차지하는 비중과 적합한 발성 및 발화 방법에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구에는 대구광역시 소재 K극예술연구회의 연극 배우 9명이 참여하였다. 연극 배우의 음성 관리 및 극중 인물의 특성을 표현하기 위한 발성 및 발화 방법에 대한 설문지를 작성하여 조사하였다. 여러 가지 인물에 적합한 발성법으로 '산책' 문단을 발화하도록 한 뒤, 대상자들에게 각 인물에 대한 발성 방법을 설문지에 기록하도록 하였다. 대상자들이 발화한 음성 샘플을 음향학적, 지각적 측면에서 평가하여 대상자들이 기술한 발성 및 발화 방범과의 상관을 살펴보았다. 음성 샘플은 Windows용 Praat(4.1.7)으로 수집 및 분석하였다. 소방공무원은 가장 위험한 직업중 하나로 과로사부터 훈련이나 화재진압 현장에서의 사망에 이르기까지 생명의 위험에 노출되어 있다. 이러한 위험성은 소방공무원을 기타 다른 분야의 공무원들과 근본적으로 차이를 가지게 하는 특성으로 작용한다. 소방공무원을 둘러싼 위험을 유발하는 요소들은 치명적 사고로 이어질 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 스트레스를 증가시키고 있다. 위험 유발 요소들은 제도적 요인, 문화적 요인, 그리고 개인적 경험으로 분류될 수 있고 다시 하위 항목으로 나뉠 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 소방공무원과 관련한 위험유발요인들이 스트레스라는 매개변수를 통해 소방공무원들의 조직몰입에 주는 영향을 고찰하였다.

산업현장에서 직업 특성상 무거운 자재를 옮기는 일이 많다. 이때 과도한 무게로 인한 넘어짐, 신체적 피해와 끼임 사고 등 각종 일어날 수 있는 사고에 대해 개인이 조치할 수 없는 일이 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 안전화에 IoT 기술을 적용해 작업자의 발의 압력분포도를 수집 저장하여 그 데이터를 통해 관리자가 작업자의 행동을 모니터링하고 그에 따른 무거운 자재를 들었을 때의 치우침과 균형을 판별할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

수출입업무활동에서 업체와 공공기관별로 전달해야 하는 데이터가 날로 증가하고 있지만 전달되는 데이터를 보면 기관별 서식이 조금씩 다를 뿐 반복적인 직업의 연속이다. 그래서 이의 효율적인 처리를 위해 많은 기업은 문서변환 시스템을 개발하거나 도입하여 활용하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 문서변환 시스템은 XML 문서변환을 중심으로 개발되고 있으나, 실제 수출입 업무처리 에서는 XML 뿐만 아니라 EDL 나 자체적인 파일형식으로 문서를 교환해야 하는 경유도 많다. :XML 을 중심으로 한 기존연구에서는 수작업에 의한 XML 스키마 연결의 비효율성을 해결하기 위하여 온톨로지를 이용하고 있다. 하지만 문서변환시스템의 특성상 한번에 완벽하게 온톨로지를 구축할 수가 없다. 그래서 문서변환시스템을 사용하는 사용자에 의해 온톨로지를 추가 수정 및 삭제할 수 있는 기능이 보완되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문은 수출입 문서변환업무에 사용할 수 있도록 XML 형식뿐만 아니라, EDI 형식이나 자체파일형식으로도 변환할 수 있는 범용적인 온톨로지기반 문서변환시스템을 구현하였다. 특히 온톨로지의 효과적인 관리를 위하여 문서변환시스템에 온톨로지 저작도구를 연동하여 시스템을 구성하였다.
