This paper was written for the purpose of using as the theoretical basic data of judgment in the situation that there is a growing demand for intelligent design theory to be taught in public schools along with evolution theory. In order to verify the possibility that intelligent design theory, which has little empirical evidence unlike evolutionary theory, could be a scientific theory, what intelligence is and whether the trace of intelligence is actually found in nature was confirmed through literature. If intelligent elements, which are traces of intelligence in nature, are discovered empirically in nature, then intelligent design theory can be recognized as a scientific theory and can also be taught in public schools. The identity and traces of intelligence were found in relevant literature and the traces are found not only in various artificial products derived from human beings such as thinking, knowledge, and civilization, but also in all phenomena of nature. Based on these results, this paper provides a discussion on how the evolutionary theory and intelligent design theory should be handled in the field of school education, as well as how to resolve the conflicts between evolutionary theory and intelligent design theory.

2002년도 한 해 동안 생산 및 설계공학 관련 분야를 중심으로, 소성가공, 절삭가공, 금형 및 사출성형, 용접 및 특수가공, 생산자동화 및 관리, CAD/CAM, 기계요소 및 기구설계, 공작기계 및 기계시스템설계, 지적설계 및 최적설계, 윤활 및 마멸, 생체공학, MEMS 등으로 분류하여 각 분야에서 그 동안 발전 개발하여 게재된 연구 및 실험 논문들을 중심으로 이들 분야에 대한 관련 동향등을 정리하면 다음과 같다.

이 연구는 컴퓨터 포인팅 게임이 중도(重度) 지적장애아동의 시지각 능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 시지각 능력에 효과적인 컴퓨터 포인팅 게임을 난이도 수준에 따라 3단계로 설계 및 개발하였다. 효과를 최대로 이끌기 위해, 1, 2주와 3주에 적용할 교수 학습 모형을 다르게 설계하였다. 그 효과를 알아보기 위해, 성남의 지적장애 H학교 초등부 재학생 중, 중도 지적장애아동이면서 낮은 시지각 능력을 보이지만, 교정시력과 손가락 사용에 어려움이 없는 4명의 아동을 대상으로 3주간 1회에 15분씩, 15회 실험을 실시하였다. 양적인 평가를 위해, 표준화 검사 도구인 한국판 시지각 발달검사(K-DTVP-2)를 4차에 걸쳐 진행하였고, 질적 평가를 위해, 관찰평가일지를 매주 실험이 끝난 후 작성하였다. 연구결과, 컴퓨터 포인팅 게임은 지적장애아동의 시지각 능력을 양적 질적 측면에서 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

The existing 2D cadastre as the core engine of land administration systems met with the difficulty of managing and representing the real 3D world. As a result, a 3D cadastre system has emerged as a solution oriented towards managing, representing and providing 3D spatial information related to physical status, land rights, restrictions and responsibilities. The aim of this study is to establish the foundation of the 3D cadastre information system. With this in mind, this paper aims not only to set up the data range of the 3D cadastre, but also to design a conceptual model based on an LADM (Land Administration Domain Model) through the investigation of legal restrictions and land uses relating to spaces in 3D.

지적정보는 정보자체가 가지는 높은 보안과 고유의 특성으로 인해 유통 및 활용에 어려움이 있고, 타 기본공간정보와의 융복합을 위한 상호운영성이 미흡한 실정이다. 하지만, 정보의 개방과 통합은 당연한 시대적 흐름으로서 개방과 통합의 범위는 점차 확대되는 추세에 있다. 최근, 정보의 공개 및 유통을 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 공간정보에 대한 인프라 즉, 표준에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 정보간 융복합과 서비스 측면에서 다양한 분야별로 많은 표준들이 개발, 운영되고 있는데, 특히, 메타데이터 표준이 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 메타데이터 표준은 정보에 대한 정확한 설명을 제공하고, 사용자가 정보를 선택하고 활용하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 부가정보를 제공하는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지적정보가 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 수요가 창출될 수 있도록 한국의 환경에 맞는 지적정보 메타데이터 표준(안)을 설계하고자 한다. 지적정보의 특성을 감안한 메타데이터 표준의 구성을 통해 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 조기에 실현하고, 타 공간정보와의 융복합을 통한 시너지 창출 및 국가 기본공간정보로서의 역할을 충실히 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 토지에 관한 각종 정보 중 현재 2차원에 국한된 지적정보를 지적공부에 등록하고 있으나 토지의 입체적인 활용의 증대 및 이에 따른 입체적 권리의 다양화 등으로 2차원적인 토지정보의 등록방법으로는 효율적인 토지관리 및 소유권 보호에 한계에 이르고 있어 이에 대한 대안으로 3차원 지적정보를 지적공부에 등록할 수 있는 기본방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 국토개발에 대한 정책결정 정보를 효율적으로 제공 할 수 있으며, 국민소득의 증가에 따라 사회간접시설(SOC)분야 및 국민 개개인의 토지이용에 있어 각종 계획과 설계 등의 인프라 조성에 기여하게 될 것이다.

This study suggests the adjustment method of cadastral non-coincidence using spatial data referenced digital cadastral map and a present state. In designing the methodology, we should introduce the semi-automatic method for guaranteeing the stability and the accuracy at the arrangement of cadastral non-coincidence based on some cadastral specialist. This study could mainly show you rotation type, bias type, and rotation/bias type among cadastral non-coincidence types. We selected the matching reference point through the prototype system which automatically arranges in the study area. And then, we analysis the optimum rotation ratio(-0.4%). Finally, this paper show you calibrating cadastral non-coincidence using the rotation ratio. The methodology of this study has a limitation for arranging in case of cadastral non-coincidence by the area variation and some irregular types with unknown reason. Therefore, this case should be surveyed in direct method.

The configuration of injection molded part can be classified into primary feature and supplementary feature. Even though supplementary features such as ribs, snap fits and bosses make mold more complicated, which cause the increasement of the mold cost, supplementary features should be attached to primary features because of assembly, reinforcement, moldability and other functional purposes. But it is not easy for novice designers to design them appropriately because of the profound knowledge related to Injection molding. In this paper, the intelligent design tool called ISFD(Intelligent Supplementary Feature Designer) which supplies easy, simple, time and cost-effective design method has been studied and developed. A knowledge-based design system is a new tool which enables the concurrent design and CIM with integrated and balanced design decisions at the initial design stage of injection molding.

This study proposes design of courseware based on scaffolding for teaching math word problem solving of students with intellectual disabilities. This courseware not only offer various technological supports to solving difficult problems of students with intellectual disabilities but also systematically withdraw that supports. Compared with previous related softwares, this courseware has potential that can adapt math strategies to meet different needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, increase independent learning ability of learners and maintain high level of motive through successful problem solving experience.

This research works out a design for the assessment model of intellectual capital of the public library based the intellectual capital and assessment index. The public library is created by the intellectual & social capital through knowledge & information service. This study presented core competencies and index and was examined on applicability the assessment model in the public libraries. The result of this research was looked forward to help to index of quantitative and qualitative assessment in values and competencies for libraries' environment.
