지질자원 미래 트렌드와 대응 기술개발 방안

  • 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명에 대한 선제적 대응 및 2050년 환경변화 대응 이슈 도출, 미래사회 지질자원분야 역할 재조명을 위해 2050 미래상 및 지질자원 기술의 위치와 역할에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 거시환경 분석을 위해 사회, 기술, 경제, 환경, 정치 부문(STEEP)을 분석하였다. 미래사회 변화 및 트렌드를 분석하여 지질자원 분야와 관련이 되는 주요 이슈를 4차 산업혁명, 우주 지구, 에너지, 광물자원 재료, 기후환경, 지질환경, 삶의 터전으로 제시하였다. 지질자원 분야 키워드와 미래 이슈 연관 분석, 미래사회 해결 이슈(기술 수요) 구체화, 요구하는 서비스 속성 도출, 지질자원 분야 서비스/제품을 구성하여 지속가능 풍부한 자원 미래 실현의 4개 미래기술, 예측(조정)되는 자연환경 관리의 3개 미래기술, 제한 없이 확대된 삶의 터전 구축의 3개 미래기술을 제시하였다.

A Study on Trust and Distrust on Science and Technology: Focusing on Geological Resource Technology (과학기술에 대한 신뢰 및 불신 연구: 지질자원기술을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the trust and distrust perception of our society about science and technology. In addition to examining trust and distrust in science and technology, we also looked at trust and distrust in geoscience technology. In addition, by comparing the levels of trust and distrust in science and technology and geological resource technology, the implications for improving the reliability of geological resource technology are drawn. This study surveyed male and female office workers over 20 years of age working in the Seoul metropolitan area on the trust and distrust of science and technology. The results of this study show that respondents showed above-average trust in science and technology and geological resource technology. According to the gender or age of respondents, there was no difference in trust and distrust of science and technology and geological resource technology. As a result of examining the difference between trust and distrust in science and technology and geological resource technology, respondents showed higher trust scores in science and technology than geological resource technology. These results suggest that current communications activities on geological resources should be more active and diversified.

  • 지질자원정보는 지구과학정보로서, SOC건설, 국토개발, 자연재해방지 및 교육 분야에서 활용되는 국가 기반 지식정보에 해당되며, 그 활용가치로 인해 다양한 분야에서 정보 수요가 증가하고 있다. 지질자원정보 및 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기술적 환경요인으로서 분산된 리소스의 공동 활용을 위한 인터넷 정보 표준 서비스 기술 및 정보의 공공활용을 위한 지질자원정보화 생산기관에서 역할의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 지질자원정보분야에서 외부 환경에서 지질자원정보화를 능동적으로 추진하기 위한 고려사항 및 전략들을 알아보고 효율적인 정보화를 위한 관련 시스템 모델 및 기술들에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

  • This study focuses on the sustainable development and intelligence information society, analyzing the results of science and technology forecasts from Korea and Japan for 2040-2050. Future geological environment and disaster technologies are presented, such as base geology, geophysical geological disaster, weather adjustment, $CO_2$ reduction, environmental disaster, and smart ecocity developments. For the future technologies in energy and resources technology, space resources development and nuclear fusion will be realized by 2040 and 2050. Moreover, new material and resource technologies will be applied to replace existing energy and mineral resources by 2040. Japan has introduced intelligent information viewpoints and presented new technologies.

  • This study was carried out to seek communication programs of geo-technology R&D outcome. For this, the following questions were set. 1) How much portion do KIGAM as the main body of geo-technology R&D among articles reported by major newspapers? 2) What are strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat factors of geo-technology R&D outcome from the communication view point? 3) What is the communication tasks and the communication ways for them? In conclusion, the communication programs of geo-technology R&D outcome using SMTCR(Sender-Message-Tool-Channel-Receiver) model were suggested.

  • This study was carried out to analyze public recognition of geo-technology and its outcome. On the basis of the study, the task of PR/communication to promote status of geo-technology and the PR program by stage(SMTCR) for strategy of geo-technology outcome were suggested as follows; operation of PR committee and plus-one appraisal system on a sender scope, media caravan tour and opinion editorial for geo-technology on a message scope, geoscience award and active use of "the year of earth science" on a tool and channel scopes, and regular measurement of public response and regular appraisal of PR goal/results on a receiver scope.

  • This study examines the communication status and strategies of geological resource related companies in Korea through the comparison with American companies. Through this analysis, this study is to draw the domestic companies' characteristics and problems on communication, and even to suggest how to execute the communication about geo-technologies at national level. The results indicate that geo-technologies related compaies in Korea don't use a lot of advertising communication as means of providing informations about corporate itself, corporate activities, and it's product, etc. And the companies using advertising communication tend to execute more organization advertising focusing on corporate image than product advertising. The advertising utilized by geological resource related companies is usually targeted at consumers, they don't use advertising endorser actively. And all the companies analyzed in this study have their own website and run it. This study provides some recommendations on communication strategies and executions for various geo-technologies related organizations. (1)Advertising strategies for establishing a specific image (2)Advertising message for understanding about geo-technologies (3)A variety of advertising creative (4)A consistent advertising concept and message strategies (5)A consideration about website in terms of PR (6)Information on website for various stakeholders (7)Providing various information message on website.

  • This study investigates the differences of recognition about geo-technologies outcome between experts and nonexperts. Based on these findings, this study would offer suggestions for future communication strategies on research outcome in a various field of scientific research as well as KIGAM. The result shows that there are differences between expert and nonexpert in the level of recognition about geoscience research outcome. The findings of this study emphasize the needs for recognizing the concept that geo-technologies are directly related to people's lives and external communication is necessary.
