In this study, we examined the accuracy of the assessment items for selecting start-ups used in the project to support start-ups and verified their validity in determining whether they are appropriate assessment items based on selection criteria. The results of 973 start-ups that applied for the project fostering startup leading universities were collected and logistic regression was performed using SPSS 18.0. The study results are summarized as follows. First, the differences in characteristics of start-ups were identified in terms of selection. Second, the impact of selection by assessment items was gender in 2015, capability of the founder, business establishment in 2016, performance and potential in the global market, and business startup in 2017. Third, the overall selection accuracy analysis for the last three years confirmed that the accuracy of the selection is lower each year and that the accuracy of the selection is lower than the accuracy of the non-selection. This means that the current assessment items for selecting start-ups are inaccurate for selection, and that changes in the items due to changes in the start-up environment each year have led to lower accuracy of selection. It is meaningful that this study raised the importance of assessment items and the need for improvement of assessment items for the screening functions of good start-ups to enhance efficiency of the policies for startup support.

IT 서비스의 안정적인 공급과 IT 서비스의 품질 개선을 이루고자 하는 SLA(Service Level Agreement)에 대해 많은 연구와 시도가 지금까지 진행되어 왔다. SLA 시행에 있어서 측정 지표와 그 평가 기준 선정은 매우 중요하나, 대부분 SLA 측정 지표들은 기술관점의 항목들로 구성되어 있기 때문에, SLA 시행 결과가 사용자 중심이 아닌 서비스 제공자 중심으로 나타나고 있다. 이는 사용자의 불만족을 초래하고 서비스 제공자와의 의사 소통을 어렵게 만들고, 결국 SLA 도입 실패로 이어지는 원인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 SLA 측정 지표들에서, 사용자 중심의 SLA 측정 지표로 활용할 수 있는 항목들을 BSC 의 인과관계모델을 통해 추출하고, AHP 기법을 통해 SLA 평가 기준들과 측정 지표들에 대한 가중치를 도출하였다. 이를 통하여 사용자 관점의 SLA 지표 선정 방법에 대한 명확한 기준을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 정보보안 수준을 효과적이고 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 간편한 지표를 개발하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 기존 관련연구 및 지표를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선 방향을 설정한 후, 관련전문가들에게 예비조사를 실시하여 후보지표 항목을 선정하였다. 선정된 후보지표 항목에 대한 타당성 검증을 위해 보안 전문가 집단에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 요소로서의 타당성, 상대적 중요성, 항목 결여시 보안사고 발생확률, 사고의 심각성 등 4가지 기준에 의한 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 각 후보 지표 항목에 대한 요소로서의 타당성을 도출하였다. 대부분의 후보 항목이 바람직한 항목인 것으로 나타났다. 향후 요인 분석과 상관 분석 등을 추가로 수행하고, 보안 수준을 계량화하는 연구로 발전시킬 필요가 있다.

국내 및 세계적으로 중앙정부 관점에서 수자원관련 현황을 평가하거나 취약성을 파악하는 등 관련 적응 정책 수립, 부문별 정책 수립의 우선순위 결정과 평가를 위하여 지수(Index)와 지표(Indicator)를 개발하고 사용하고 있다. 수자원관련 지수의 개발은 이수, 치수 및 하천환경 분야의 지수가 개발되어 사용되고 있으며 그 중 치수관련 지수는 국내 외에서 많은 연구 결과가 보고되고 있다. 이러한 지표 및 지수의 구성체계는 크게 두 가지로 분류가 되며 하나는 인과관계 접근방식으로 측정하고자 하는 현상, 결과를 나타나게 하는 요인, 이러한 현상을 완화 또는 강화하기 위한 노력 간의 상관성을 파악하여 지표를 도출하고, 다른 하나는 주제 접근방식으로 파악하고자 하는 현상을 크게 분야별로 구분한 후 분야별 정책목표에 따라 하위 분야로 세분화하고 이에 따른 관련지표를 선정한다. 최근에는 주제 접근방식의 지표가 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수자원통합관리를 위하여 행정구역 및 유역의 다양한 대리변수를 조사, 분석하여 1990년부터 2007년까지의 시군구 및 국가표준지도인 수자원단위지도의 812개의 표준유역별 DB를 구축하였고, 물이용취약성지수 홍수취약성지수 하천환경취약성지수 및 유역종합관리지수를 개발하여 평가하는 유역종합관리지표를 개발하였다. 각 분야별 취약성 지수는 다양한 대리변수들을 통계분석을 통하여 잠재지표를 선정하였으며, 잠재지표들 간의 상관관계를 이용하여 서로 유사한 변수들끼리 묶어주는 요인분석을 실시하여 주제별 세부지표를 선정하였다. 지표 산정에 있어 표준화방법은 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 Z-score 방법을 사용하였고 가중치부여 방법은 동일가중치를 이용하였으며 최종적인 집계과정은 누적합산방법으로 지수를 산정하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 유역종합관리지표의 타당성조사를 위하여 2008년 강원도 지역의 이수 및 치수관련 자료를 구축하여 피해이력을 제외한 유역종합관리지수를 산정하여 제한급수 및 홍수 피해이력이 발생한 유역과 비교 분석하여 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 지표는 유역관련 현황 파악 및 취약성 분석을 통하여 향후 분야별 관련 정책 및 대책 수립에서 보다 효과적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Many companies have recently apply SLA and execute IT service by using SLA. However, there are no objective standards for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics. We derive and present measurement attributes that are criteria for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics as measurement metrics. We execute a case study based on D company in order to verify whether the measurement metrics are applicable. We apply and evaluate the measurement metrics that are applicable to D company, and then we designate an improvement line. We propose improvement guidelines of the measurement metrics which score is less than the improvement line's and derive SLA evaluation metrics. We prove that the way of selection and improvement is useful by applying SLA evaluation metrics to D company.

As the need for improvement of transparency and fairness in the selection of national R&D projects has been continuously raised, we analyzed the impact on the evaluation selection results by evaluation indexes for The land transportation technology commercialization support project and searched for ways to improve indexes using the analysis results. As for the research data, it were applied as selection results of new R&D projects and evaluation indexes in two fields(SME innovation and start-up) in 2021. Logistic regression analysis is used for the influence of each evaluation indexes on the evaluation result, and for the regression model, evaluation indexes with low influence are removed in advance through artificial neural network multiple perceptron analysis to improve the reliability of the analysis results. As a result of the analysis, in the field of SME innovation, the influence of the evaluation index on the workforce planning was the lowest and the influence of the appropriateness of commercialization promotion plan was the highest. In the start-up field, the influence of the evaluation indexes for technology development suitability, marketability, and suitability for carrying out the project were estimated to be similar to each other, and the influence of the technology evaluation index was found to be the lowest. The analysis results of this thesis suggest the need for continuous improvement of selection and evaluation indexes, and by using the analysis results to select a fair R&D institution according to the selection of appropriate indexes, it will be possible to contribute to deriving excellent research results and fostering excellent companies in the field of land transportation.

The purpose of this study was to develop an indicator for the selection of urban regeneration areas through an analytical network process. Therefore, this study derived five criteria and 58 indicators based on previous studies. Five criteria and 16 indicators were derived by taking into account the region and city characteristics of Gong-ju. Next, a survey from 63 urban regeneration experts was performed. The weight values of the criteria were calculated using the super decisions 2.0 program. As a result, population characteristics (0.244) was the most important criteria, followed by the industry economy (0.218), condition of promotion policy (0.193), social culture (0.188), and physical environment (0.158). These results will be used to select potential urban regeneration areas, and will contribute to overall effective urban regeneration.

Utilization of the former OSS was mainly focused on the usage of system applications such as operating system and DBMS. However, nowadays many companies are trying to make use of OSS based on the application rather than the system software. However, selection of base OSS is the most important to develop of application for utilizing OSS. The scope of existing OSS evaluation studies is covered the entire OSS quality. Thus existing studies of evaluation of OSS selection is insufficient. Also, the result of assessment is based on qualitative measurement rather than quantitative ones. In this paper, we derives only the indicators for selection among the existing OSS assessment indicators and suggests the assessment indicator that is capable of quantitative assessment in accordance with the characteristics of the project. The proposed assessment indicator is divided into an initial assessment indicator that can be assessed with only the information within the OSS community, and the detailed assessment indicator through metrics to make quantitative measurements possible. In this way, an objective basis can be provided through quantitative scores & indicators when selecting OSS.

새로 개발된 모형에 대한 민감도 분석은 입력변수의 선정 및 보정을 위한 필요한 지침을 제공하기 위해 수행되어야 할 필수적인 과정이다. 동적 농업비점오염 평가모델 (dynamic agricultural nonpoint source assessment tool, DANSAT)은 농업 최적관리기법(BMP)의 지표 및 지하수에 대한 영향을 평가하기 위해 개발된 3차원 모델이다. 본 연구의 목적은 서로 다른 토층 및 유역내 위치에서 입력변수의 변화에 따른 지표 및 지하관련 출력들의 반응을 토대로 DANSAT의 일반적인 민감도 분석을 수행하는 것이다. 선정된 입력변수들의 변화에 따른 세가지의 지표관련 출력 (유출량, 유사량, 유출수중 농약 부하량) 및 두가지의 지하관련 출력 (지하수로의 유입 유량 및 지하수로의 농약 유입량)의 반응이 고려되었다. 민감한 입력변수들은 하나의 격자만을 이용한 예비 민감도 분석을 통하여 선정되었는데, 대체로 토양 관련 인자들이 지표 및 지하에서 양적/질적으로 민감하게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 예비민감도 분석을 통해 선정된 토양입력변수들의 서로 다른 토층에서의 변화에 따른 모형 출력들의 반응을 고려한 수직적 민감도 분석결과, 지표관련 출력들의 경우 지표 부근의 상층 토양의 인자가, 지하관련 출력들의 경우 하부 토층의 인자가 각각 민감하게 작용하는 것으로 평가되었다. 유역내에서 입력변수들의 공간적 위치의 변화에 따른 반응을 고려하는 수평적 민감도 분석결과, 유역 경계의 주변보다 하천 주변에서의 입력변수 변화가 모형의 지표 및 지하관련 출력들에 민감한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 BMP의 지표 및 지하의 수문/수질에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 개발된 DANSAT 모형의 입력변수 선정 및 보정에 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

도시재생을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 시간 공간속성을 가진 지표데이터를 기반으로 한 종합적인 분석이 가능한 진단체계의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 진단체계 구축의 일환으로 도시 재생 대상지 선정 모듈을 개발하였다. 대상지 선정방식은 인구사회, 산업경제, 물리환경 부분별 진단지표 DB를 구축하고, 각 부문별 조건에 부합되는 지역을 선정하도록 하였다. 기준으로 설정된 조건 이외에 상세 분석을 위한 지표 조합방식을 도입하여 상세분석이 가능하도록 하였다.
