The purpose of this study was to inquire into the formation and alteration of child care support policy and the actual of community based child care support policy in Japan in order to draw implications for child care policy in Korea. For the purpose of this study, the research contents are as follows. First, inquire into the formation and alteration of child care support policy. Second, inquire into the actual community based child care support policy. The major literatures reviewed were 'Child Rearing Visions' and 'Child Rearing New System'(The Cabinet Office, 2010) in Japan. For child care policy in Korea, two implications were drawn from community based child care support policy in Japan. First, it is necessary to establish macroscopic, comprehensive child care policy. And, the policy has to consider local finance and conditions of the community. Second, the child care budget based on liaison government and community should be expanded. Also, it has to provide child care support service through a community network.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the child care support policies and the birth rate in 33 OECD countries. In the structural equation modelling, the birth rate was the dependent variable while the cash-support policies, the child-care facility service policies, and the tax benefits policies were the independent variables. The analysis showed that the most effective factor on the birth rate was the child-care facility service policies. Regarding the effectiveness of the policy expenses, the cash-support policies showed stable fluctuation of effectiveness according to the fluctuation of cash amount, the child-care facility service policies. In conclusion, in order to increase the effectiveness of the cash-support policies, the adequate cost calculation to decrease the parents' burden for child-bearing, re-allocation of budget, and support methods and timing should be continually discussed. In addition, for the better effectiveness of the facility service policies, more various, comprehensive and high-quality facility service policies that could balance home and work, should be implemented.

경제발전의 원동력이 되고 있는 중소∙벤처기업이 경기부진과 생산비 상승으로 이중고를 겪고 있다. 이에 정부의 적극적인 지원과 중소∙벤처기업정책의 재점검이 필요하다. 최근 전세계적으로 중소기업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 가운데 미국, 독일, 싱가포르, 핀란드. 일본 등은 성공적으로 중소기업 지원정책 펼치고 있다. 이들 5개국을 통해 우리나라 중소∙벤처기업 지원정책의 나아갈 방향에 대해 살펴보자.

The purpose of this study is to develop an AHP model to evaluate the relative importance and priorities of multi-cultural policies under bounded Rationality. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the evaluation elements for each measurement area, the following are the stable social settlement support policy (1rank), social capability development policy of multi-cultural family second generation (2rank), socio-economic activity policy (3rank), collaborative governance policy enforcement(4rank). Second, the priority of the measurement element is as follows. social settlement service target expansion policy was proved to be the top priority project stable social settlement support policy aspect and social capacity development policies of the second generation of multi-cultural families, social support policy was most important evaluated. Active economic activity support policy was as the top priority project socio-economic activity policy, and construct cooperation system of policy practice main agents was proved to be the top priority collaborative governance policy enforcement. These results will contribute to explain the reality of multi-cultural policy.

The aim of this paper is to evaluate policy impact of Inno-biz verification and Venture verification, especially focusing on the complementarity effect according to the overlapped support in Korean ICT industry. Alongside the implementation of various government innovation policies, discussions regarding evaluations of such policies have been consistently undertaken in economics, because it is very important to evaluate whether public policies have played a proper role. However, one of the distinguished point of this research from previous studies is that this paper not only includes evaluations of a single policy, but also the discussion about interaction between different innovation policies. The main result of this paper is that, in the case of overlapping homogeneous policies such as Inno-biz and venture verification, the complementarity effect is negative. Compared with previous studies, the uniqueness of this research is as follows. First, deviating from the view of previous studies that focused on the evaluation of a single policy, this paper has considered interactions and the complementarity effect of innovation policy through "policy mix," an economic term. Second, based on this concept, the paper suggests an analysis framework for the evaluation of interactions and the complementarity effect of innovation policy.

한국정부의 중소기업 정책을 분석하고 기업의 성과 분석을 통해 지원 정책의 유효성을 연구하였다. 중소기업의 지원 정책 과제를 창의와 혁신주도의 역동적인 중소기업군 육성, 기술경영혁신 활동 및 협력활동 강화, 자금 인력 판로 등 성장기반 구축 등 3가지로 분류한 후 기업의 성과(사업성과, 기술성과, 정책만족)와 비교하여 정책의 영향도를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 정부가 추진하는 중소기업 정책에 대한 기업의 성과의 특징은 자금 지원 분야였다. 전체 24개 측정 변수에서 연구 결과 중 가장 유의미한 변수로 선정된 5개 변수는 1)벤처,이노비즈,경영혁신형기업 육성, 2)지식기반서비스 육성자금 지원, 3)기술 연구개발 지원, 4)경영안정자금 지원, 5)공공부문의 중소기업 판로 지원이었다.

본 연구는 무용공연예술의 지원 정책의 문제점을 알아보기 위해 무용 예술 공연의 사업 지원 실태에 초점을 맞추어 재정 지원현황을 알았다. 지원정책의 현황조사는 문화체육관광부, 서울문화재단, 한국문화예술위원회, 한국메세나협회를 대상으로 한정하였다. 연구 결과 기관들의 지원이 지속적으로 증가하고 있음에도 홍보부족, 전문인력부족, 수혜에 대한 무용예술단체의 수동적 태도의 문제로 실질적인 지원을 받는데 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 토대로 국가의 재정지원 정책을 토대로 문제점과 사례의 개선방안을 도출해 볼 수 있는 기반이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of beauty services owners 'support policy on entrepreneurship performance in the beauty service industry through the effects of entrepreneurs' personal characteristics, managerial factors, capital factors and store factors on entrepreneurial performance. As a factor affecting the start - up performance of beauty service companies, it was analyzed that human resource management which is a sub - variable of managerial management factors, capital factors at start - up and store factors influenced entrepreneurship performance. The study on the effect of funding policy, education support policy, and consulting support policy on the start-up achievement of beauty service companies is as follows. The government funding policy, educational support policy, and consulting support policy have no effect on human resources management, start - up capital, and store factors which have significant effect on start - up performance. This is because institutional support for funding is not an institutional support for proving the policy effect but an effective support plan for creating entrepreneurial achievement is needed. Educational support policy and consulting support policy are reflected in the politics reflecting the characteristics of beauty service companies and realistic Education support and consulting support are necessary. In particular, it needs to be expanded to reflect the actual management activities and performance creation processes of other beauty service companies, which are different from the policy support of existing small business owners.

This paper proposes several alternative government financial supporting policy on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises. First, this paper considers reforming factors relating to current financial supporting policy and studies foreign government supporting loan programs through benchmarking so as to derive alternative financing supporting policy. Secondly, this paper analyses several investment supporting policies on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises. Finally, new Korean government financial supporting policy on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises is collectively diagnosed by putting comprehensive analyses together in this paper.
