This study aim to figure out the limitation of existing ICT SMEs technology support programs conducted by Government Funded Research Institute. To investigate the limitations of SMEs programs, we conducted Focus Group Interview(FGI) with staff in charge of R&D department of beneficiaries(ICT SMEs). The results of FGI show that SMEs have troubles with the lack of R&D manpower, R&D infrastructure and non-R&D activities. Then, we conducted Delphi survey(derived from FGI) with related field experts to ask the problems and limitations of SMEs programs. The Results of Delphi show that SMEs programs has limitations with avoiding of SMEs support staff, lack of public R&D infrastructure sharing center, incompleteness of policies. Based on the results of FGI and Delphi, we suggest the several ways to improving SMEs programs.

최근 정부가 저탄소 녹색성장을 새로운 국정비전으로 제시하고 혁신적 그린에너지 기술개발을 위해 연평균 20%이상의 R&D 예산을 증액하고 있는 상황에서 연구개발결과의 상용화율 제고를 위한 연구기획, 평가, 관리시스템의 개선이 시급한 실정이다. 특히 선진국의 경우 최근 3년간 에너지분야 R&D의 상용화율이 미국 35.9%, 유럽 46.8%로서 24.2%인 한국에 비해 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 이와같은 격차가 존재하는 것에 대해서 다양한 요인을 생각해볼 수 있겠지만, 크게 시장적인 또는 산업적인 측면에서의 중요도를 기준으로 연구과제를 선정하지 못하고 있다는 점과 연구개발결과를 효율적으로 사업화하고 있지 못하고 있다는 점을 생각해볼 수 있다. 특히 에너지 분야는 대규모 자금의 초기소요 및 개발기술 상용화기간의 장기화등으로 인해 사업화 실적이 타산업대비 매우 저조한 편이다. 이와같은 연구결과의 사업화와 관련된 문제점을 극복하기 위한 노력으로 국내에서 다양한 형태의 기술사업화 지원프로그램이 운영괴고 있으나, 에너지 분야에 특화된 프로그램은 부족한 상황이다. 반면에 미국의 경우, 재생에너지 R&D분야 전문투자자 그룹인 클린테크그룹 등을 중심으로 2002년부터 현재까지 다수의 녹색기술분야에 특화된 기술사업화 지원 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 그 결과 현재까지 약 9년간 총 16억$의 투자유치에 성공함으로써 민간투자 활성화 역할을 담당하고 있다. 따라서 국내의 경우에도 이와같은 에너지 R&D 결과를 효과적으로 사업화로 연계시킬 수 있는 관련 프로그램 등이 시급히 도입되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 사업화 부진문제를 해결하기 위한 하나의 방안으로서 올해부터 정부주관으로 시행되고 있는 녹색인증사업을 활용하여 사업화가 유망한 기술 및 기업을 선별하고, 이에 대해 사업화 지원을 위한 후속프로그램을 적극 지원함으로써 연구개발결과의 경제적 활용도를 획기적으로 개선하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 사업화 지원프로그램의 효율성을 높이기 위해 수도권, 영남권, 호남권 등 지역별 TP 등을 중심으로 기술사업화 협력 네트워크를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 한 수요기술조사, 기술마케팅, 투자자유치 등의 관련프로그램을 개발하여 전단의 시스템과 융합시킴으로써 향후의 정부주도 R&D결과의 상용화율을 제고할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이에는 에너지 R&D분야별 기술적 시장적 특징분석, 지역별 산업특성과 기술공급 서플라이 체인분석을 토대로 한 기술이전 잠재수요기업 투자자를 대상으로 한 맞춤형 기술사업화 프로그램 등이 포함된다. 마지막으로 제안된 시스템에 대한 타당성 검증을 위해 올해년도에 시행한 녹색인증 기술사업화 연계프로그램 및 기술사업화 협력네트워크 활용사례 등을 분석하고, 향후 발전방향으로서 기술사업화 유관기관간간 기술사업화 정보교환 및 사업화 유망기술 기업 마케팅 등을 기본내용으로 한 시장지향적 녹색에너지 R&D 관리 시스템 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The objective of this study is to verify the relationship between the factors involved in the education program to support foreign students to adapt to Korean society and their ego-resilience and social adaptation. The survey was conducted on students attending universities and graduate schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and the analysis was conducted using the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 statistical program. The main results are as follows. First, the participation frequency, class satisfaction and teacher satisfaction among the factors involved in education programs to support foreign students were found to have a significant effect on ego-resilience. Second, the ego-resilience of foreign students is found to have a significant effect on Korean society adaptation. Third, among the factors involved in education programs to support foreign students, only the participation period factors have a significant effect on social adaptation. Fourth, there was a mediating effect of ego-resilience in the relationship between participation factors and social adaptation of foreign students. This means that the frequency of participation in education programs, satisfaction in class, and teacher satisfaction were found to have a positive effect on adaptation to Korean society through the ego-resilience.

The purpose of this research attempted to developed the Community Reintegration support Program(H-CRsP) on patients with Spinal Cord Injury(SCI) and identity the effect. To assess the effectiveness of a Hospital based H-CRsP with a comprehensive team approach for treating inpatients with Spinal Cord Injury(SCI), offered by the Korea National Rehabilitation Hospital. Participants with SCI were recruited from the Korean National Rehabilitation Hospital. Twenty-five participants who met inclusion criteria were provided with a H-CRsP. A H-CRsP with modules related to the training of daily living skills, driving, vocations and school support activities, leisure or recreational activities, peer counseling, sexual rehabilitation, and others support activities. The 25 enrolled patients had been treated with average of 6.1 programs 2 times a week for over 2 or 3months. COPM, HADS, WHOQOL-BREF, AD-R were administered before the treatment(pre-test) and also at the time of discharge(post-test) to compare the treatment outcomes in the 25 program participants. Measured level of community integration by CIQ at discharge. The data were analyzed by such statistical methods as frequency and paired t-test analysis. Significant improvements were found on the Occupational Performance and Satisfaction, Acceptance of Disability, Quality of Life score in the COPM, AD-R, WHOQOL-BREF (p<0.05). In addition, 10 of the 25 patients returned to home, work or school. These results demonstrated the effectiveness of the H-CRsP in helping patients with SCI return their communities to which they belong. It considered development of the variety of programs and prepare systematically related system.

본 논문에서는 리눅스 클러스터에서 커널 수준의 응용 프로그램 개발을 위한 통신 모듈인 KCCM(Kernel level Cluster Communication Module)에 대한 구조를 기술한다. KCCM은 비동기 통신을 지원하기 위한 응용 프로그램 인터페이스와 송수신(Send/ Receive)형태의 동기 통신을 지원하기 위한 응용 프로그램 인터페이스를 함께 제공하며, 다른 플랫폼으로의 포팅을 고려하여 소켓 인터페이스를 이용해 구현되었다. 또한 장애 상황에서도 서비스를 계속하고 장애를 복구할 수 있도록 설계되어 커널 수준의 고 가용성 클러스터 응용 프로그램을 개발하는데 유용하다.

본 발표에서는 다양한 업종과 생산패턴을 지원하는 저가형 고기능 ERP시스템 개발을 목표로 ETRI가 주관이 되어 연구 개발을 진행하고 있는 표준정보시스템(SEA+시스템)에 대해서 간단히 설명하고, 표준정보시스템에서 비즈니스 응용프로그램 모델링 방법과, 이러한 비즈니스 모델링을 바탕으로 저작 및 운영되는 컴포넌트 조립 방식의 응용프로그램 구조에 대하여 알아본다. 또한 실제 이러한 컴포넌트 조립형 비즈니스 응용프로그램의 저작 및 운영을 지원하기 위해 설계된 SEA+시스템에 대하여 알아본다.

The concepts of class, inheritance and information hicing and so on provide the great strengthes of object-oriented languages, but they also introduce diffculties in porfram analysis and understanding. Particulary, it is move difficult to umderstand the dyamic aspects than the static ones of object-oriented programs. The dyamicaspects can be understood by recognizing the event's reciprocal action among the classes. In this paper, it will be supplied to the reprecentation of event abstraction which is useful for understanding the object-oriented programs.And the clustering concept with the events will be applied to abstract the events. By clustering the events, user can get the information about function of the classes and the reteival of the class library.

Mutation analysis (or software mutation analysis) generates variants of a target program by injecting systematic code changes to the target program, and utilizes the variants to analyze the target program behaviors. Effective mutation analyses require adequate mutation operators that generate diverse variants for use in the analysis. However, the current mutation analysis tools for Java programs have limitations, since they support only limited types of mutation operators and do not support recent language features such as Java8. In this study, we present Mutagen4J, a new mutant generation tool for Java programs. Mutagen4J additionally supports mutation operators recently shown to generate various mutants and fully supports recent Java language features. The experimental results show that Mutagen4J generates useful mutants for analyses 2.3 times more than the existing Java mutation tools used for the study.

This article aims to improve the cultural program for the resident writers in libraries by identifying the current status of the resident writer support project, examining users' perceptions and preferences, and investigating librarians' perceptions of the program. The research methods included an investigation (survey) of the program operation status, user perception and preference surveys, and interviews with librarians about their perceptions of the program. Data were collected from libraries with the cultural program for resident writers between May and November 2021. Findings showed there were challenges in operating the library cultural program due to the lack of resident writers' quality, frequent changes in the program formats (online or offline), and library closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the program improvement, suggestions were made, including inviting good-quality resident writers and writers from other fields to the program, training resident writers, advertising the programs using online and offline media, training staff, and developing programs considering user ages and preferences and diversity in local communities.
