Personalized reminder systems have to identify the user's current needs dynamically and proactively based on the user's current context. However, need identification methodologies and their feasible architectures for personalized reminder systems have been so far rare. Hence, this paper aims to propose a proactive need awaring mechanism by applying agent, semantic web technologies and RFID-based context subsystem for a personalized reminder system which is one of the supporting systems for a robust ubiquitous service support environment. RescorlaWagner model is adopted as an underlying need awaring theory. We have created a prototype system called NAMA(Need Aware Multi-Agent)-RFID, to demonstrate the feasibility of the methodology and of the mobile settings framework that we propose in this paper. NAMA considers the context, user profile with preferences, and information about currently available services, to discover the user's current needs and then link the user to a set of services, which are implemented as web services. Moreover, to test if the proposed system works in terms of scalability, a simulation was performed and the results are described.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인활동지원제도의 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보고 정책적 개선 방안을 제안하는데 목적을 두고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보건복지부 통계자료를 활용하여 전국의 장애인활동지원 서비스기관들의 현황과 서비스에서 나타나는 문제점들에 대해 파악하였다. 정책적 개선방안으로 장애인활동지원 기관정보 조회서비스의 표준화된 제공, 장애인 본인에게 적합한 지원 기관이 선정 될 수 있도록 정보 제공, 서비스 만족 향상에 이용자의 특성과 욕구를 신속하게 파악, 개별 서비스의 특성상 활동 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 갈등관리 대응, 개선이 필요기관 전문가의 지도 및 컨설팅 제공, 우수기관 사례관리를 통해서 노하우 공유, 회계프로그램을 효율적으로 수행을 위한 전문가 파견 및 지원을 통하여 서비스가 개선 될 수 있도록 정책적 제안을 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate usage related predictors to activate Adult Guardianship System of People with Developmental Disabilities. To achieve the purpose of this research, we have analyzed the survey of parents of People with Developmental Disabilities usage needs for Adult Guardianship System which is based on the Andersen's behavioral model. The study utilized data from 2011 Welfare Needs Assessment of Seoul middle and senior-aged Family with Developmental Disabilities, and the analysis method, the study applied used SPSS 22.0, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, logistic regression analysis. According to the result, the usage needs for Adult Guardianship System increases meaningfully if the parents does not have occupation, and the subject of Adult Guardianship System is male. In income and the social security system wise, the usage needs for Adult Guardianship System show remarkably large rating if the average income is high and the desire to be cared by others is high. But in case of People with Developmental Disabilities, communication skills, the degree of disability, burden of caring does not have effect on the usage needs for Adult Guardianship System. The conclusion for this research is, first, to activate vigorous usage of Adult Guardianship System, the government intervention is required. Second, the following study is needed to explain to the concept of the needs caring by others and the cultural factors relating to the usage needs for Adult Guardianship System.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the welfare needs of the rural marriage migrant females. A survey was conducted on 300 rural marriage migration females using probability sampling and for the analysis stepwise regression was used. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows. The welfare needs of counselling on husband' behavior problem were higher in cases of worse mental health, better physical health, younger age and lower participation in the meetings with her fellow countrymen. The welfare needs on the children raising and education were relatively higher among the migrant females from Vietnam and younger age. The needs on the job skills training were lower in cases of the migrant females from Philippines, China(the Chinese) and were higher in cases of lower level of family understanding. The welfare needs on the job placement were higher among older and lower community affinity, and were lower in cases of the migrant females from Philippines. The results suggest that the welfare services should be differently provided to the migrant females in reflection of the age, education level, nationality and community resources. Further, the mental health screening test and treatment services for migrant females are needed since the welfare needs increase when the migration females have worse mental health condition.

Police organization tries to recruit competent and young persons, but its concern for retiring persons is extremely little and it expels those who are not prepared to live in outside society. The studies on the management and support the retiring police officers who dedicated their lives to our society are very rare. The object of this study is to study the needs for reemployment in police officers and to develop retirement systems and vocational abilities. Finally, I suggest the establishment of the unit that fully takes charge of retirement management, the method of setting up the learning organization for self-development, the effective ways to get various licenses, the offer of informations on fields of reemployment, the development and management of preparing and support programs for retirement persons.

Despite the amount of government budget and resources used for female immigrants who married Korean spouses, it has not been evaluated yet whether the services designed for the immigrants are actually delivered to potential users with social needs. This study is an attempt to identify moderating factors associated with perceived needs and utilizing services of the Multicultural Family Support Centers. The National Survey on Multicultural Families 2015 is used for the analysis. Findings are as follows: the immigrant with better Korean communication skills would use the center services more when they have needs; the immigrants who lack skills were more likely to use center services in spite of the needs. Secondly, the more female spouses satisfied with their marriages, they were less likely to use the services; however, the moderating effect was not significant, On the other hand, Korean male spouses' patriarchal attitude was statistically significant. According to the results, practical and political implications were suggested.

최근 첨단기술의 발달로 인해 기존의 생산업들보다 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 아이디어의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 점에서 창업은 참신한 아이디어로 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다 할 수 있고 국가의 정책적으로도 많은 창업을 이끌어 내려는 노력이 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 창업 중 스포츠 창업의 분야에서 체육동호인의 개인적 특성 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하며, 이러한 관계에 창업에 대한 자기효능감 요인의 조절효과 영향에 대하여 밝히고자 한다. 창업의지의 결정 요인으로서 개인적 특성 요인과 네트워크 요인, 창업지원 인식 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며, 이 요인들은 창업효능감의 조절로 인하여 더욱 활동력이 강화될 것으로 보고 창업효능감의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 독립변수로 잠재적 창업자의 개인적 특성 요인(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 혁신성), 네트워크 요인(온라인 교류, 오프라인교류), 창업지원 인식 요인(동호회 창업지원 인식, 정부 창업지원 인식), 조절변수로는 창업효능감, 종속변수로는 창업의지의 내용으로 연구모형을 구성하였다.

최근에 공공장소에서의 보다 안정적이고 고속의 무선 인터넷 접속에 대한 욕구가 커지면서 무선랜에 대한 수요가 많아지고 있고, 유무선 사업자들은 무선랜 시장을 선점하기 위해서 서비스를 서두르고 있다. 이와 같은 무선랜 환경에서 무선랜 단말이 AP(Access Point)사이를 로밍(Roaming)할 수 있게 하는 프로토콜로서 IAPP(InterAccess Point Protocol)가 있고 관련된 IEEE표준으로 802.11f가 있다. 이와 같은 802.11f를 지원하는 액세스포인트를 위해서는 IAPP서버의 역할을 수행하는 라디우스(RADIUS) 서버가 필요하다. 여기에서는 라디우스 대신 보다 확장성과 신뢰성이 뛰어난 프로토콜인 Diameter를 사용한 IAPP서버의 설계와 기존 시스템과의 연동방안에 대해서 제안하였다.

전자상거래의 초창기에는 하나의 사업 모형과 거래 모형에 특화된 거래 형태가 주로 이루어 지다가, 최근에는 한 사이트에서 여러 가지의 사업 모형과 거래 모형을 지원하는 형태로 발전되고 있다. 이러한 추세를 볼 때 앞으로는 더욱 다양한 거래모형이 등장하고 또한 한 marketplace에서 이와 같은 거래모형들을 지원할 수 있어야만 고객의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현실세계에서의 디자인회사와(디자인 판매자) 신발제조업체(디자인 구매자)간의 신발 디자인 거래를 온라인으로 지원함과 동시에 다양한 거래모형을 적용하여 판매자와 구매자의 욕구를 동시에 충족시키고자 하였다. 지원하는 거래모형은 고정가격제(fixed prico), 경매(auction), 구매자가 디자이너에게 특정 디자인을 요청하는 디자인 요구(design request), 그리고 협상(negotiation)이며 디자인 요구란 구매자가 자신이 원하는 디자인을 해 줄 수 있는 디자이너를 구하는 시장이다. 본 연구에서는 신발 디자인 거래 상품으로 Concept design과 Drawing design을 대상으로 하였다.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 경제적 자립과 안정적인 정착을 지원하는 하나의 방안으로서 창업을 촉진하기 위한 지원 정책과 제도 개선 방안을 제시할 목적으로 수행하였다. 정부는 현재 생활밀착형 북한이탈주민 정책 추진 기조하에 북한이탈주민의 삶의 질을 높여주는 방향으로 맞춤형 정책을 추진하고 있다. 다만, 창업지원 프로그램은 여전히 소규모로서 지원 분야를 다양화하고 예산을 증액 하는 한편, 지원 체계도 중앙-지방-민간 간 유기적으로 협업이 효율적으로 이루어지도록 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 창업의지 결정요인에 대한 실증적 연구를 목적으로 하며, 북한이탈주민들에게 잔존하는 사회주의 가치체계와 이들의 사회적응성 요인을 기존 연구에서 확인되었던 개인의 성격적 특성, 경제적 지지, 자아성취욕구 요인들과 함께 분석모형에 포함하여 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 하나원에서 교육 중인 18세 이상 북한이탈주민 223명을 대상으로 2019년 10월 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 선형회귀분석과 이분형 로지스틱 모형분석을 이용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 2개의 분석 모형에서 일관된 결과가 도출됨에 따라 분석결과의 강건성을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 사회주의 가치체계가 약할수록 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설은 지지되었다.
