  • 인터넷의 발달로 디지털콘텐츠의 생성과 활용이 급격히 증가하면서 디지털콘텐츠에 대한 서비스 방식이 URL 방식에서 URN 방식으로 변화하고 있다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 KOI나 한국전산원의 UCI가 그 예라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 식별체계 간의 등록$\cdot$변환서비스가 호환되지 않기 때문에 식별체계를 활용하여 디지털콘텐츠를 서비스하기 위해서는 커널메타데이터를 각각 등록하여야 하며, 디지털콘텐츠 변환서비스도 서로 연계가 이루어 지지 않기 때문에 개별적으로 서비스 되고 있다. 디지털콘텐츠를 보다 효율적으로 생성$\cdot$활용하기 위하여 식별체계간의 등록$\cdot$변환서비스 연계가 가능한 식별체계 간 연계시스템 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Application of Case Management to the Self-support Program (자활사업에서의 사례관리 적용에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • This article focuses on the use of case management in the Self-support program. Case management is a service modality which provides integrated services for people with multiple needs in the community. The goal to accomplish self-sufficiency of working participants in Self-Support Programs is positively affected by the efforts to reduce high social risks they are exposed. It is recommended that the agencies running Self-support programs apply case management to increase the quality of lives as well as the effectiveness of exiting statuses of conditional welfare recipients. Several service considerations of case management are recommended for the change in the structure and functioning of the Self-Support Program: Integrated view and contextualized thinking, empowerment-oriented approach, and a development of the community support system through networking. Types of case management and practice roles of the case manager applicable to the Self-Support Program are also recommended. Structural aspects of an organization, inter-organizational linkages and contextual factors need to be considered to improve problematic conditions that have not enough resources and appropriate authorities in providing case management functions.

  • This study is a descriptive correlation study to identify the factors affecting life satisfaction for shift service workers and is a secondary data analysis study using the raw data from the Fifth Korean Work Environment Survey. Five hundred and seventy-seven study subjects were selected from 20-year-old wage workers who had more than one year of work experience at the time of the survey and had worked more than 40 hours a week. The analysis used SPSS 23.0 WIN, including a t-test, one-way ANOVA by Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation oefficients, and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Regarding the general characteristics of the subjects, there was a difference in life satisfaction according to age, educational level, industrial type, and subjective health status. The higher the work-life balance and work satisfaction of the shift service worker, the higher the life satisfaction. In addition, social support had a moderating effect on the relationship between work-life balance and work satisfaction of shift service workers. Active social support, work satisfaction, and work-life balance improvement promotion programs were developed and applied to shift work service workers considering the factors influencing life satisfaction, thereby improving the life satisfaction of work shift service workers.

A Qualitative Case Study on the Work and Welfare Service Experiences of People with Developmental Disabilities in the Occupational Rehabilitation Facilities (장애인근로사업장 발달장애인의 일과 복지서비스경험에 관한 질적 사례연구)

  • This study is a qualitative case study whose aims were to investigate the work and welfare service experiences of people with developmental disabilities in the occupational rehabilitation facilities. For the purpose of this study selected as its participants 8 people with developmental disabilities whom has been worked currently in the occupational rehabilitation facilities. The profound interviews of those participants were performed and the data on the occupational rehabilitation facilities were analysed. Also, the study analysed the data in a way of investigating the respondents' statements regarding their work and welfare in the occupational rehabilitation facilities. The results of this analysis, 10 categories, 22 sub-categories and 5 key topics of the respondent's experiences were drawn out. The 5 key topics of the people with developmental disabilities in the occupational rehabilitation facilities were 'pride of the economic stability', 'happiness of work itself', 'a sense of accomplishment of the regular worker', 'recognition and exchange of the coworker and superior', 'expectation of the welfare service and the expansion of the participation in the occupational rehabilitation facilities were 'pride of the economic stability', 'happiness of work itself', 'a sense of accomplishment of the regular worker', 'recognition and exchange of the coworker and superior', 'expectation of the welfare service and the expansion of the participation in the occupational rehabilitation facilities'. Based on the results, implications for the work and welfare service of people with developmental disabilities in the occupational rehabilitation facilities were provided.

A Study of Customer Responses to Service Failure and Recovery: The Role of Service Provider's Recovery Effort and Customer-Employee Rapport (서비스 실패와 복구 후의 소비자 반응에 관한 연구: 서비스제공자의 복구노력과 고객-종업원의 친밀감의 역할을 중심으로)

  • This study investigated the effect of service provider's recovery effort and pre-failure customer-employee rapport on post-recovery consumer response such as satisfaction, purchase intention, and positive Word-of-Mouth communication. First, this study explored the interaction effect of recovery effort and customer-employee rapport on post-recovery consumer response. The result shows when the level of pre-failure customer-employee rapport is high, customer's positive responses decreased slightly even though they perceived low recovery effort. However, when the level of pre-failure customer-employee rapport is low, customer's responses were decreased considerably in case of low recovery effort. Second, this study examined 'service recovery paradox' which is post-recovery consumer's satisfaction is greater than the case of no service failure. The result shows recovery paradox was not supported in all samples regardless of the level of recovery effort and customer-employee rapport. Synthetically, customer-employee rapport took a buffering role in customer response after service failure although it's not the same as error-free state.

Economic Values of Freshwater Ecosystem Services from Demand and Supply Perspectives (수요 및 공급측면에서 평가한 하천 생태계서비스의 경제적 가치)

  • This study aims to estimate the values of freshwater ecosystem services from demand and supply perspectives. From demand side, unit-values of ecosystem services are derived from Environmental Valuation Information System (EVIS) and aggregated to 5 main watersheds in Korea. The derived unit-values are based on the willingness to pay estimates per household from stated preference methods. The nation-wide average total values of water quantity supply, water purification, and natural disaster control are estimated as 501.2, 410.4, and 242.4 billion won/year, respectively. From supply side, we examine the direct and indirect public expenditures (or investment) in 2013 to improve freshwater ecosystem services by the government. The total sum of government expenditures corresponds to 8,882 billion won in 2013, where 12.9, 81.3, 0.3 and 5.3% are spent to improve provisioning, regulating, supporting and cultural services, respectively, indicating that most efforts are concentrated in enhancing regulating services.

  • MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching)를 이용한 IP 기반의 VPN은 고수익을 원하는 서비스제공자들과 저비용을 원하는 기업들에게 인트라넷(intranet)과 익스트라넷(extranet)의 해결책으로서 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. MPLS VPN에 대한 표준화는 IETF에서 추진되고 있는데, BGP multiprotocol extension(BGP-E)이라는 프로토콜을 이용하는 구조와 Virtual Router(VR)라는 개념을 이용하는 구조가 제안되었다. BGP-E 방식은 시스코에 의해 제안되어 RFC2547로 채택되었다. 이 방식에서는 BGP-E를 이용하여 도달성과 멤버쉽 정보를 PE간에 교환한다. VR 방식은 노텔과 루슨트를 중심으로 여러 기업들이 지지하고 있고 드래프트 형태로 작업중이다. 이 방식에서는 PE들에 VPN별로 VR들을 배치하고 같은 VPN에 속하는 VR들끼리 기존의 라우팅 프로토콜을 이용하여 라우팅 정보를 교환한다. 두 방식의 근본적 차이는 도달성과 멤버쉽 메커니즘의 분리 여부이다. 세계적으로 이름 있는 통신 회사들이 경쟁적으로 MPLS 시스템을 개발하고 있는 상황에서 MPLS VPN 기술도 빠르게 시장에 확산될 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 서로 다른 기술적 접근을 하고 있는 서비스제공자들간의 MPLS VPN에 대한 호환성은 시급히 풀어야 할 숙제로 남아 있다.

Effect of Ecosystem Factors on Job Satisfaction of Long-Term Care Worker -Focusing on the Home Care Worker- (생태체계 요인이 요양보호사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -재가급여기관 종사자를 중심으로-)

  • We attempted to provide a way to improve job satisfaction by analyzing the relationship between the factors influencing job satisfaction directly or indirectly by the ecological system factors of long-term care worker who provide elderly care services at home benefit institutions. In this study, job satisfaction was confirmed to have a positive (+) correlation with all ecological factors except for social and cultural environmental factors by setting the causal relationship between the social and social characteristics of long-term care worker and job satisfaction as dependent variables. The factors with the highest correlation with job satisfaction were social support, followed by family support, job conditions, trust in welfare policies for the elderly, self-efficacy, and self-esteem. Therefore, it can be seen that nursing care workers who recognize positive support from the surrounding social network and family surrounding nursing care workers and positively recognize job conditions are generally positive.

Factors Affecting Successful Aging in Rural Elderly People (농촌 노인의 성공적 노화 영향요인 분석)

  • This study was done to examine the affecting factors of successful aging to provide basic information for developing intervention program for the rural elderly. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive design was used. Data was collected through questionnaire from 208 people with age over 65 residing in an rural community. They were recruited by convenience sampling. Collected data were analyzed by independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression through SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: Explanatory factors affecting the rural elderly's successful aging were social support, depression, cognitive function, productive activity and Activities of daily living, respectively, and these five factors accounted for 42.1% of the variance in successful aging. Conclusion: The rural elderly's successful aging requires establishment of social support system such as health medical service supply and social activities by being connected with social communities, and for this, this study suggests that there be a necessity of developing customized nursing intervention program.

Stress - Coping - Adaptation model for Unwed Mothers : It's Empirical Test (미혼모의 스트레스-대처-적응 모형 검증)

  • This study aimed to empirically test the causal model of stress-coping-adaptation for unwed mothers, which was built upon the Lazarus and Folkman's(1984) "Stress-Coping-Adaptation" model. In doing so researchers endeavored to provide practice implications as well as theoretical ones which would be helpful both to alleviate the unwed mothers' stress level, and to facilitate social adaptation of the unwed mothers. In order to fulfill research purpose data were collected from the national sample of 423 unwed mothers in Korea. The results showed that the overall goodness of the fit of the proposed causal model was excellent. Most of the path coefficients between social support, stress, coping, and adaption turned out to be statistically significant. The moderating effects of "pursuit of social support" between stress and adaption was not significant statistically, though. Implications and suggestions were provided to reduce the level of stress of the unwed mothers, and to facilitate the adaptation of the unwed mothers.
