  • 석유시추 보호관의 비선형 운동을 시뮬레이트하는 유효한 해법이 non-uniform grid 유한차분법과 implicit time 적분법에 근거하여 제시되었다. 극한 상태에 있는 지지 플랫폼의 상승 가속도에 의해 생기는 보호관의 동적 좌굴형 반응에 관하여 상세히 연구되었고, 이 반응에 미치는 중요 변수가 규명되었다. 운동의 현저한 감소와 이에 따른 응력들이 컴플라이언트 행오프(hang-off)를 적용시킴으로써 얻어졌다.

The Effects of Social Tourism Information Platform on Experience Value and e-Loyalty of Visitors to Tourism Information (관광정보 이용객이 지각하는 소셜관광정보플랫폼이 경험가치 및 e-충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of a social tourism information platform on platform users' experiential value and e-loyalty and performed an empirical analysis with the aim to propose methods and implications regarding what strategies can enable practical application for sustainable growth in the operation of a social tourism information platform in the future tourism industry. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the analysis supported the hypothesis that sub-factors of a social tourism information platform, such as interactivity, information reliability, and usefulness, have statistically significant positive effects on experiential value. Second, the analysis did not support the hypothesis that the sub-factors of a social tourism information platform, such as interactivity, information reliability, and usefulness, have statistically significant positive effects on e-loyalty. Third, the analysis supported the hypothesis that experiential value has a statistically significant positive effect on e-loyalty. Consequently, tourism companies should improve customers' experiential value by supplementing their existing platforms, considering the interactivity, information reliability, and usefulness of users based on these characteristics of social tourism information platforms. To increase e-loyalty to their social tourism information platforms, tourism companies should clearly and rapidly provide the information needed by users in addition to improving the visual design of such platforms. Moreover, to increase e-loyalty, the companies can incorporate their own killer content into platforms for users to have an enjoyable time, using platforms that stimulate their interest and give pleasure and fun, and this way, they can satisfy the users' needs for experiential value.

Design of the Blade-Type Optical Bench for Earth Observation Satellite (지구관측위성의 블레이드형 광학탑재체 지지구조물 설계)

  • This paper is a study on the blade-type optical bench satisfying stiffness and thermal pointing error requirements for earth observation satellite. According to shape requirements, optical bench is designed. Because it does not satisfy the stiffness requirement, the stiffener is added on the outer/inner area of optical bench. But it does not meet the thermal pointing error requirement. So symmetrical structure is suggested with platform support structure attached on the upper/lower part of platform. Although it has better value than previous case, it still does not meet the thermal pointing error requirement. Based on the results of prior cases, optical bench finally designed, which satisfied both the stiffness and thermal pointing error requirements. Next conclusions follow from this design. It is efficient to increase thickness of platform facesheet, add stiffener and increase blade number to raise stiffness. It is effective to connect component consisting of same material and design optical bench having symmetrical structure to lower thermal pointing error.

해상 풍력발전시스템을 위한 부유식 플랫폼 형식에 대한 기술보고

  • 본고에서는 유럽, 미국, 일본에서 활발하게 수행되고 있는 해상 풍력발전시스템을 위한 부유식 플랫폼에 대한 연구활동 및 기술내용에 대해서 논하고자 한다. 아직까지 부유식 해상 풍력발전 시스템이 실증되지는 않았지만 현재 실증을 추진하고 있으며, 앞으로 늦어도 10년 내에 부유식 해상풍력 발전단지의 조성이 가시화 될 것으로 예상하고 있다. 본고를 통하여 지금까지 부유식 해상풍력 발전시스템으로 제안된 여러 가지 형태의 개념설계안을 검토하였다. 육지 면적이 좁고 인구밀도가 높은 반면에 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸여 있는 우리나라에서도 부유식 해상 풍력발전 시스템 기술개발이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 이를 위하여 우선적으로 풍력발전 시스템 자체의 성능을 예측하고 해석할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발과 해상에서 이를 지지하는 플랫폼의 거동예측 프로그램을 결합한 시스템적인 설계해석 프로그램의 자체개발 및 보유가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 풍력발전 분야의 전문가들뿐만 아니라 플랫폼을 설계할 수 있는 해양공학 분야의 전문가들과의 융합연구가 요망된다.

  • New platform governments will play a role to pull intelligent information technology to drive new ecological government innovation and sustainable development in which the government and people work together. On this, in order to establish the platform of the platform government, we will look at recent research trends and lay the foundation for future policy directions and research bases. using Text Mining method, and went through Topic modeling for the collected text data and network analysis was conducted. According to the result, based on latent topic, the stronger the connection center, the weaker the relationship. Through this study, we hope that discussions will take place in a variety of ways to improve the understanding of the supply and demand approach of Korea's platform government and implement appropriate change management methods such as service public base and service provision in accordance with the value and potential topics of platform government.

  • In this paper, an experimental study on the control of the plume deflection panel(PDP) with a support jack of the ground launching platform using a tilt angle sensor is described. To overcome the disadvantages of the existing PDP control without a support jack using a limit sensor, the control algorithm using a tilt angle sensor and the ferroelectric RAM in the Launcher Control Unit for recognizing the contact with the ground in an abnormal operation is proposed to control the PDP in various operation environments. Finally, the proposed algorithm can be well applied for not only heavy-load launching platforms but also any other similar systems.

  • This study is designed to explore the function of Twitter as a campaign platform during election campaign. For exploring the function of Twitter the form of tweet, the type of information on tweet and the way of opinion expression via Twitter were discussed by content analysis. This study finds, first, that, netizens express their opoinion of candidates without foundation and with emotional reactions. Second, they showed somewhat conflictive reactions according to their supporting candidates. This study conceptualized various kinds of public as 'blindly support public,' and 'blindly opposition public' in case of Park's supporters, 'rational support public,' and 'critical opposition public' in case of Na's supporters. Third, Park's supporters debated Na candidate's attitude of debate and her appearance blindly without foundation. Na's supporters argued Park's attitude of debate and his ignorance of Seoul Metropolitan government's policy blindly without foundation. Finally, this study discussed the relationship between the political discourse according to netizens' supporting via Twitter and the results of election. Park whose supporters attacked the opposing candidate by blaming her appearance and her attitude of debate won the election. Na didn't overcome her negative images. For her Twitter functioned as a media which is spreading negative factors about her. In conclusion, Twitter as a campaign platform during election times plays a key role in discussing candidates. However, netizens need to express their opinions with foundation and the candidates have to consider negative issue management. This study highlights the importance of peripheral factors which have a decisive effect on the results of election. The results of this study is useful for building political campaign strategy by candidates.

  • 공간부족과 해안 매립으로 발생되는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 초대형부유구조물이 각광 받고 있으며, 대표적인 구조형식으로는 폰톤식과 반잠수식이 있다. 하지만 다양한 환경에 적용하기에는 구조적으로 한계를 가지고 있으며, 이를 극복하기 위해 부유체 하부에 수직으로 결합된 실린더에 공기를 가두어 지지되는 공기안정식 플랫폼이 제안되어졌으나 아직 개념단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공기 안정식 초대형부유구조물의 실린더 내부 공기상태에 따른 안정성을 검토하기 위하여 유체정역학적 관계를 통해 실린더 내부의 공기 복원력 변수를 산정하였으며, 선형파랑하중에 따른 구조물의 응답을 최소화 할 수 있는 변수의 범위를 제시하였다.

  • Propulsion system of the current developing satellite is roughly composed of propellant tank and four major modules. Each module prevides the pulse momentum for spacecraft attitude control, filling/draining of propellant and pressurant, propellant filtering, and the change of flow passage in the spacecraft emergency situation, respectively. These modules will be fixed on the propulsion platform with their suitable mounting brackers, so the brackets shall be designed sufficiently to support a function of the modules under launch environment and on-orbit condition. The purpose of this article is to check if all the bracket designs satisfy the defined structural requirements through finite element analysis, and then to verify structural safety.
