His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation . 한국건설생활환경시험연구원(이하 KCL)은 건축자재, 토목 관련 제품, 생활환경, 물류, 의료기기 등에 대한 시험 평가 인증과 교육 컨설팅, 연구개발 등을 효율적으로 수행하고 있으며, 국내 산업의 기술 고도화와 소비자 보호, 국가경쟁력 제고를 위해 설립된 시험인증 기관이다. KCL은 특히 2010년 7월 8일 한국건자재시험연구원과 한국생활환경시험연구원이 통합 출범한 이후 더욱 풍부한 경험과 노하우를 축적하게 되었고 전문인력과 첨단 인프라를 갖추게 되었다. 현재 약 500여 명의 전문요원이 국내외 20개 사업장에서 일하고 있다. KCL은 지식경제부, 국토해양부, 환경부 식약청 등 주요 12개 부처에서 40여 개 기관지정을 받은 전문시험연구기관이며, TUV, MTS, Eurofins 등 해외 유수의 기관들과 MOU를 체결하여 해외로의 진출에도 적극 앞장서고 있다.

Cessation and re smoking is recursive and addictive behaviors. Understanding differences in awareness of smokers and nonsmokers is fundamental to devise smoking policies. Research is focused on male adult's choices of educators and motivation level by personal attributes and awareness. There was a difference in awareness of smoking policies between smokers and nonsmokers. Community health centers and physicians were preferred for antismoking educator but not different between smokers and nonsmokers. Motivational levels of cessation in pictures of lung cancer, dental therapy, cigarette taxation, smoking area restriction and social marketing were statistically significant. The results indicate that male adult smokers are Motivated to quit smoking by those five contributors[P=.000].

The identity of public libraries in Japan is a social education institution under the 「Social Education Act」 and the 「Library Act」. For these identities, the local government's board of education has operated and managed public libraries, and some have managed by the Management Outsourcing System to public organizations. Then, in 2003, the 「Local Autonomy Act」 was revised to introduce the Designated Manager System in form of administrative disposition, and expanded the scope of application to private institutions and organizations. As of the end of 2018, 18.0% of public libraries introduced the DMS, but the pros and cons surrounding it are sharply opposed. This study outlined the overall status of the DMS and the introduction of public libraries, and critically reviewed major issues. As a result, As a result, there was much controversy over the expected cost reduction, service improvement, employee professionalism, business continuity, and cooperation network establishment when DMS was introduced. The reasons were due to downsizing-based personnel management, contract-oriented employment, short periods of designation, lack of multiple competitive markets, and declining service capabilities of irregular workers. The public library is a knowledge and cultural infrastructure that enhances human values and social dignity based on faithful collection and active service, and is a local public goods that emphasizes non-exclusion and non-competitiveness. Given the increasing number of cases in which public libraries are recently contracting out to cultural foundations in Korea, DMS is not a fire across the river. We need to be wary of the possibility that Japan's unbearable institutional lightness will be applied to public libraries in Korea.

In line with the United Nations' Action Plan for the First and Second World Programme for Human Rights, countries around the world are making efforts to strengthen and develop human rights education through voluntary participation and improvement of the legal system. South Korea is also trying to spread human rights education under the leadership of the National Human Rights Commission of the Republic of Korea, but there has been no significant progress so far. Moreover, it has failed to pay close attention to the human rights issues of seafarers on board. This study identified the phenomenological problems based on an analysis of domestic and international literature, and of cases of violation of seafarers' human rights. It utilized the interactivity research method to create an educational environment for improving the human rights situation of seafarers on board mixed-nationality crew vessels. In doing so, the research suggests the introduction of human rights education for seafarers and the implementation of a human rights education program in designated educational institutions as fundamental solutions to the human rights issues of seafarers, as these have been pointed out as the main cause of conflicts in mixed-nationality crew vessels.

우리협회는 지난 2006년 개정된 수도법(수도법 제21조5)에 따라 법정의무교육기관으로 지정을 받으면서, 상수도분야 리딩그룹을 대상으로 한 '상수도 최고관리자과정'을 2007년부터 개설하여 운영 중이다. 작년에는 우리와 문화적 여건이 비슷한 일본(동경, 오사카)의 수도사업현장을 벤치마킹하였고, 올해에는 지난 4월 10일부터 18일까지 7박 9일간의 일정으로 물산업 선진국인 유럽의 3개국 (프랑스, 네덜란드, 스페인)을 대상으로 상수도 최고관리자과정이 진행되었다.

문화자원으로서의가치를내재하고, 접근성이양호한 등대 중일부를 문화교육시설, 공공편의시설 등을 확충하여 등대해양문화공간으로 지정(운영)하고 있으나, 지역(등대)별 해양문화 공연 프로그램의 획일화 등에 따른 집객효과 저조로 다양한 문화컨텐츠 도입이 필요하며, 지자체 등 유관기관과의 협업을 통한 해양관광 개발 등 시너지 효과를 극대화 하기 위한 방안을 연구하였다.
